I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. When I got home I noticed scratches on my car. I emailed the dealer on 8/7/24 5:45pm. They told me to come into the service department so they could see in person even though photos were sent.
After coming in Cindy the asst. Manager took photos of the car. Then told me she would get back to me. After a couple of days I followed up and we made an appt for me to come in. I also spoke to the maintenance manager Carlos. The body work repair was approved. Then I get a call from Carlos on 9/13/24 End of day saying the footage needs to be reviewed by Gary the general manager. I email a recap of the conversation to Carlos and Gary. I followed up again on 9/16/24 Monday and spoke with Carlos. He then said that Gary didn't review the footage yet and since I'm asking for the bumper to get painted. I never asked for the bumper to get painted I need the scratch taken care of and this was already discussed with photos. Carols denies accountability and says they didn't see anyone doing anything to my car when it was back in service. The car was on the lift and the tires were rotated right in the area it was scratched. SO gaslighting me. Cindy called on 9/17/24 berating me about a yelp review and denying any emails were sent to the team. I at this point do not feel comfortable handing my car over to people that are this unprofessional. Then I speak with Gary who is belligerent and keeps accusing me of yelling when I wasn't yelling. He was unprofessional in his communication and extremely hostile. Instead of getting fat on donuts Gary needs to be placed in customer training camp. Clearly poor judgment on toyota to have this guy running the place. I also explained to him that I was not told that a 12V battery only had a lifespan of 4-6 years. He said they don't tell customers that. Well the other toyota dealerships do. Because of their negligence they left me stranded in a city I didn't know because the 12v battery died. If it happened an hour earlier I would have been stranded on a mountain with no cell service with no help. Gary you and your team are disgusting and should be fired!

Tip for consumers:
Gary the general manager is unprofessional and belligerent, and this place has been fired as far as my go to service for my car.
