I have purchased four orders over 7 years from toyotapartsdeal.com and all four orders were delivered and the parts were genuine Toyota OEM products and packaging. All but one order was shipped out with 48 hrs. And one which had two parts and both parts were back ordered but I was provided a notice with 24 hrs. With the parts ETA's and since the eta was a week or less, I just left it and 24hrs after the date of the eta of the parts, I received the tracking number that the parts were shipped out. Also, and, most important toyotapartsdeal.com offers the parts at the best prices. Overall toyotapartsdeal.com is my go-to for any Toyota OEM parts.

I have purchased four orders over 7 years and never had anything but good fortune with ToyotaPartsDeal.com. All Orders were New Genuine OEM and Never had to return so I do not know about the return Policies or issues if any. All but one order was shipped out within 3-4 days and the last which had non-stock items was shipped within a week of the order.

ToyotaPartsDeal is by far the worst company I've ordered car parts from. Their VIN system told me the wrong part (Steering wheel Clock Spring) to order, and when I asked to return the part and get a refund, I was denied because TPD's policy doesn't allow returns/refunds for "electric parts." I was told that they would consider making an exception after I protested, but after over a month of multiple emails, phone calls, and photos, I was again denied. At one point I was told over the phone that the exception had been granted, and they just needed to send me an email with the return information, but that was apparently a lie just to get me off the phone.
Do not order parts from these people. They're likely to send you the wrong part, then string you along for a month of emails saying they need 1-2 business days to decide they're going to tell you your stuck with a $240 paperweight.

Where to start... well, I have ordered from TPD several times. Their prices are good. That's the positive things. Everything else is terrible.
On any order greater than a handful of parts - there are missing parts. I have sometimes been refused a refund, other times I have been told that a refunbd has been made to PP, but I have never received it. They are either hopelessly incompetent or just plain thieves.
Their site boasts of a Google review rating, yet clicking on that rating reveals that they don't have any rating. Strange that.
Also, look carefully at their pictures - many of them are stolen from other websites without attribution and even have watermarks edited out.
You can't get lower than these guys.
I purchased a part that came in the wrong color and they refused to take it back after putting me through the paces. Reason = opened package. No kidding… They had me send pics of the item and packing and then denied the return. Do NOT conduct business with these clowns.

I placed an order on 3/3/34 that showed it should arrive between 3/8/24 and 3/14/24. ToyotaPartsDeal did not even order the parts from Toyota until 3/11/24 and the items then shipped to me on 3/12/24 and did not arrive until 3/18/24. Upon opening the package I found four of my items missing, one bent and damaged from being shoved in the box, and one item that I did not order and doesn't even fit my car/engine. I submitted an RMA form requesting the missing items be expedited to me as I have now been waiting for these parts for over two weeks. Instead, the replacement order was shipped out and states it will not arrive until 3/25/24, over three weeks after placing my order. I called and spoke to a manager about compensation since they made a mistake and couldn't even expedite the shipping and I was only told they do not expedite shipping and do not provide compensation for their mistakes. I should have ordered straight from the local dealer in the first place and suggest you do the same.
I paid for express delivery and after 10 days my part has not arrived. The customer service won't refund the express shipping, even they send it normal. And very rude in this!

Toyotapartsdeal.com rep sent me the wrong part and then they wouldn't cover return shipping. $50 part and $14 return shipping. They have the most rude and worthless customer service people too. Avoid them and find a better parts retailer.
I bought cargo mat that did not fit but because it had been opened (only way to check) and unused they would not return it. Also ordered another part with the wrong description and agreed to return if unopened and charge me a 20% restocking fee, so I did not return it. Chase CC would not back me so I am out the money because they. Have a BS policy in small print
I ordered a part online based off of the information provided on their website. The part sent didn't match the description. Now they want me to jump through hoops for the return. They made the mistake, why can't they make it right?

I bought a replacement steering wheel for my 2016 Land Cruiser for $628. It arrived different than the photo on their site. I called to inquire; they assured me that it is the correct OEM replacement part, after proving my VIN. I had an auto body shop attempt to install the replacement steering wheel and -- surprise -- it was the wrong part! This company uses Toyota script/coloring in their advertising, sent a different part than advertised on their site, assured me it was the correct OEM part, and then refused the return. I understand that when they do accept the return they charge a 20% restocking fee - FOR THE WRONG PART! This company is a SCAM - avoid them at all costs!

Punch in my order on the 3rd of Jan and item estimate arrival time is 5th of Jan - 9th of Jan but it the 11th and I still haven't got the item even if I get the item later on, this is not a very good service for first time buyer with a very small part and single item single order.
WORST PLACE TO BUY PARTS
"I ordered parts from them on 3/2/23. Processing took 8 days. It was delivered on 3/13/23. I took a video of opening the box and had part of my shipment missing. It's now 3/15/23 and it's been two days since I told them about what was missing. They told me they are still reviewing my claim. I don't understand why. I sent them a video of me opening the box. It's now been a total of 13 days and still don't have all the parts to do the job. It's probably going to be 20-30 days before I can get what I ordered. I learned my lesson from buying parts from someone else. After researching this company, they changed their online name to the company it is now. Maybe with all the bad reviews they had no choice. You would think they would do better. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare. Buyer beware."

It's now 3/20/23 and it's been 8 days since my part was missing that they did not pack. I called and they say they are still reviewing. It's been 18 days since I placed my order. This is beyond ridiculous.

It's 3/21/23 and they "approved " my replacement part they didn't send. God only knows when it will get here. Again, my order was placed on 3/2/23 and it's now 3/21/23. Took 9 days to review my claim with a video of me opening the shipment. This place is ridiculous.

Fighting for the last 2 days with them on my PayPal dispute. I paid just shy of $25 shipping and all the want to give me is $3 shipping. I had to escalate my claim. Don't waste your time with these people. This is the worst place I have ever done business with in the last 25 years. Horrible customer service.
