I had purchased the Toys R Us lego set a week ago & it took about 5 days for it to ship & come. This is one of a special edition that does not sell on lego's website or at any Toys R Us stores anymore, so I was happy to get this for $50. Even though I'm not sure if it was the owner's part or the UPS part for sort of ruining the lego box, I wasn't too happy to see the box in a non-mint condition (I keep all my lego boxes in mint condition). But overall, everything was alright.

I have to drive to the city neighboring our city to go to toys-r-us. But I normally can find great toys and gifts and even baby clothes! Love shopping online for gifts for the kids and the shipping is affordable and quick.

I just wish they would turn the baby's-r-us back into a toys-r-us in Spokane wa.

Love ToysRUs, and BabiesRUs as well. I love how there is a wide variety in the toys section and its always pretty well organized locally with the different themed isles. Love going in there, always a good experience.

Had gone to toy r us and the service i got from the store was great, i had gone there looking for a certain items and had a hard time finding it and ask for help and they were very helpful in every way, and i really appericate in every way and i am glad for all the help they have given me the help,

I bought jumperoo for my little princess. I am so happy that she loved the jamperoo. It's feels great when I watch her having fun with the gift. Nice product with eye catching colors. Pretty happy with my purchase.

I payed alot of money for express shipping and its been a very slow delivery it hasn't even been sent out and its been 7 days, didn't have some items in stock, Express shipping it takes maximum 3 days to receive it now its been 7 days and still haven't recieved it let alone they haven't even shipped it! Not happy at all! Played and extra $30 for nothing

I ordered a gift card and it was never received. Maybe lost in the mail, I don't know. It was a nightmare trying to get a replacement or refund. They could not simply cancel the gift card and resend a new one. They promised me a refund but never sent it. I called 4 times and waited a month, finally I just did a chargeback because they simply would not refund me. Lady on the phone said her system did not work with the gift card system, so I would need to be transferred, blah blah, that circus show went on for a month and many calls. I never shopped at Toysrus since then.

They have some good deals like buy 1 get 1 half off, or free sometimes, other than that it seems that only a few people on the floor really know what their talking about.

I buy my baby shower gifts here because you get those one of a kind items for real good deals and the moms to be love them! You cannot go wrong at this place.

There's no better plan for him that visiting toys r us, we try to take him there twice a month for new items. I love the store as well, nice products and service.

This place has gotten increasingly bad to shop in over the past 10 years. I have quite a few nephews that I pick up toys from. It isn't fun to come here for anymore.

Don't go here, especially not with your kids... You'll end up having too much fun and then your child will want everything there and it's hard to say no!

I order several items from babysrus and payed for expidited shipping but the items were late. I had to go to the baby shower with just a receipt. It was a bit embaressing but when the items did show up they were good quality. I will order earlier next time and forgo the expidited shipping cost.

When I am too busy to run around I let my fingers do the walking, such a great store anyway but terrific website.

I have ordered from them 3 times and each time I get a phone call telling me that they have mixed up something or other.
But in the end they some how get it all straight.

I buy here a lot for my kids. Website is well organized and delivery is pretty fast. I've had to do returns a few times and they're really good with that!

They have finally started to get more and better games in their stores and website. This is great because they always have some type of coupon or sale that applies to anything online. Happy customer!

I went to the store with my mom not knowing what we really want. This amazing salesperson came up to us and for like an hour helped us find the perfect gift for my brother. Thank you so much.

Toyrus is super, and I'm anxiously waiting for them to come back.
I liked the nearby store that's no longer there, but prefer the website so gifts can be directly shipped.

Another antiquated business that needs you to create yet another marginal internet account instead of using top-level single sign on SSO providers e.g. Google, Facebook

Bought an RC car for my son. When we got it home it didn't work. The wait at the return counter was kind of long but they did let us exchange the car.

I love shopping here for my kids, always good prices and the employees are really friendly. I would always recommended this store to a friend. In and out really quick never super busy
