“Too many problems involving micromanagement and poor compensation”

This company has too many problems that involve micromanagement and poor compensation. Many of the managers are too inexperienced and don't have the proper leadership mindset to lead employees. That's why they resort to micromanagement instead. The compensation for employees is also poor and below the industry average.
