I, like many others, sent for a "free trial" of Acai Berry. As it was a pop-up site I just filled in the form for the free trial unaware that this also obligated be, if not cancelled within 15, days to receive a further order. I was shocked to receive another order and to fine that I had had £82.95 taken from my credit card. I have now cancelled the "subscription and am waiting for my money to be refunded, but reading other reports of this particular company "some hope"seems to apply. Do not order from this company or Viv3.
