Airlines Ticket Fare DBA of Travelopod

I made a reservation with them and completed all the formalities. They asked to complete payment ASAP for booking to get confirmed, which I did. But still even after multiple follow ups, havent got my ticket.

I love this travel agency, people there are very helpful and patient.

Very pleasant because of the Representative I talked too, Mr. Brock Smith. He spoke extremely well so you could comprehend what my options were. I was surprised at how easy he made the changes. And the calls were dropped 3 times and he immediately called me back each time. Excellent job on his part. I would love for him to help me again.

Kevin was super helpful and found me the best deal he could. But it would have been nice if I would have just been given the same price and with the same airline, even different flying times, especially since I booked/changed my flights so far in advance. I'm really nervous about flying frontier and not being aware of everything that it will entail. I will also be losing almost an entire day of my vacation as our first flight is so much later in the day than we initially planned.

I booked 2 tickets with Luke, one on different return date. He was very patient, took time to check possible routes and gave best price. He gave recommendations and answered all of our questions. He even reminded us of our meals preference that we forgot about. Highly recommended.

I am always greeted by a person, not a machine. They know exactly who I am when I call, my previous call issues, and are able to resolve and answer questions very effectively. I will definitely be doing business with them again, even if they are not the cheapest ticket offerings around. I haven't travelled yet so I hope my travels go well. I see many 1 star reviews, it would be nice if Travelopod would reply to them and let all of us know both sides of the story, which there always is.

Travis musk was one of the greatest customer service reps ive had the pleasure of speaking with good enough for me to take time out of my day to write this... if all reps were as good as travis things in the world would be getting done hes a great example and should be training the rest of your reps hes calm very nice and gets rote to the bottom of the problem please give that man a raise or a promotion cause he understands good service it was a pleasure and if i can id choose travis musk everytime.

This is the first time with Travelopod and it was the best experience I could ask for. I did not expect the staff to be so friendly especially with Kevin Cooper. He definitely had our best interest in mind and really planned out our trip carefully. I would definitely come back to this service especially with Kevin, he really made me feel welcome. When there was a problem he reached out to us ASAP. His service really showed that he put his customers before himself. I would recommend anyone using Travelopod to speak with Kevin Cooper because he is the nicest person you will meet.

Leo was so helpful, he knew his product and matched them perfectly with my needs.
I'm 57 and not terribly tech savvy but this was no problems with Leo he walked me through everything.

I found a price on line and called to get help with it. Sheldon went out of his way to find me a better deal at the same price. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to travel with this company.
