Ajay helped me in getting the best deal by providing multiple options, though it took time. It was a very nice interaction. I always recommend my friends to check with Travelopod. Keep up the good work.
I made a reservation with them and completed all the formalities. They asked to complete payment ASAP for booking to get confirmed, which I did. But still even after multiple follow ups, havent got my ticket.
Hope was extremely helpful, competent, patient, and appropriately detailed in all of her assistance with our fairly complex call to make reservations for six people with two of us using
Credit vouchers.
Travelopod lists good options for new booking. Many of the options are cheaper compared to other sites. I had to do a seat release and Travelopod associates helped me with that. For rescheduling, though the initial quote was higher they were able to adjust the price using different coupons and other options.
If you are thinking about rescheduling your tickets, it is better to be more informed about fare difference policies. There are many components to it which a common customer is not completely aware of (this might be true with any other site / vendor / service provider as well).
They don't have enough and complete information. Had to follow up a lot. Lost $2400 by doing business with these guys. Wished I should have taken some time out and did my bookings on my own. If Travelopod wants to contact me and help I would be happy. -Prasad

Was a long and frustrating road, with that said, Lily (my travel agent) was very helpful in helping me to get the tickets I needed. We had some issues with payment, most of which were not Lily's fault, however, at one point I asked her to change the expiration date of my card because that is what was getting declined but she only did it for 6 of the 10 tickets and it forced me to pay an extra $400 for the other four. This was frustrating as it was not my fault after I had told her the correct expiration date. Other than that Lily was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.
I was more than impressed with the service I received. Gavin Copper- He knows what he is doing :). Gavin processed my ticket within 5 min. Very high people skills and resourcefulness. I will check Travelopod before going to check any other site.
I had a situation to begin with, so it's not really Reed's fault, he has done a good job trying to help me. There was some confusion and I got an email that had incorrect information in it. He called and told me about it and to disregard it. I will still use Travelopod in the future because they find great deals and help me get good prices. But this time around was a bit confusing. The hold music kicked me off the line a few times.

I have been using TraveloPod for few years specially during Thanksgiving. Last month I had to book a flight to puerto rico and the agent was Page Laurence. She was patient and tried to explain why she had to book two different airlines and why the prices vary when we book directly from airline website etc. She made efforts to connect with the customer ( thats me) while giving good rates which was not found elsewhere on web.

Chris Wilson was extremely helpful in providing service to me today with his travel agency. We approached every travel need critically and we were able to successful secure both flight passage and car rental without any problems. When the airlines tried to raise the price of the flight last minute, his traveling agency went ahead and covered the difference of the flight passage in accordance to their corporate policies. I will definitely be working with this agency again for assistance as well as endorsing a good review for the agent who took the time to work with me today. Please be aware before you give business to this company. I called them to book a ticket for Indian. Within a half an hour I found the same flight on the same date, same timing and same airline from other travel company which was 200 dollars less. I called this company within half n hour to ask why its big difference. They had no articulate answer to my questions. In addition, they charge me 100 fees. Every company has a minimum 24 hours full refund policy. I called them within an hour of booking and that moment I had no booking confirmation. Very unprofessional behavior. Please, everyone, be aware of this company and their so-called policy.
Your booking agent Neil was very helpful in assisting me with my reservations on Jet Blue. I think you should have your software people change your reservation screen to read that if an airfare has changed in the middle of a passenger attempting to book that fare on line that it indicates that the fare has changed rather than stating that the credit number is incorrect. Very annoying..
The customer care reps are worst and very rude, they will behave as if they are not selling product but are doing a favor to you as if they are offering free tickets. Contacted different people in hopes of better courteous customer care reps but I was wrong, never ever book with them and they charge you way higher than online prices offered directly by the airlines so stay way.

I would give a 0 Star if I had the option. Travelopod is completely untrustworthy. I had booked tickets for my two year old kid and myself through the website. The name on the ticket only took my first surname completely truncating the other two. Instead of taking responsibility for this issue I was put through stress for a whole 5 days where I had to keep reaching out for the status of the change. They also made me pay for the name change when it was a technical issue at their end. Lesson learnt., I will never book on travelopod again.

I have really bad experience they charge me on my credit card 286 dollar xtra please don't trust them before you book ticket please asked airline what they charge for bags they charge me for bags for my business class there is no charge for it i asked him so many time y why are you charging me for bags all people who work over the phone they all form indian call center they even not good with you to talk and if you have any problem no one can help because all from india and they don't care

Do not take their service. No accountability! Keep on transferring issues to another person. You may have to repeat your story 50 times. No efficiency or expertise in resolving issues. They will blame everything on you by saying, 'you signed the confirmation."

This was my second time using travel pod to book my tickets for India.
As comparison my second experience was much better than the first, all thanks to Oscar.

They have the worst kind of employees. I was trying to book a ticket and an agent named Janet contacted me and gave an offer which is much higher than the online flight price and said that's the least available for now and spoke rudely. I happened to get in touch with other agent who offered me the same ticket for much lower and affordable price. I again received a call from that lady named Janet and she spoke as if she's warning me to take the deal only from her and i am not supposed to talk to any other person. Company should concentrate on hiring more humble employees so that customers feel comfortable while taking and not offended.

Had very horrible experience with Travelopod, they charge you more then other travel sites and on top of it charge exorbitant flight change fees on top of it.
Very irresponsible staff and do not think about any customer needs/issues. All they care about is money and find multiple ways to cheat the customers.
