My overall experience was horrible. Hope did not explain whose company she represented and about the service charges and refused to listen when I explained we had suf credit to cover the changes. Adam was very courteous and helpful

I am always satisfied with the service at Travelopod. The representatives go above and beyond to find you a flight that is good for you. Leonardo Kent was exceptionally helpful and patient with me. I'll make sure he is my agent the next time I am booking a flight.

Travelopod is one of the few Tavel agencies out there that provide excellent support. The agent I worked with was very patient and was able to help us out during a medical emergency.
May the ease of use of their payment system could improve but with the service they provide I don't have any complaints

Melvin helped to relax me and inform me. I was nervous because I'm travelling alone for the first time from California to Thailand. He got me my seats almost 2 weeks in advance and asked me about things I wasn't even thinking of at the time. Service has been excellent from Travelpod since the beginning.

Bruce Will was very helpful helping me to find a flight according to the date in which I wanted to leave/arrive and according to my budget. He spent a good amount of time searching for the best option possible. He found the best deal for me. Great job, Will. I booked tickets with these guys for my wife and kid and they told that bassinet is free for kids. After finalizing everything airlines is asking for more money for seat to keep the bassinet. No one told me that there may be any extra charge. And they say we are not are of airlines rules. If you are so dumb and don't know about rules... you are in wrong business.

Ross was an enormous help to me in planning my trip to Miami. I am 80 yrs old and needed a lot of guidance and support to execute my plans and Ross was extremely generous with his time and explanations to me. I am so happy that he answered the phone when I called because I can become a little anxious when making travel plans,... I have an artificial hip and a pacemaker and am traveling alone... Ross made it SO EASY for me and assured me that everything would go smoothly... I was do grateful for his professionalism and his kindness and understanding.
You company is very fortunate to have Ross as an employee, he interacts with clients on the highest caliper and is a great asset to your company... I expect to call him again in the future to make other arrangements for me.

She found the itinerary that fit my needs; I told her that I needed to talk to my husband and would call her the next day, there was no pressure. Ms. Abraham called me promptly the next day! Tracy provided me the best deal on the flights I was looking for and which was not available on online websites. Also, I would like to thank her personally as I believe she went out of her way to assist me and provide me all the options available for me. And was too patient with me on long phone calls for the booking process and answering all my questions. I highly recommend using Travelopod for international flight bookings.

Suzane Pratt, It was a great help in order to book my flight from Canada to USA. Gave me a layout of all the possible cheap flights. Had issues with my meal plan initially being a vegetarian, but they took a great care of the same. Really look forward to recommend the name to other friends.

Pop-ups on your computer and get your info and contact you to offer to help with flights. Mislead us to be able to cancel within 24 hours if flight was not booked and would not charge credit card. Place the charge immediately after the phone call was complete. I called back within 24hours and they wanted to charge a $150.00 x 2 tickets for cancelling I am disputing. This is what happens in free enterprise in America and start up, fly by night businesses, buyer beware, in this technology age research your own flight info. The government need to do a better job of monitoring businesses such as these being run by those that have immigrated to this country with money to start businesses such as these.
