Ordered 'Vapeful' smoke effects for photography August 23rd. Months later (Nov 12th 2018) nothing.

They used to reply to me telling me they are tracking the package, but would never tell me WHO they used for shipping and I have never received a tracking that number that works.

Do not buy from these people.

Bought an eye cream for $59.95 Whig was SUPPOSED to remove puffiness and wrinkle under the eyes. A Facebook demo shows an Asian man with cream y see one eye and in a little over two minutes the under eye area is no longer puffy or has wrinkles. Total BS (in my opinion). Asked for. Refund and they at first offered us 20% back and a $10 certificate towards a future purchase. I demanded a full refund the. They offered a 40% refund and a $10 certificate towards a future purchase.
I told them I was filing a complaint wwith the th the Pa State Attorney Generals Office Of Consumer Complaints (all States has one) and they said if you send the product back to us and provide a photo of the label with tracking number, well issue a full refund. We paid $13.85 to ship it to THE PHILIPPINES with tracking and proof of delivery, sent them photos several days ago and now crickets.
In my opinion, (cant be sued for an opinion), HUGE SCAM ARTISTS!

It's been 2 months since i ordered from them and still haven't got my order. They have really bad customer service and send an automatic email when you reach out.

This MOB is an absolute scam. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYHTING FRO THEM.
Payed and ordered the colourful smoke and it never ever arrived. Even the tracking number doesn't exist.
As for the videos that are advertising the smoke and many of their products are all fake and stolen from people.
I have seen a good review of this company but surprise surprise, its their own poeple reviewing.

PLEASE WARN AND REVIEW these scam artists.
