“Triangl-the best site for swimsuits”

When seeing all of these reviews, you think the worst of Triangl. I was in the same situation, but I was so wrong and got so scared after reading these, but for nothing, everything was at superlative. Made 3 orders, purchasing 6 beautiful swimsuits, they came in their bags and all of them are such great quality. Everyone is complaining about delivery, but mine have been delivered within a week which was absolutely surprising and amazing. Thank you so much Triangl for the best service and the most gorgeous swim pieces. Highly recommend them.

“Return process is hell”

Do not order from this company. The size guides online are terribly misleading. Based on measurements that I triple checked I ordered the size corresponding to my measurements. Once the bathing suit arrived it was TINY and did not match up with the measurements for the online size guide. I submitted a return request, I was required to pay $30 CAD shipping to send the package. After weeks I received an email claiming they received the package and would refund my money. They refunded the initial price of the bathing suit but not the GST that I paid directly to them at the time of checkout. I understand not refunding duties and taxes paid to the delivery service/customs on delivery but refusing to refund a GOODS tax that was paid directly to them once the goods are back in their possession is unheard of.

When I ordered it came in a few days later than it had said but the quality is amazing i wear this swimsuit so much and it fits amazing! I am so excited to buy more because I know I won't be disappointed.

Make sure you look at the size guide before you order!

I don't understand why people are giving bad reviews, Yes the swimming suits are higher price, Yes shipping is $20, BUT It's coming from halfway across the world and gets here so crazy fast, I love their suits. I had an issue with our material and the team wise of more than accommodating So the bad reviews around returns are incorrect. Their team does take a while to get back to you but they're very busy and they 100% made my issue right and I'm very thankful and love all of their products and plan to purchase much more in the future.

Do NOT order from this company unless you like to be stolen from. They ship from Hong Kong & you have no local recourse. No phone number. No returnaddress. If it doesn't fit, throw it away. I'm sure they make the return address difficult to impossible on purpose.

Awful, scamy service.
Ordered a swimsuit nearly two months ago that I still have not received, the tracking number is illegitimate and no one has answered any of my emails questioning the delivery. My money was taken BEFORE the shipment of my swimsuit, but I never received any confirmation of my purchase. No phone numbers or customer service lines were provided.

This company exemplifies everything wrong with internet shopping. The company is in Hong Kong and unlike most experienced international shops, that make it clear that you will receive goods from overseas and thus incur customs charges, Triangl's site is confusing and obfuscates this fact. You pay customs even on items that you return, so eventually, your purchase is double what you paid. The site also does not work properly, especially if you are using a mobile device and the customer service is crap. I think they are juicing this trend for all it is worth and will be gone sooner rather than later. Stay away and buy from your local stores instead as this style of suit is now more laregly available.

Customer service is terrible, sizing is off and very possible to be charged $20 to ship and $20 to return or exchange on a $70 bathing suit. Much better companies to shop at —this business model should be driven out of business. DO NOT BUY

Stay away. They will take your money in a millisecond but will not honour their agreement on returns. I have ordered countless bikinis from them over the years and now, when I actually needed to request an exchange, I repeat, an exchange, not a return, they lied to me over the availability of bikini sizes I requested to avoid exchanging my bikini. I sent an email to them every other day over two weeks asking why they told me the sizes weren't available when their website clearly had them and they ignored every single one of my (polite) requests for clarification. They are dishonest and their lack of customer care speaks volumes about a complete lack of respect for loyal customers.

I have been trying to make a return to the company for 3 weeks now. I have email them multiples times asking for the return number which they claim they need to process the return. I have gotten one response back from someone named Emer asking if I would like to exchange for a different size. I have emailed them now 3 times again explaining I just need to return the items. I will never buy anything from this company again because it is clear they do not give returns. They just ignore your emails till you get tired of asking. Absolute worst customer service I have ever received.

Bought a bikini set and unfortunately the top was way too small for me so I got in contact to organize a return. They did accept it and provided me with all the details to send it back. I had to pay for shipping and sent it back to their address with my return number, order number, item, everything required! It arrived at their address over a month ago now and I have not been sent the bigger size. I got in contact with them asking where it was as they would've received it weeks ago, and they replied saying that they can't be 100% it's my order and they weren't notified it was being sent back with a tracking. I provided receipts etc and they said they can't do anything about it. Absolutely disgusting a brand stealing items and money from their customers. Will never be buying from this disgusting thieving brand again.

This company has the worst customer service and return policy of any online company I have used. There is no phone number to call, and the return policy is clearly made intentionally difficult to discourage returns. I have forbidden my daughter to order from them again.

I was so exited about these bathers and their bold colours. I purchased the inesa pop soda bikini which I loved- however, after only approx 4-8 wears these bathers faded! I was very careful with how I looked after these bathers and followed the instruction as per the website excepted I jigged them in a machine but never for a full cycle (practically like a hand wash). I wore my bathers in the ocean surfing and was sure to wash them after each wear. In the photo I have posed you can see the correct colour on the bag which they came in and the faded bathers now. Super disappointed- it's obvious these bathers were not going to last long.

Purchased a bikini for my daughter for our vacation! She wore it ONCE and it completely frayed and pilled ALL over the suit! Their "triangl" tag on the back discolored!
We emailed the company THREE times they kept giving different instructions what we needed to do for them to evaluate the return! Finally got back to us after sending pictures of the suit! "It was
Our fault it happened so they will not refund or replace item" First, it was put in washing machine. We responded no we didn't wash it we once wore it once for 1 hour. Second, it was because we didn't wash it. Such a joke! Do not use this company! Buyer beware! I don't mind sending money on a nice suit but this is the farthest thing from a nice quality suit! I'm also reporting them to BBB because they are getting rich off of garbage products and not standing behind what they are selling!

Bought a suit from this company that broke upon first use, went back and forth with customer service for weeks and wasn't able to return, exchange or get money back. This company is a scam, the quality is terrible, and customer service is a complete joke.

Had the sizes all wrong. None of the items in my size were in stock. I adapted myself and agreed with them to change the initial items and paid the difference. Been waiting for a while to get news of my return. When i asked for feed-back, they told me "oh by the way the items you asked for and paid for for the exchange are also not in stock". Will never buy from them again. (200$ for the charges.)

The suits stretch out very fast and stain. Definitely not worth the money and the $20 shipping is ridiculous. They even made me pay for it again when i did an exchange. The customer service is just awful. They are beyond slow at replying, have the worst additude and wont refund me. I sent my bikini back over a month ago and i had to tell them it arrived to their adress and they said they would refund me and still haven't. They literally stole my money. Absolutely do not buy from here. Awful.

if you plan on returning they won't refund you.

Stay away! You end up spending like double due to the custom charges once you receive the bikini since it´s sent from China/Hong Kong. Definitely not worth it according to me. And you have to spend even more money to exchange it. Just not worth it in the end.

I bought the Sherbet Bikini Set with the top size S and bottoms size XS.
Great customer service & quick replies.
I returned the bottoms as they were too small and I was in contact with Triangl.
Amazing quality!

I paid $20 for shipping, the item arrived, I usually wear a medium in swim suits, I ordered a large because I realize Triangl runs small. The large was way too small. I had to "request" to return the item which took days for them to accept my "request". I had to pay for my own return. They received my item 19 days ago in perfect condition and I still have not gotten my refund. They claim you have 14 days to return the item yet it has been 19 since they received my items and they have not given me my refund. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I read some of these reviews ahead of time and I should've listened. Do not buy from this website unless you want to lose $30-$100.

I am a strong roxy and billabong bikini buyer and they are like 50 bucks! I decided to splurge and get a Triangl bikini! Worst mistake ever! The very first time I wore it sand got in it and stained it! The stitching is coming out and it feels sooooo cheap! Shein has better bikinis than Triangl!

Spent $300 on two bathing suits cause I loved the look of them. Spent $20 on shipping and it said it would take 3-5 days to receive. It has been 10 days and it hasn't even been shipped yet. Will never purchase again and would like to cancel.

I have over 10 sets of Triangle bikinis. The colors, prints, and fabrics are SO unique. HOWEVER,
One of my bikinis that I have worn THREE times, has completely come apart. Once I politely emailed customer service, I was told they couldn't not give me a replacement as it is not a defective issue, but that I "mishandled" my swimwear. How is wearing the bikini THREE times for tanning by the pool, misuse?

I truly loved triangl. Truly. I always looked forward to new releases, willing to spend the extra for shipping and duty charges. I even visited the Bondi store location two times when I visited Sydney.

Never purchasing again. Come to think of it, there are SO many other amazing and BETTER Australian swimwear brands! Can't wait to spend a lot of money on those companies instead!

PLEASE buy somewhere else!

I never review businesses however, people considering purchasing, think twice.
Beware since there is no 1 800 number or RETURN address!
I'm waiting on a damn approval code to return the suits that I bought. I contact them daily and get the same standard return email, "please be patient as we receive overwhelming amount of emails, someone will get back to you within 24-48 hrs)
It's been a month and I still haven't been able to return since there is no return address
I don't even want Rigoberto them one star but the suits are cute if they only fit
Poor customer service!

Valerie was rude. Trish was great and I was super happy she was able to help me with cancelling part of my order... But then when I decided to cancel my full order because of the ridiculous price of the suit and $20 shipping for something less than 1lb, I got Valerie... bummer. She said my order had shipped so she couldn't cancel but my order still said that it was confirmed and not even "ready" let alone shipped. So when I sent her a screen shot of that she miraculously sent me a shipping notification and update. Really sketchy how they don't have a place to review customer service on their Facebook page or on their site. Valerie was terrible and I hope for future transactions I do not have to work with her again, she was very rude after I had sent the picture and the convenience of the shipping update. If anyone is aware of a way to contact someone higher up please post here

I ordered a suit for Christmas for my niece. I received what I thought was a shipping confirmation only to learn that Triangl cancelled the shipment. Apparently, the top was out of stock. They have no estimate as to when the suit will be back in stock. When I contacted them for a refund, they have refused. They charged my credit card on Dec 13th and will not provide a refund. What kind of company is this? I have now disputed the transaction and am waiting for my credit card company to deal with them. What terrible service!

We were late to exchange a gift for a different size, and they refused to work with us. Even though the package arrived late due to covid and forest fires, they don't care. They refuse to even give a discount to buy a second piece to replace the top that is too small. This company lacks compassion for people.
