When seeing all of these reviews, you think the worst of Triangl. I was in the same situation, but I was so wrong and got so scared after reading these, but for nothing, everything was at superlative. Made 3 orders, purchasing 6 beautiful swimsuits, they came in their bags and all of them are such great quality. Everyone is complaining about delivery, but mine have been delivered within a week which was absolutely surprising and amazing. Thank you so much Triangl for the best service and the most gorgeous swim pieces. Highly recommend them.

“Return process is hell”

Do not order from this company. The size guides online are terribly misleading. Based on measurements that I triple checked I ordered the size corresponding to my measurements. Once the bathing suit arrived it was TINY and did not match up with the measurements for the online size guide. I submitted a return request, I was required to pay $30 CAD shipping to send the package. After weeks I received an email claiming they received the package and would refund my money. They refunded the initial price of the bathing suit but not the GST that I paid directly to them at the time of checkout. I understand not refunding duties and taxes paid to the delivery service/customs on delivery but refusing to refund a GOODS tax that was paid directly to them once the goods are back in their possession is unheard of.

Triangl bikinis are nice quality but when deciding on a size, do not listen to customer service recommendations. They suggested a medium top for me and medium bottoms, but after looking at reviews I decided to order a Large top with Large bottoms. The large top was almost too small and the Large bottoms fit the way I expected a Small to fit. I could not even get them past the top of my thighs! I am not someone whos trying to stuff myself into a bikini thats too small for my size; other brand large bottoms always fit me. So I exchanged for an EXTRA large which took another 2 weeks to receive and they were just as small as the Large! Currently trying to think of a way to permanently stretch them. Bottom line, if you like over-paying for expensive shipping, have lots of time before you need to wear what youre buying, and have NO BUTT WHATSOEVER, you may end up satisfied with your purchase.

We purchased 2 bathing suits in Feb. 2017. We live in the NY area therefore the suits were not used until July of 2017. As you can see, in the pictures, there is fading of the suit in several areas. The other suit had no issues, so far. All the recommendations for care were followed. After speaking with customer service the only response was that the suits are passed the 30 day policy. They didn't ask to look at the suit or address anything but their return and care policy. I reached out to Erin Deering on linkedin she didn't respond to me. For the cost of these suits it would seem they would take more interest in customer support. I am sure they will dispute the pictures.

Tip for consumers:
Be wary of ordering from a foreign country. Or maybe just buy American

Purchase the Maia Violet sparkle bikini. The stitching around the clasp has come loose and is about to break. Very poor quality, worn approx 5 times. Triangl would not replace it as it had gone over the 30 day limit; no flexibility. It should last longer than this. The reviews on their website are only 4-5/5 stars and they don't publish the low rated ones. Would not recommend

I purchased the ribbed material bikini and it started peeling like crazy, it looks so old and worn. The velvet bikinis are much better quality than the ribbed ones!

I emailed through pictures to the triangl team and this was their reply:

"Please keep in mind things such as sun, chlorine, salt water and sand can all have a significantly negative impact to the life of the bikini. We always suggest that you be very careful about where you sit or lie, and make sure you rinse the bikini (never soak, as this can damage the membrane of the fabric) after each wear. Never dry in the sun"

The quality is embarrassing, it's so low that Little John wrote a song about it. You will only get headaches with this shop, customer experience is nonexistent, sizes are incorrect and took forever to ship. Pay a little more and go elsewhere.

We are in the US and I must say that this company has just about the WORST customer service I have ever seen. Trying to return items is a huge challenge and their turn around time is incredibly slow. I mean really really slow. Beware of dealing with these guys. The suits are OK. My daughter purchased three and tried to return two but it has taken 5 months total to accomplish this. Easier and more diligent companies out there for bathing suits. I would never order again!

They lost my return (which I had to pay for tracking and the shipment of) - despite having a confirmed delivery one month ago. Customer service has no answers, takes 7 days to even respond with no information. This is because the "Returns Team" isn't in communication with the "Customer Service Chat Team". I have chatted and emailed daily. I am now going to have to pursue a refund through my credit card company. Horrible, disconnected communication and no professional processes in place - it's about as bad as it can get for internet purchases.

My daughter bought a bikini to be sen to the U. K. for $70 with $20 postage. Their site says you are responsible for all legal taxes blah blah... she got a fed ex bill for £50. They must be aware and yet do not make this much more clear. My daughter was distraught. She thought 20% vat of $70. Buyer beware

Save yourself the headache and order from somewhere else. Such awful customer service and the quality/fit of their swimsuits are definitely NOT worth the price. I wish I had seen these reviews sooner before throwing away a hundred bucks.

First time I wore my bikini, the bottoms were destroyed just by sitting on the side of the pool. I emailed triangl and told them about it, they refused to do anything about it until I threatened to leave an honest review - they ended up sending me a new pair of bottoms (that I am reluctant to wear because I don't want to destroy them too). I am currently on holiday and have a NEW problem - after swimming in the ocean and hand washing my bikini, I hung it up next to my white singlet and it LEAKED colour all over it. These are crappy Chinese made bikinis and I cannot believe the markup on this crap. Never again.

For as much as you are paying for the bathing suit and shipping costs, you'd think they would have better customer service and free returns. Especially given that it is a bathing suit! It's likely not going to fit perfectly the first time! This has taken me months to get an exchange, they took forever to get me the RA code before I could even send the bathing suit back. Extremely disappointed with the quality of the first bikini. They take days to respond to e-mails. Everything was out of stock. They just want your money. I sent my package back and it arrived over a week ago and they are telling me they didn't receive it. I am getting a complete refund at this point. This has been the most frustrating online shopping I've ever done. And most frustrating company. Do not buy from here. Not worth the money or the time.

The 14 days time frame is ridiculous - AND, they have so many delays in their response time that THEY can't even get back to you in time for you to make a return.
What a joke - why would anyone purchase a product online with such a terrible return policy and such horrible customer service? It doesn't make any sense - there are so many swimsuit sites out there that have adapted to what customers really want - which is an easy, stress free online shopping experience. I will never purchase another triangl bikini

You WILL be stuck with anything you dont like or that doesnt fit you

Like many other customers I was first annoyed with paying $20 shipping after having spent $200 on two bikinis. After waiting a couple weeks for arrival, the bikinis were a sick joke. The material was so thin and did not fit me at all (I have a larger bust and had I worn it outside I would be charged with indecent exposure). I contacted customer service and they gave me the run around. I eventually conceded and spent $20 to ship this stupid thing back only 30 miles to LA from where I am. The package arrived the day after I shipped it (I tracked it). Over a week later, triangl emailed me saying I had to send a copy of the RECEIPT from the post office that I sent it! Even though they already received it. I was livid and sent them the information. Has officially been two weeks since they've received my parcel and I still have not received a refund. I've emailed them and finally gave up and wrote a nasty comment on their instagram. I've never been so disappointed in a company.

I wish i could read those reviews before i have made an order with this company! I would never order anything from them again! I live in London and it says 3-5 days delivery! I have been waiting for my order for over 10 days now! And i am still waiting! They do not respond to my emails! Fed ex is being a complete joke here! Not being able to get to me! They keep leaving me little notes in my post saying sorry we couldnt reach you! WHILE I AM WAITING at home for my delivery! Cannot wait to find out when it will arrive! So frustrated and disappointed! Don buy anything of them! Bad experience!

An update- after refusing to grant my (size) exchange request because I was request in it after 35 days instead of within their 30 days return deadline, I sent them a message indicating that especially at Xmas time, how inappropriately restrictive their return policy was. I let them know that I intended to share my poor experience on social media. They promptly changed their mind and agreed to accept my exchange request. And while being told the new size I was exchanging for was out of stock and it would be a few weeks, the replacement came within a week, so it all ended quite well. Too bad the drama had to occur in the middle.

Poor customer service. Guess correctly on size or you're out of luck if it's over 30 days

I ordered a bikini for my daughter near the end of November for an Xmas gift. Today, the day after Christmas, I contacted them to let them know I needed to change the top for a different size. I was told the return policy is 30 days and therefore my request was rejected. Terrible. Stay clear folks. This company has poor customer service!

Charged 89 dollars for suit +++ 20 dollars shipping, then on arrival there was an additional 30 UK pounds for Courier service. Triangl claim it is tax and they are not responsible. Why did they not declare this before paying? And if i am paying courier, what was the 20 dollars for? Please avoid, had it not been for my daughter, there is no way I would pay this much, but to end up with the extra charge was really a con and so deceptive.

I just recently purchased a swimsuit from here. It said 5-7 days for shipping and took 2 weeks to arrive. Once I decided the swimsuit wasn't the look for me, I went to initiate a return, but their returns page was down and I received an error message. I reached out to their customer support through the chat (which is a nice feature). They responded quickly, but the customer service agent was not very pleasant or informative. He first asked for my full name, email address and return number, but then proceeded to tell me I had to wait 72 hours for the returns department to get back to me on whether or not it was approved? Not to mention you only have a measly 14 days to return. He then proceeded to say "We have a process to follow, {NAME}" in response to my question. See photo below. Overall a very condescending conversation when I was just looking for more information...

I respected the guides given by Triangl, and it was not at all that especially for the chest. It's tiny. Not suitable only for women who have no breasts. I had to pay $100 in customs tax, I did not expect such an expensive tax. In fact it is send from China and manufactures there. (not at all in Australia). I asked to make a return for once they sent me an XL (knowing that I wear S) and it's still too small. In short, bad brand.
They disappointed me in every way

Tip for consumers:
only women without breasts can wear these swimsuits.
otherwise it's super expensive for what it is + customs taxes which costs as much as the swimsuit

I had bought a triangl bathing suit before and was very happy with the pricey suit but when I got the second the sizing was not the same way too small.
No customer service. Shipped from Hong Kong. You pay all shipping expenses which can be very high.

After reading these reviews I was shocked by how fast I received my bikini! I ordered it Wednesday morning and received it Friday morning. I will say that I created a FedEx account & signed electronically so I didn't have to be at my house to sign. I think that was helpful. I live in the US but I didn't have to pay any fees. $20 for shipping is kind of expensive but it was worth it to me. I'm obsessed with my new suit as well. Overall this has been my best experience buying online.

This company is a scam. Shipping costs 20 dollars, and if you want to exchange or return an item you are responsible for cost of shipping. It took 15 days for me to receive the return code to return my order. Customer service absolutely sucks and the bathing suits are most certainly not worth 100 dollars a set. I tried leaving a bad review on the website and it hasn't showed up.

I reluctantly bought a bathing suit for my daughter. We ordered the regular bottom not the cheeky bottoms but the regular bottoms were still too small. My daughter decided she did not want the suit so I emailed for a return code. They emailed back and said why don't you exchange them instead. So I emailed them back again and asked for a return code Which is required in order to receive your money back. Still haven't heard back from them three weeks later. So it's past the 15 day return policy. Now we are stuck with an overpriced bathing suit that doesn't fit. Thanks Triangl. Hope you go out of business.

Yes you're not reading incorrectly. Triangl do say on their website that they are not responsible for the duties or taxes for online shopping. For international countries, however the delivery service they have chosen is part of their end to end customer experience. Did I pay this sort of fee when having items shipped internationally with asos or amazon? No... are the bikinis worth £170? No they are not.

Let me start off by saying that I really tried to love this company. I ordered a pink suit from them called the Lotus or something and I received it pretty fast. The quality was terrible, it didn't come with a crotch sticker and it didn't fit so I returned it. I had to jump through hoops to get it returned but I eventually got it sent out to the warehouse. Along the way their service was rude, they had me send multiple pictures of the untouched swim suit and all this bs. In conclusion I never got my money back so I lost a swimsuit and 140 dollars.

I ordered a bikini two weeks in advance of my trip. There was a conflict with the delivery, and the bikini got shipped back to Triangl. The shipping fee of $20 is such a waste of money. Triangl should do a better job of making sure that the customers receive their items properly. This seriously has been my worst experience of online shopping. I never want to purchase anything from Triangl.
