“Triangl-the best site for swimsuits”

When seeing all of these reviews, you think the worst of Triangl. I was in the same situation, but I was so wrong and got so scared after reading these, but for nothing, everything was at superlative. Made 3 orders, purchasing 6 beautiful swimsuits, they came in their bags and all of them are such great quality. Everyone is complaining about delivery, but mine have been delivered within a week which was absolutely surprising and amazing. Thank you so much Triangl for the best service and the most gorgeous swim pieces. Highly recommend them.

“Return process is hell”

Do not order from this company. The size guides online are terribly misleading. Based on measurements that I triple checked I ordered the size corresponding to my measurements. Once the bathing suit arrived it was TINY and did not match up with the measurements for the online size guide. I submitted a return request, I was required to pay $30 CAD shipping to send the package. After weeks I received an email claiming they received the package and would refund my money. They refunded the initial price of the bathing suit but not the GST that I paid directly to them at the time of checkout. I understand not refunding duties and taxes paid to the delivery service/customs on delivery but refusing to refund a GOODS tax that was paid directly to them once the goods are back in their possession is unheard of.

Ordered one of their new floral top bikinis. The one I received had ZERO flowers on it. NONE. Four leaves and some beige coloration on the straps - nothing like the vibrant and beautiful bikini top advertised on their site. Additionally the size was wrong, despite going back and forth with the chat service.

In order to return you can't talk to someone, you have to go through email. Each email takes around over 2 days to get a reply to, each time being a different person. Quality of the top is garbage too, dingy, flimsy... garbage.

Now I get to spend money shipping the item BACK and don't get reimbursed the $20 in customs I spent ordering the thing. They say they are a 'small' company that can't afford the costs of covering shipping with returns and can't handle the costs of a phone service - complete lies.

Every time that I have went onto customer service they have been awesome! They answer all my questions and are very quick to respond. When I went to order a swim suit they were all out of my size so I asked customer service if they had any in inventory, within the next couple of minutes I got an email on how to place a manual order and got everything taken care of! I absolutely love their swim wear and highly recommend ordering from them.

I ordered a swimsuit for my granddaughter for Christmas in November. She loved it but after trying it on in January, the bottoms were too small. I admit that I didn't read the return policy. However since it was a Christmas gift, the return couldn't have been met anyway. They still will not allow an exchange. Sure wish I had not ordered from this company!

Would never recommend buying from them. Suit was poor quality for the price and did not fit correctly. Return policy was so complicated and had to pay an additional $12 to ship back after paying $20 to revive it. Was THE WORST!

I ordered a suit for my daughter. Long story short bottoms are way too small & also skimpy for a teenager. Which means I would have to pay for shipping back to Hong Kong I thought... Which was bad enough. But no, even though their return policy says you canreturn any piece, they say no it's not in its original condition because the shipment included two pieces. Buyer BEWARE! There is a reason they are shipping from overseas!

When getting the bikinis at first I was so happy with them despite the import charges which were a lot more than anticipated weeks after the delivery. They are really bright and an amazing fit true to size guidelines and help the online chat offers. However as I live in England don't get much wear from bikinis but the colour after washing has ran into the lighter colour I was really upset with this after the price I paid for them however the support team are really helpful and are sending me a new bikini. I highly recommend this company and their amazing swimwear. There aren't many companies around anymore that offer such help, it is a credit to them!

I never write reviews but I feel like I have to considering how terrible the experience has been with triangl. I ordered a bikini (inesa style). After one wear in the ocean the white turned yellow as the inside lining colour bled through. I have tried multiple times to obtain an exchange through about 15 emails back and forth telling me each bikini I choose is out of stock (even though in stock on their website). I believe this is a tactic to not allow you to exchange. Way too much of a hassle! I can't get a refund either so would not purchase again.

I bought a few bikinis for my daughter and on two occasions I have wanted to return one of them as it didn't fit her well. First time I got discourage and kept the item rather than spending more time trying to get a customer representative to send me a return label! Second time after many tries I found out that they do not provide you with a return label! You have to take care of it all on your own! All they do is provide you with their address! Thank you! That company needs to learn to be a little more professional! They lost me as customer, I do not have time to deal with that type of things.

Incompetent customer service staff who clearly do not know the first thing about serving customers, with an ‘not my problem' attitude, unwillingness to help or deal with any problems that may arise. Sizing is extremely inconsistent as I am a size 6 Australian so often a size xs, but in tirangl I range from a xs all the way to a medium, before ordering I read their size guide but still had to exchange almost every single price, size guide is useless

Beware! This company has a 14 day return policy, no exceptions which is ridiculous for a bathing suit that costs $80! I ordered this early to ensure it arrived on time for my daughter's birthday (with supply chain issues, one has to!) but realized when she opened her gift that they sent cheeky bottoms instead of the regular fit ones I order. It was day 17 since the package arrived and they refused to return or exchange the bathing suit. I plan to contact the BBB as this seems super sketchy! Awful business model, awful!

I normally don't review items but my dealings with this company has been so problematic that I am forced to leave one. My daughter purchased a bikini set from the company. After sitting in the jaccuzzi once, the bottom color faded. When I contacted their website, they first suggested I use a paste made of baking soda. This did nothing. When I communicated this to them again, they simply chose to ignore my message repeatedly.

The company has a terrible shipping / return policy and any problem will be at the customer's expense.

I bought a top in size Small and got a top XXS. I had to send 3 emails to customer service to get a reply that they allowed my exchange finally. I was informed that I had to pay to send the item back because they didn't provide a return label. They sent me the wrong size, and I had to pay $26 to return it. Terrible customer service, no phone to contact. The chat is awful, and they turn down the conversation while you are writing to complain. I want my money back and won't pay for their mistake. I never bought a top XXS. It was my first purchase and the last one, for sure!

I ordered my daughter a bikini for Christmas. It came about two sizes too small. MY daughter is a size 4 and a C cup so i ordered M bottoms and A+ top it is so small it barely fits my size 0 niece. We were travelling after Christmas so I didn't return it right away. They have a 30 day exchange policy. I ordered 35 days ago but it took 10 days to receive but they still will not exchange it. Lost a customer for sure. Not worth the cost or the frustration. Stay away

I ordered an item for my girlfriend based on certain sizing. When the item arrived, and she tried it on, the top was way too small despite the sizing recommendations on the website matching to her measures so to me, that is misleading and needs correcting on the website. Was too late to return since I didn't give to her until her birthday so that is a mistake on my part, however, I tried to see if I could get the top separately in a different size on the website but can only purchase in bundles, which is ridiculous. Goods way over priced as well for what you get, never shopping here again.

They will not refund me my 120$ simply because the tag ripped off, even though it never warned, I have all of the original packagings, and all of the tags are still there. They are always very vague with their responses and if you do want to return the batting suit, it's 20-30$ to ship back.

I had a problem with ordering a swimsuit so I emailed them to see if they could help. I got an email back just a few minutes after! I was very impressed. They helped me solve my problem & Figured everything out. Also, this all happened at 1:30am

I purchased a bikini that was poor quality and ill-fitting. The bigger problem was the nearly impossible return procedures and policies. It was unclear how to return it or to where, there is an extremely short window (14 days) in which to return it, and the entire process is overly difficult and tedious. Will never buy from here again.

I hate triangl and it is personally the worst bathing suit brand on the face of this earth. I spent 124$ on a bikini in a week advance and spent 20$ for 1-4 day shipping and my package was still late. Triangl sucks and u should never order from them. Big thank you to them because they ruined my bday

Ordered a swims suit for about $120 with shipping. I decided to leave a review because on this site it seems that most complaints are about FedEx- which I agree FedEx is a terrible company that is my only complaint. I will address some of the poor reviews on here:
1. If the swimsuit breaks after wearing it only a few times, it is most likely too small.
2. If you have to pay fees from shipping, it is FedEx's fault not Triangl's.
3. The sizing chart is on the website, so if you order the wrong size and you miss Triangl's 30 day return request that is your fault not Triangl's!
ALL of the Triangl bikinis I own have not faded, if yours fade it could be due to the sun or the way you wash it. If you wash it according to the tag it should be fine.
Personally, I see nothing wrong Triangl company except the fact that they use FedEx. I enjoy their exclusivity, and the fact that they come with a matching dust bag. The bikinis are made out of a nice soft fabric.

Don't waste your money unless you are 100% sure you are going to keep it. The return process is so laborious, it simply isn't worth the time. The suits are no worth the $$'s either. Over $100 for a suit that is no better quality than you would get from Shein for $10. The packaging was just nicer. NOT WORTH IT!

Excruciatingly painful to deal with when trying to exchange or return items, nearly a week of trying to exchange Bikini tops due to size variation. I have actually got to the stage of giving up as they want me to pay more money to purchase items "as they are low in stock". The tops are not available separately so i would have to purchase whole bikini sets.
I still haven't received address to return items.

They make returning or exchanging very difficult. Process takes days due to having to email back and forth with them and they only email back once a day. They don't even provide any type of return label. They charge $20 for shipping and then leave you in charge of shipping costs for return, this is the only place where I've had to pay to return.

Don't waste your time with this shop. The only thing you will get there is a headache! Better order order somewhere else, it will be faster, better customer service and you will actually receive something for your money.

I bought a bikini from triangl about 2 weeks ago even though it was a little expensive I was sure it was going to come fast that it was made in Australia... But then I got a call from fedex saying I had to pay a 70$ shipping fee. And after I payed I heard it was made in CHINA! So just saying everything they say about there brand how it's made in Australia... is fake! Plus 200$ for a bathing suit made in China that probably costs 10$ to make isn't reasonable at all!

I purchased a bunch of suits to try on and unfortunately they were all too small even though I measured. I immediately contact Triangl for a return, I didn't hear back and had to contact them again in multiple different ways. When they finally did provide return instructions, they were unclear and said that I should be receiving an additional e-mail with more information on the return. I never received it. Over the course of a month, I had to e-mail them 15+ times trying to navigate the return process. They finally told me it was too late and my return had "expired" and refused to make an exception. Now I have brand new bikinis that don't fit me and I will never shop at Tringl again!
