When seeing all of these reviews, you think the worst of Triangl. I was in the same situation, but I was so wrong and got so scared after reading these, but for nothing, everything was at superlative. Made 3 orders, purchasing 6 beautiful swimsuits, they came in their bags and all of them are such great quality. Everyone is complaining about delivery, but mine have been delivered within a week which was absolutely surprising and amazing. Thank you so much Triangl for the best service and the most gorgeous swim pieces. Highly recommend them.
Do not order from this company. The size guides online are terribly misleading. Based on measurements that I triple checked I ordered the size corresponding to my measurements. Once the bathing suit arrived it was TINY and did not match up with the measurements for the online size guide. I submitted a return request, I was required to pay $30 CAD shipping to send the package. After weeks I received an email claiming they received the package and would refund my money. They refunded the initial price of the bathing suit but not the GST that I paid directly to them at the time of checkout. I understand not refunding duties and taxes paid to the delivery service/customs on delivery but refusing to refund a GOODS tax that was paid directly to them once the goods are back in their possession is unheard of.
This is the worst company to work with. They have had a return for over a MONTH and have not processed my credit card for the refund. They do not respond to emails. The suits are cute but EXPENSIVE— one would expect a little more for the price. DO NOT BUY!

I bought a triangl bikini, wore it around 5 times and washed it around 3 (following the washing instructions) and the material has become damaged. The elastic is coming out and there are bobbles. I have emailed them to complain of the poor quality (considering the price) and the reply was that I should not have worn it in chlorine or salt water. ITS A BIKINI WHICH ARE MADE FOR SWIMMING, IF THEY ARE NOT WEARABLE EXCEPT FOR PHOTOS THEN THIS INFORMATION SHOULD BE PROVIDED. I sent a reply email saying how radiculous this is and they are no longer replying. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed
I've just read a few of these other reviews on here complaining about Fedex charges. The website clearly has a disclosure for this, they can't be held responsible if you order their product and you're unaware of your countries duties or taxes for online shopping. Read the terms and conditions, it's written quite simply and clearly on their website.
My package only took 6 days to arrive which was great!. The sizes are perfect! I really don't know what people are complaining about. They offer size charts in AU, US etc. If you're unsure, just measure yourself up because they offer the measurements too.
Although I knew what size I needed just by looking at their size chart, I still decided to speak to one of their lovely consultants on their chat and she confirmed my sizes.
I ordered two bikinis, a Arizona set by Milly and Cola Pop by Poppy. I ordered S++ for top which is a 8-10DD (Australian size) and a XS which is a size 6 to small 8 in my opinion (Australian size). The bottoms are a tighter fit but thats due to their material which is also stated on their website. They came in perfect condition and wrapped in a nice black box.
Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and would order from them again. I think some people just need to read the information provided to them by the website before they shift the blame to the company for their ignorance.
I paid almost $140 for this swimsuit. I dont recommend them. The size chart and people in live chat is not accurate.

This was not only a waste of money but a total aggravating waste of time. I went to return a suit. All that people have said about the return process is true. I had to wait 72 hours for an email giving me permission to return something that by policy had to be retuned within 2 weeks. It took them 4 days to send the email. Then the aggravation began. There was no way to contact the Returns Team so I had to reach out to the chat team because I had never received my refund even though I kept getting emails that my refund had been approved and even that my refund had been processed. None of it true. It took me harassing their chat team five times before I finally got another email that once again said my refund was made. Every time I reached out I would get the response that the Returns Team would look into my problem and get back to me via email no earlier than 72 hours. It seemed like they were doing everything possible to not give me my refund. Like I would somehow get so aggregated I would just give up. Never again! You can bet I will be warning all my daughters friends about this on social media.

I purchased a bikini from their site following their size guide. The bottoms were too big, I had already worn the top and taken the tags off as they fit. I lodged a return request, the only option was to exchange the bottoms for the exact same garment in the size down as I had already worn the top (they don't do partial refunds, nor can garments be exchanged for alternative garments unless you're exchanging a full set).
The size I was after was out of stock and no date was given for when it would be restocked nor was I given an estimated date. As a customer, I did not feel comfortable returning my garment without a clear restock date or resolution to the issue. I never heard back from Triangl, I followed up after 3 months and was told I was "outside of the returns timeframe of 14 days and nothing could be done."
It's now been nine months, the set I ordered has never been restocked since nor has anyone reached out to give me an alternative solution. I have reached out to Triangl again. I still have the garment with the tags on, hygienic sticker on, garment product bag and the original parcel it was shipped to me in and they still won't accept the return. They can't provide a refund, and they can't exchange the garment because the collection doesn't exist anymore. The company has failed to fulfil their returns policy and has breached the Australian consumer laws.
I have contacted and reported Triangl to the ACCC (Australian Completion & Consumer Commission) for this matter to be resolved at a higher level.

I love my bikinis. Like love them. Favourite thing to buy, and I have tried many many brands.
THIS IS THE WORST QUALITY IVE EVER PURCHASED!
Worn on two separate occasions, for only a few hours and all the threads are coming out on the tops and bottom. I'm pretty handy, and had to spend a ton of extra money on duties just to receive this bikini, and IVE SEWN IT BACK TOGETHER 2x. The wires come out consistently, even after restricting them back in because the casing is such crap quality that the wire just makes a new hole each time. I'm so wildly disappointed with this product. I was so happy to find a company that makes band sizes and cup sizes separately for proper fit, the product is just $#*!. ABSOLUTE CRAP! DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND! AND SO DAMN EXPENSIVE.
And yes, I do hand wash Gently is special soap and this still happened.
I have read the reviews which say that the returns process is bad and that the bikinis are overpriced (which I half agree on). However, I have had a good experience with the company as I spent a lot of time researching about sizing and watching YouTube videos of people who have got Triangl bikinis and look more or less my size.
Shipping
If you read the website properly, it states that you as the customer will be liable for shipping duties/tax in your region so it is your sole decision as a customer to chose to buy the bikini, keeping in mind that YOU are responsible for extra tax. You must read the website properly before blaming the company for the mistakes that you made. I live 2 oceans away from the Triangl warehouse and the shipping took just over a week.
Sizing
The sizing chart and the Live Chat service is merely a guide to help you choose your correct size. Everyone is different and the sizing chart does not apply to everybody. So once again, you can't blame Triangl for assuming your size and you cannot rely solely on the chart to find your size. I suggest watching YouTube videos of people reviewing and trying on their Triangl bikinis.
Price
I half agree on how the bikini is expensive but it was your decision as a customer to buy the bikini. I think it is worthwhile to buy a bikini if you know that you will use it frequently and take care of it.
Paid 90 for my daughter bikini for a £30 customs fee to then come in the post there is now way the bikini is worth £120 poor quality very disappointed!
You have a 14 day return window and the return team gets back to you extremely late. You are also charged 90£ worth of import fees which are not disclosed on the website
Fed ex let someone sign for my parcel that didn't even have the same last name! And it had the right address on it I was mad because they are expensive and they wouldn't even refund me
I ordered three suits - not only did I spend a while talking to their online reps, who by the way told me the wrong sizes - fine. The real reason is this: They ship international, from Hong Kong, and not only do they charge you for international shipping (fine) and not only if you want to return something do you have to pay for international return shipping (fine, I guess) BUT two weeks later you WILL receive a bill from FedEx to pay for THEIR customs/taxes bill of $71+ dollars! Not to mention that is the cost of an entire bathingsuit, they don't build this in to the cost of their suit, say they'll take care of it, nothing. So not only was I extremely unimpressed by their customer service and lack of guest recovery, I'm out $100+ on BS - shipping charges - what a waste - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, you can find cute bathingsuits for low cost at many other places.

I wanted to return some items - stupid returns process that requires you to get a special code before they release the address to send back to (in Hong Kong). Cost an extra £25.
I then also had to go through a complicated claim with HMRC to get the duty and VAT I paid on the reurned items back.

This company is so difficult to work with. They claimed that they sent me a package from oversea. The package never arrived and they refused to help anyway. Be aware of this company.

Very pretty but overpriced bikini BUT the real ouch factor is the absolutely horrific postage/tax from Fedex-cost 26 dollars i. E. a third of the price of the bikini.
I ordered two bathing suits for my daughter several weeks before Christmas. A week after I ordered them, I received an email from Triangl saying they'd now run out of stock on one top and one bottom. The next day, I received an emailing saying that they'd run out of the other top. They asked what I wanted to do. I wrote back to ask them for a phone number to call because I wanted to find out at that point (one week before Christmas) if there were any options. They emailed to tell me they didn't give out phone numbers. I then emailed to ask if there were other bathing suits in full that they could FedEx me to get to me by Christmas. They said they only did Fed Ex ground and couldn't get me anything for Christmas. When I finally wrote back that my daughter would be disappointed (this is 10 days after I bought the two sets of suits and still 6 days before Christmas), they said I could expect a refund in the next week. What? The store offers terrible customer service, is disorganized, and shouldn't charge consumers unless they know items are in stock. I won't order from Triangl again.
I ordered bikini from TRIANGL in size XS. I am always wearing XS from all other Swimming suits brands. But their XS is just tiny, like for kids... So I tried to send it back, but I didn't have any return label. They have told me I have to pay for it. I said ok can you give me the shipping options at least and the answer was amazing - you have to find yourself the way to send it back. So I spend pretty much googling the cheapest version of shipping and sent with local correos.
Then in 3 weeks I am getting a mail from FEDEX saying that I have pending amount to be paid. I was surprised cause I didn't use FEDEX recently. Then I called them and they told me this invoice is from TRIANGL. They charged me for shipping although when I was buying in the final page was written SHIPPING INCLUDED. When I sent few messages to TRIANGL asking why I have a pending invoice from Fedex they just ignored me. I paid 60 euros just for nothing.

No phone number to reach them only email correspondence. I ordered a suit and based the amazing off what the live chat people said. I was told to order an xs bottom and a small top. I went ahead and ordered a small in both because I knew there was no way I could fit small bottoms. The suit came was waaayyyy to small. So I went ahead and ordered a medium bottom and a small plus top. So now I had two $100 bathing suits on my card. I promptly emailed their returns department saturday so I could return the suit first thing Monday. Let's fast forward to Thursday. Still haven't received the information I need to return this suit. At this point I am beyond frustrated. They don't tell you that in the email you need to include size and style of the suit. I did however include the order number. Why can't they look it up themselves based off that? So instead of reaponding with the return code and the address for it to be shipped to they respond (3 days later) with them asking for those things. It is now an additional 2 days later and I have yet to receive his information.
I am a repeat purchaser - this time I got the Twinnie style in Dandy Candy and Jera in Cheeta. I am 5'4,128 lbs, 32D... ordered small bottoms and small + top & fit perfectly. Absolutely in love! The bottoms in these styles are not wet-suit material (which is different than the suit I had previously ordered in 2015) which is nice cause it is more form fitting. The top in the Jera I ordered is wet-suit material and the top in the Teinnie is nylon/polyamid like the bottoms. Package came very quick to Canada via fed-ex!
This website has the cutest suits. Great for summer. I probably have 10 and almost every single one of them broke I emailed them and they were kind enough to send me a new bottoms. Three of my other ones broke I couldn't get a refun. One of my red swimsuits I just put it on the Clasp broke and I didn't get a refund. I'm done ordering from them website super cute swimsuits though NOT GOOD QUALITY IDK WHY EVERYONE IS SAYING THAT

I have purchased previous suits from here that I love, and I placed an order about a month ago and I still have not received any shipping confirmation even though they say they ship in 3-5 days!
I love the bathing suits, they fit me really well! The only bad thing is the price... 20us for shipping+ 96CAD to pay the duties. In total, for. 2 set, I had to pay 340$ cad. Thats a lot of money.
Ordered a bathing suit and paid $20 for shipping to the US. Sized up knowing that the customer service recommendations were probably off and sure enough, the top was still wayyy too small (they recommended an XS, I had to go with a M). Paid even more money to go to USPS and exchange the top for a bigger size and waited weeks for a shipment back. Then, once I got a notification from FedEx that my package arrived... nothing was at my house. I contacted Triangl who then directed me to FedEx to file a claim. Then FedEx directed me back to Triangl to file the package as lost. After this merry-go-round of wasted time, Triangl now tells me there's nothing they can do. So I spent $115 + 4 hours emailing Triangl, and on the phone with FedEx only to have NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE.
So I am out of money, left with a pair of bathing suit bottoms I will never wear by themselves.
Do not trust this brand, its ethics, or its customer service. Plus, the quality was horribly thin and disappointing. I will be filing a complaint with BBB.

I bought 2 sets on June 9. They made me pay 20$ US for express shipping(3-5 days).
This was by far the worst experience I ever had with a company.
After 5 days, I DM'd them on Instagram because I had not received a shipping comfirmation yet. They answered me 6 hours later saying that they were sorry and that a member of their team will reach out to me via email.
The same day I got an email title « shipping confirmation» and then thought that my order had been shipped. 2 days later, I used the live chat on their website to try to get more informatin about my order beacause I had not received my tracking number. That's when I learnt that besides the tittle of the email I got, my order had not been shipped. The lady I was chatting with told me that the tittle was to inform me that they where working on the shipping of my order... Things then got worse. 3 days later, I received an email saying that one of the swimsuits I had bought was sold out (I bought it the day it launched). They then told me to chose from 3 sets on their websites and that they'll send me the one that was available. I was fuming. I sent them my choices but the next day I received a shpping confirmation... (?). My sets are suppose to arrive tomorrow now. Oh and I just had to pay 108,50$ CAD for duty fees.
Worst service ever. I would never shop again on triangl.com. For bathing suits that are made in China this is way to expensive.
I am virtually an exclusive online shopper and have ordered from a vast number of merchants so you can imagine my surprise and horror to learn of Triangl's unbelievably archaic and complex return "process" (as aptly named by company itself). I requested to return three suits the day after they arrived (and what's with the shipping charges? Nearly every online retailer ships for free after spending a reasonable amount) only to receive an automatic reply explaining that they are inundated with emails and promising to get back to me within four days (never mind that instruction in returns "process" boldly mentions returns cannot be accepted after 14 days of receipt! How does that happen?). When I didn't receive an RA # after numerous days, I again returned to chat with a "live" agent (I have my doubts if there's anyone with a pulse on the other end) who replied that they needed to escalate my request to the return department. After receipt of standard "out of the office on holiday" type emails, I never received an answer to my request. A "live" agent told me to check my spam (now there's an idea!) and would again pass my concerns on to someone who could help me. Wait a minute: can a return seriously be so complicated? I then asked if I could call to speak to someone who could assist me immediately only to learn the company has no direct line. Ok, that's it... As much as I liked the bikinis and initially thought to exchange them for a larger size (also why I'm giving two stars), I would never, ever, ever order from them again. There are way too many other online retailers who will make it easy and pleasant to shop from them... and here I'm still haven't managed to complete my return!
