I ordered from an ad they ran on Facebook, self retracting ratchet straps. I ordered 2 and the total was just over $49.00. They sent me regular ratchet straps like you can get at Walmart and pay $9.99 for a 2 pack. I have sent them receipts, pictures and many email communications proving what I ordered And what I paid for. They have admitted they are wrong yet they refuse to send me what I ordered or give me a refund! Do not order from this company as they are SCAMMING PEOPLE! I just read another review about them doing the exact same thing to someone else!
BEWARE***TRIUMPHITY IS A SCAM COMPANY! THEY ARE LOCATED IN CHINA! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
Tip for consumers:
Their "Customer service" is horrible. They want to argue and try to blame it back on you! Even when you provide them proof they will lie to you!
Products used:
NONE! THEY WOULD NOT SEND WHAT I ORDERED AND REFUSED A REFUND!
