“Bought retractable straps of $28 on invoice they charged my account $33”

Bought retractable straps of $28 on invoice they charged my account $33. Then didn't send retractable straps instead regular ratchet straps you can buy 2 for $10 here. I contacted their only customer support which is email. No phone number. Offer to refund me $6. Lol. Told them no I want what I paid for or a refund. Said they cant do that. Crooks

“Scam company”

Please do not order. They are not a real company. I placed an order 2 months ago for retractable bungee cords.
Still no product. They continue to string me along.
Please do not fall for this scam.
I am fighting for my refund.
