I bought my condo after an inspection with Tri-Value Consultants, and the amount of detail an extra information I got along with the home inspection on my condo unit was incredible. The real estate agent did not seem to be happy that I was finding out everything about the building that needed to be fixed, but it worked out perfect in the end. I bought the condo after getting estimates on the many issues they found. If you're getting a house or condo I'd really recommend them!
Tip for consumers:
Ask a lot of questions before you hire an inspector. Mike actually took over 20 minutes on the phone with me discussing issues that they would look for in the condo I wanted them to inspect it really sold me on them they take the time to give you the information you need
