I purchased the Jungle shoes on 26-01-2021 they arrived on 13-01-2022 when opening the box there was a huge tear on one of the sides of one of the shoes atleast 2 cm.
I send an email to Tropicfeel and supplied photos I got told that I owuld not be getting a refund or an exchange as there were burn marks on the photos. I looked at the photos I send and there are no burn marks the photos that they send me were of someone with black skin (which I do not have) and showing some kind of dark mark on the shoe.

I invoked the 14 day cooling off period and want to return the shoes and cancel the purchase apparently Tropicfeel thinks they are above the law and are refusing to cooperate. According to EU Law I am well within my right to ask for a refund as we are well within the 14 day cooling off period.

This company has no regards for the rules and laws.
