I ordered 4 Rancho shocks on 8-5-13 and my credit card was billed immediately. After numerous phone calls and emails I finally received the shocks on 9-6-13 and 1 of them had the wrong part number on it. After more calls and emails they sent me a return fed ex sticker on 9-11-13 and I returned the wrong shock on that same day. After unreturned phone calls and emails I finally received the correct shock on 10-11-13. They had my money for 2 months before I finally received the correct product. How can these people stay in business? I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company and believe me I will not make that mistake again. If you want good service and things sent in a timely manner stay away from TruckAddons.
I just wanted to take the time to express my thanks and inform you of a few great members that you have working for you. Back in February I purchased a bed cover from your company that was never received. Through the entire process of figuring out what happened to the cover your team members Melissa Decorie and Randy Foley stood by me bending over backwards and assisted me through the entire process. They were extremely professional and constantly kept me informed of what was going on. Weekly I would be in contact with Melissa, which for me the customer I was very pleased because that was such a big investment. I know that I am only one person but I am a very satisfied customer that will be purchasing from your company again and spreading the word to everyone about the great service and customer care that was provided by Melissa and Randy. I appreciate everything that they did for me through this process.
My son ordered fender flares for his 93 Chevy K1500, when they arrived, they did not fit. We contacted CS to see if there was a mistake, they said there wasn't, we asked questions and got no real answers and when we returned the items, they stated they were not only going to make us PAY to return the items, but they were going to charge us for the FREE SHIPPING THEY OFFERED IN THE BEGINNING! REALLY?!?! Not to mention they could take up to 20% off the refunded amount to cover "restocking" really people? I requested a manager contact me at least twice and NEVER received a call from them. I will certainly think twice before I deal with this company again. What a rip off, I paid 95 dollars to ship the boxes back and they were going to deduct and additional 95 to cover their "free shipping!?" that is just Bull$#*! where I come from and I will make sure everyone knows it in the car customizing community here in Southern NV!
