True Hardwoods has beautiful hard wood flooring options for the home and office. They have many selections to fit any price point/budget and all of the brands are top notch quality. The prices are great too!
Dishonest business. My remodel took a year due to contractor getting Covid. Once we were finally done truehardwood would not allow us to return any extra product that we purchased. However even if they did there is a 25% restock fee along with shopping costs. I wish I had done business locally. I ended up spending more using truehardwood.

Save your money and time and purchase elsewhere, may I suggest eFloors.com. The brainless twits at TrueHardwoods dont want to know you if you are doing a small project or need a small order to finish a job. They have a minimum order size which is a BS policy, what does it matter if you are buying one box or many if you are paying for it as well as shipping. The answer is it shouldnt. EFloors was extremely helpful, courteous and very well priced and I highly recommend them and when compared to these clueless half wits its a no brainer decision. AVOID TrueHardwoods, go where they appreciate your business and give you great value and service for your money.

I was given education/ information that helped me in my decision process for my flooring choice since this was for my sunroom project. Service was very fast, competent and friendly. The cost was very reasonable and I just couldn't be happier. The flooring look beautiful

I placed an order on Nov 12,2020 and have YET to receive a tracking number or update. I've been told that due to COVID the manufacturer is running behind but I was not told that when I placed the order and several emails have been ignored when I ask for an update. I heard the product would arrive no later than last week and it did not, then I heard it should arrive this Monday and that I'd receive an update and tracking number. I did not. An email went unanswered three days later, and then I receive a text stating they are not open right now. I'm highly concerned that this business is a huge scam artist. The BBB ratings are poor and they are not accredited. I should have known better. Don't make the same mistake! Now I will have to file with my credit card company and BBB unless I hear from them with a tracking number first thing tomorrow morning.
The entire process, from sample to delivery was excellent. Anthony was our salesperson and he was wonderful. He kept us posted every step of the way. We highly recommend this company.

While the price point was fantastic, what really blew me away was the amount of options they had for flooring. Will buy again next flooring need.
DWF's Customer Service practices need to be focused on the client AFTER the sale & NOT only before & during the sale process! We dealt with Jose' Fraire, 'Sales Team Leader' during the purchasing process and were very happy with his attention to assisting us in selection of LVT planking and following through on buying 1400 SF of the product. After paying $4000+ in full to purchase the product & having the 2800 pounds of flooring delivered my house, our 'good professional relationship' ended!
The delivery came as expected, BUT the shipment was partially damaged when the driver dropped it off the semi truck lift-gate damaging the boxes of planking. Seven (7) boxes of the 79 boxes shipped were ruined!
I took 'photos' as instructed by Jose & I signed the delivery 'receipt' with 'shipment damaged when received and to be inspected' written on it which I was told was the right thing to do by Jose! I sent photos to Jose and the 'damage claim' was filed.
It took a month to hear back after I sent many many emails & left many voicemails for Jose. His reply was that my 'claim' was 'DENIED'!... What? I do not understand how such a professional 'sales' person who told me he 'EARNS HIS COMMISSION' on his sales can just drop a customer after the money is received for the goods! Amazing! I'll NEVER PURCHASE FROM DWF AGAIN!
