AKA BLOSSOM PEST CONTROL. Contacted this company to have them inspect the perimeter of my home for bees nests as I have found at least 15 bees inside my home since the beginning of summer. They came out & never inspected anything, they stood on my porch for an hour while they talked & talked & finally left. I continued to find bees in my home, go figure, & called Diane at True Pest Control to ask her to send someone back out as I'm extremely allergic. She became incredibly beligerant & unproffessional, asking me "Did you go out & look for bees? Did you see any?" knowing full well I'm allergic. I said yes I've looked & no I didnt see anything, but that's why I called you guys. She then responded with & I quote "I didn't ask you to crawl up there, I asked you if you had seen anything." She continued to be down right condescending, rude, degrading for absolutely no reason. She refused to send anyone back out without charging me even more money when they never even did their job to begin with. She continued to blame me for their mistake by saying & again, I quote "Well, did you ASK him to look around the house?" Umm, should I have had to? Did you think I called you out here to have an hour long conversation about bees at $65 a visit? When you take your phone to the repair store, do they stare at you until you ASK them to fix your phone.? No, they don't. She continued with her disgusting attitude & said, "Well we can come back out & spray but theyre flying insects & I can't stop them from flying!" Yes, I'm dead serious. She's a small business owner & actually thinks she can treat her paying customers this way & expect absolute no reprocussion from it. That alone should disgust anyone reading this enough to never give her a single penny of your hard earned money. She will take your money, provide you with no services, leave you feeling completely unsafe in YOUR own home, & then blame you & degrade you when you call her out on their mistake. DO NOT HIRE THEM!
