Don't buy from this "company" - seems a scam. No customer service. No response. Ordered a product a month ago, just get "tracking updates" that are from 2 weeks ago. No product delivery. Cancelling the order with my credit card company,
Wrong size, can't return. No customer service, they don't reply. The email doesn't work. There is no phone number. Pants are junk even if they had sent the right size.

BE FOREWARNED! THESE PEOPLE OR THIS OUTFIT IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS. I have been home for a few months now, recovering from surgery and illness. That recent cold front/Arctic dip made me realize how vulnerable I was, that I needed a new winter coat. I nearly froze to death. So I plug winter coats into the browser and coats from trueswat came up right away. I bought (or so I thought) a 90 some dollar coat and a second one for 70 dollars. I am still recovering so have no money coming in. 160 plus dollars out of my scant food budget that I saved, and they never sent my products. Now i endure the utility companies taking turns shutting off my heat and electricity and i lost 40 lbs on my starvation income (no money coming in). I had to walk up to the store and after just 2 minutes, was frostbit. It was very painful. Point being, I REALLY NEEDED MY COAT so I parted with 160 figuring i would never need another winter coat again. All this anguish and ever ending problems, and these SOBs stole my money. I asked repeatedly for a refund, they simply do not reply. BE FOREWARNED! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TRUESWAT

We are truly sorry to hear that the long shipping time and lack of communication from our end has left your experience with our company so much to be desired.
