I am being charged 56.00 per month for something I never signed up for. I never bought anything from Truevital. It has been challenging to unsubscribe from something I never subscribed to. There isn't even an account associated with this company. There needs to be a website or contact information. And yet they take money out of my bank account.
My wife never ordered this product and would never have ordered it, even by accident. We were out of the country and had autopay on the credit card they charged so my wife did not notice until we got back that there were 2 charges for something she never ordered.
She called her Carnival Cruise Barclay's fraud dept. who were not very helpful and they said to cancel the card so the company could not keep charging. Truevital somehow charged the new card twice. How did they even find the first card number, let alone the 2nd card.
Barclay's again was no help, unlike other credit card companies that we both use that we stop the fraud and reverse the charge. Instead Barclay's sent a letter saying the charges were valid because of my wife's previous purchase history with the merchant - which is crazy. My wife told them the first 2 charges were fraud and called them and told them that so how could Barclay's say it was based on purchase history, The purchase history was fraudulent from the first one. And my wife never received any product from TrueVital!
And I got ahold of TrueVital and their phone number does not answer. After a lot of research I found some other numbers and got ahold of some one and they offered 30% back - which my wife has never gotten,
I recommend reporting TrueVital to the Better Business Bureau.
I am being charged for this and have never even heard of the product!'
I just want my money back and the answer on how they got my bank information!
