I just had a sit 20 miles from my brother's house. It was so convenient because I could visit them whenever and then have my own place to relax in. I'm heading to another sit in a town I'm moving back to so I can look for housing.

I've just completed another house-sit in NZ, and, again, it was delightful. The home I was in was beautifully presented, with all my needs taken care of. Best of all, the three magnificent cats were a joy to spend a few days with.

Now I'm looking forward to my next sit - a 3-month stint in Holland. Taking my work-from-home job with me. How lucky am I?!

One needs to be patient and a little flexible as the popular house sits receive many applications but generally a good way to get out and about and have some adventures in an economical way...
