As I have started my membership right before the quarantine hit NYC, I could not use the benefits until the restrictions were lifted.
I reached out for to see if I could extend my membership and the customer service was good while my concern was understood and inquiry responded.
My first sit went well. I am looking forward to using the site again when traveling will be possible.

I honestly have to say this website changed my life. I was turning 50 and my husband 55. We wanted to take a Year or so out and travel the world. We stumbled onto trusted house sitters site and joined up. We needed to get some reviews of us, so we went sitting in out of the way places to get the experience. What a fantastic idea. We went to places we would never ever thought Of going. We have now done 26 fantastic sits all over the world. We have kept in touch with many of the home owners and become friends for life. We dont sit full time, but now take a few months every year and meet new and wonderful people, but more importantly, Amazing pets. Thank you.
We have been very impressed with this service. At times we have not been able to find a sitter and have had to use other paid services such as Rover, but the quality of people through here has far out-weighed any other paid service. We have also saved so much money and feel better that we can have people in our home who want a place to stay in exchange for watching our pets and house.

A neighbor recommended TrustedHousesitters to us, so with a 7 month old pup we felt it was the best way for us to go due to our desire not to have our puppy in a kennel for such a long time. The four star rating is because the website is pretty clunky... hard to make your way through it... but all in all that was pretty minor.

I just completed my 5th sit and everything went really well this time too. The people I meet are friendly, they live in beautiful houses and neighbourhood and help you in any way to spend a great time while sitting for their pets. I love this way of travelling!
