Customer service very poor. UK based. Seems to be dishonest practices. Don't recommend. No access to funds. You have to send money to get money that you never get because there is always a fee attached.

Tip for consumers:
They make it impossible to access your funds by always wanting a fee claiming some 2012 rule in the UK and Wales establishment. I've made numerous investments and supplied several fees to only find out they want another fee to access your funds. The company is online but as I found out, QFS in not a regulated body so they can get away with anything or impose all kinds of fees. Steer clear of QFS unless you have unlimited funds to pay these ridiculous fees.
