Quotex Is one of the best paltform for binary trading. It's very easy to use for everyone even the beginners can understand all the functions. I have been using it for 3+ months. I am loving this platform very much now. Here you can trade forex, currencies, stock and plenty more options. You can easily make money in this paltform.
Got trapped into a further years subscription at a 60% price hike. Didn't receive renewal prices until i was inside the 30 day cancellation period, enabling them to charge whatever they wanted. Avoid!
Was a reviewer and I had a bad experience with a business that was screwing its customers. I laid out what happened, and made my review showing proof.
The business then gets mad and without any showing that they didn't try screwing me had the review removed.
To me that shows that trustpilot is not a good place to show what is really what. How can you trust any reviews from a site that removes bad ones just because. Moronic.
Thanks
I did a very bad review of the managing agent of the block of apartments where I have a flat. It was deserved. It was like living in Beirut. So - I try to log in again. Forget it. My password does not work?! Then I try to change it. The link times out. So, they tell me to try a different device. Same problem. My conclusion as a very boring accountant is that they don' t wish me to post another review
Our business does not have an agreement with Trustpilot, yet we receive reviews. The problem with that is every single review for "our" business is for an entirely different business with a similar name. Even after multiple contacts and requests for removal, they state they are correct.
Do not pay Trustpilot to do anything. From my perspective they are a scam.
I posted a review about a pet shipping company and sent Trustpilot what they requested more than once. They finally said my review was in compliance, then received another email that it wasn't in compliance and needed more information, I'm done with them. They're paid by these people and they're not about to upset them, pitiful customer service. They are worse than worthless, now it appears that they're trying to get my bank information, BEWARE of these people, totally scammers. Wish I could give them a 0!
Total bucket of sh!t and not a review site. They remove genuine reviews, such a joke.
If I could, I would give 0 starts. THIS site must alter people's opinions and judgements what's REAL and what's FAKE. This site should be banned, locked and never run again.
They let tons and tons of fake bad reviews come in just so they can sell their solutions to the businesses. Worse yet, their solutions are garbage. Just pay them to help you get more good reviews. They do nothing about bad reviews even if they're fake. Just absolute scam. Their motto should be "better pay up, before something bad happens."
I'm an old reviewer at Trustpilot They recently removed one of my bad reviews against Mr. Porter for no reason Order number was provided and even one of the emails about my incident with this merchant was sent I think that they now get $$$ from the merchant to remove bad reviews
Review removed. As many others have stated as soon as I posted negative review on Oliverbriggs.com it disappeared. Then magically 3 positive reviews popped up. I flagged them knowing they were fraudulent. I sent several notifications to trustpilot asking where my review was and that I had all the info to back up my claims. Are they getting a kickback from OLIVERBRIGGS.COM to remove bad reviews and allow positive fake ones?
Got Scammed out of $300! Never shipped product, faked tracking number as well! First a friendly online site chat, then after you order and pay, it's over, you get a fake tracking number and then they want more money from you for fake customs release, when I didn't pay no more answers to any e mail's, no more communication, it was over, got scammed! They sell research chemicals online but they're not legit!
Amazon is not a good company anymore. Don't get Prime unless you do a lot of buying from them and be very careful what you click on. My honest negative review of Amazon on trustpilot was removed. UPDATE: My mistake it was listed but I couldn't find it. My review of Amazon still stands though. But shopping at Amazon I'm through. They wouldn't allow me to remove my Visa card. You have to close the account first and it's not easy to do. Very complicated. They sent me an unwanted Amazon store credit card of $600.00 to be used only on Amazon without my permission. I shredded it. My Visa card was instantly locked online by me and I got a new card with a different number. All done. All I had left to do was delete their app.
Tip for consumers:
I no longer shop at Amazon.com. be very careful what you click on. Please. I know many Amazon users that love it but I don’t use it enough to join prime and I certainly don’t need an Amazon credit store card that was sent to me without asking me.

Just deleted Amazon credit cards and cancelled my account.
Trustpilot gets paid to remove negative reviews, Leave multiple negative reviews on paid plans companys and your account will get banned. Trustpilot is not to be trusted. Its pay2win review website.
I am a google verified local review guide, And got banned of trustpilot, Makes you think.
Are Trustpilot legit? RE: Indigo Capital
Trustpilot remove basically any negative reviews posted by actual consumers. Then they allow mass 5-star reviews that are paid for to be posted. They are falsely giving this company a high rating while deleting anything negative giving people the idea that isn't fraudulent which they are.
If you want to delete bad reviews, just wait. If you wait for less then two years and then report every bad review even if you know those reviews are real ones, they will be disappearing after a few days. Why? Because trustpilot will request the reviewer to prove that a phone call or similar was made. Most people don't keep the paperwork and call logs for years, so it's an easy game to delete the majority of older bad reviews.
So use them if you are a company. But be very carefull if you are a user trying to find out something about a company. Beside it being really surprisingly easy to manipulate your rating like that, trustpilot also has this weird rating system where for example a company that only gets 1 star reviews might get a final rating of 3.1 stars.
They remove my reviews of a scammer even though the TP score on the scammer is 79% 1 of 5 stars! I just confirm what many others found out having been badly scammed.
Do NOT believe anything on TP. It has a crap algorithm for tracking reviews and does NOT protect the online community
It is in bed with scammers and let's positive reviews be planted. They are all fake.
I wrote a one star negative review of a web service on Trustpilot. Trustpilot contacted me saying my review had been "flagged by our software or our Content Integrity Team" and they had removed the review but not deleted it. They said I could reply to their email to discuss the matter but they failed to respond to two emails.
I believe Trustpilot is engaged in the marketing of fee paying companies by removing negative reviews. I believe my negative review was removed because the subject of the review complained to Trustpilot.
I have no faith in Trustpilot reviews. There are some companies with a 100% rating after thousands of reviews. I do not believe any company gets no bad reviews.
Complete Hypocrites. If company don't like your review, they can ask Trustpilot to remove it, doesn't matter if your are right or not. You can read my review below and decide if break Trustpilots "guidelines".
If you leave a 5 star fake review, Trustpilot is the best platform but if you leave a 1 star review base on the experience you have, Trustpilot won't allow you review to be seen by other people. So it's a not the platform to look for honest and trustworthy reviews.
My experience with leaving reviews on Trustpilot platform has not been great. What I have basically found is that they encourage users to get verified by loading their government ID like a drivers licence but then when I get my verification I found that they will only let me leave positive reviews of companies. Absolutely ANY negative reviews get deleted after I had my profile verified. Not sure why that is the case with Trustpilot but many others have shared similar experiences.
They allow anyone to post anything even illegal content. They allow competitors to place bad fake reviews and do noting to correct this problem. When contacted they blow you off and show they only care about having more reviews on their site for ranking.
Tip for consumers:
Don't trust anything you view on this review site

Removed my honest reviews about yell and google how they remove bad reviews. They removed my lousy review of them warning the public about them. This is a very fraudulent company up to all sorts to make money. Their reviews are not worth reading.
Tip for consumers:

I sent back a phone within the seven day return policy, and never got my refund. It's been a month. I have contacted Cricket numerous times, and get the same run around. I even have a case number, tracking number to prove my return. They ripped me off for $500.00. I have been a customer for several years. I have chat messages saved, with a rest assured you'll get your refund. WELL? Where's my refund?

Trustpilot following Yelp´s example towards Corruption
Trustpilot has deleted the only two reviews we got from clients just because we have not paid the 400 USD Monthly membership.
Trustpilot is doing exactly the same "Good Negotiations" like for example Yelp and Better Business Bureau. Once they grow enough and gain authority on the Internet, then they fix the software that filters good comments on companies. This way, they force us to pay a membership, so we, the business owners, can keep our reviews "alive" to be seen by visitors.
Trustpilot keeps following Yelp's steps toward corruption.
They deleted negative reviews on companies if they flag them so they have a better rating. I provided a photo of the product and the receipt of purchase from the company and they said that wasn't enough, that they were still going to take my one star review down (and in turn, boost the company's rating).
This evaluation site is not accurate. It is a deceptive site. I doubt the credibility of this site. It puts high ratings for companies that do not deserve those ratings. This site may be paid. The site deletes members' ratings even if the member's account is certified, so this site is not reliable for me and I advise to stay away from it
The site deletes reviews on its own
It's a dictator review site
Trustpilot removed removes authentic genuine reviews of buyer experience. I left four reviews for transglobal express with order numbers to verify and they removed all four of them with no explanation given.
