Quotex Is one of the best paltform for binary trading. It's very easy to use for everyone even the beginners can understand all the functions. I have been using it for 3+ months. I am loving this platform very much now. Here you can trade forex, currencies, stock and plenty more options. You can easily make money in this paltform.
Got trapped into a further years subscription at a 60% price hike. Didn't receive renewal prices until i was inside the 30 day cancellation period, enabling them to charge whatever they wanted. Avoid!
Trustpilot have a major problem with fraud and fake reviews on their website. I found out someone has listed over 1000 duplicate listings and claiming to be the "official" website.
Incredible that someone can do this over 1000 times and not get caught by any filter at Trustpilot.
Every single listing has the same words and 3 tick marks added to the name, so it's very easy to find yet Trustpilot completely failed to do so. All these listings have URLs that are subdomains so it's obviously not the official site and the subdomains redirect automatically to another third party site.
By the way most of these listings are promoting scams anyway...
When I made them aware of this they said they will only look into it if I submit a whistleblower form for each listing! Are they insane? For 1000 listings that would take me days - do they really expect an unpaid member of the public to do the job of their paid employees for them!?
The other major issue is companies using fake Trustpilot TrustScores and review counts. When I have left reviews pointing this out MY review is deleted. Obviously fake positive reviews however are not. You would think Trustpilot would have an issue with the company damaging their brand by using fake Trustpilot data on dozens of websites but no, their issue is with me and my review for pointing this out!
I had a trustpilot account for a while made some reviews then one day I got a e-mail to tell me that my comments have been withdrawn and my account has been deleted trustpilot you call yourself my a##
Trustpilot is not a legitimate review site. They work solely on behalf of the businesses and not the consumer. Trustpilot only goes back 12 months. How can 12 months of history on a business truly reflect anything? It can't.
Don't ever put your business on Trust pilot to try enhance your profile. Its just a platform for people to make stuff up and they just don't care. They have there own Guidelines which are just geared up to work for them so they never need to remove a reviewer. Disgrace of a company, i keep asking them to send there trust pilot page and conveniently they dont have one! I wonder why! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
They removed my review on one entity several times - claiming I wasn't the entity's customer. This was because the entity who's their client pay them to remove negative reviews. I provided solid proof that I was a customer of Trust pilot client however they eventually just removed my review. Rather disgusted by them and won't trust them at all with their style and approach. I have reported them to the consumer bodies
I just got scammed purchasing a product that Beauty Trustpilot 'spent 3 months testing and highly recommended'. I've always been under the impression that Trustpilot was a trustworthy source of information and reviews and am very disappointed to find out otherwise.
The product I ordered and is strongly recommended by Trustpilot is Rosacare laser hair removal device. They are now out of business, shut down by Rose Skin Co obtaining a court order against them for using a similar name and offering a copycat inferior IPL hair removal device. All customer reviews speak of being scammed, ghosted, lied to, and embarrassed by their purchase from Rosacare, so highly recommended by Trustpilot.
Tip for consumers:
Do lots of research on your own before purchasing anything and don’t trust Trustpilot or beautylifetoday to give correct info about any product.

I trusted Trustpilot to provide me with correct information about products.
I tried to leave a truthful, accurate, middling review of a company on TrustPilot. The review was immediately disputed as "suspect" by the company I was reviewing, and TrustPilot asked me for more info, which I provided in the form of e-mails / chat logs that I had from the company on question.
Despite this, Trust Pilot claimed my review was not valid because the date/time of my review and the chat logs did not match up, claiming I somehow left the review BEFORE my experience with the company... ok, how plausible is that?
I will never again trust any reviews on Trust Pilot. In fact, I will stay well clear of any company that relies on them for their own reputation.
Don't trust Trust Pilot reviews, they are removing legit reviews. After i raised a legit issue i had with customs charges from a UK company the same company complained. The company is quite clearly trying to hide the fact that their products incur customs charges outside the UK and using a different umbrella company on their invoices to hide it. After i provided evidence that this was the same company Trust Pilot chose to ignore it. They are assisting a company to hide this fact which will help consumers.
I am a person of integrity and have never submitted a false review. But recently TrustPilot removed my review of Kaffekapslen without providing a detailed reason and they have not restored it despite me providing a copy of my purchase invoice. Something seems very suspicious. I had previously had no issues with several detailed reviews of various companies. I don't intend to leave any more reviews with TrustPilot.

Not applicable, my review is of the review website TrustPilot, not a specific product.
I wrote a review on there for a company and it got removed after the company reported it. I sent TrustPilot allll the proof I had of what happened as I mentioned in the review and they replied back saying the proof is acceptable and I'm in the clear. I then replied mentioning that I still don't see my review put back up. 3 days later TrustPilot sends another email saying that my review has been permanently removed because of "containing personal information". Funny how that was not a problem in the beginning because no personal information was included in my review to begin with. TrustPilot will always side with the company since they get paid to. Plus they also get paid to accept fake reviews of the company that are so obviously emphasized and created with fake accounts. Stay away from them.
What is the point of a review site if they only show the reviews the companies approve of? I wrote a critical and 100% true review of a COVID test company who were basically scammers. TrustPilot showed it, verified it, and then removed it. Thus, don't waste your time writing critical reviews, verifying them etc, and do not believe the good/bad balance of reviews on TrustPilot.
It allows people to give negative reviews about my site without verifying they're talking about the correct site. 1/2, the reviews are talking about other websites in our industry... Total Scam as they want my company to pay them to take them down.
Stay away from this site. Specially if you want to deal something real. If you want to find something real and wants to know the true about a company then trustpilot is not trusted. All fake and cheap purchased reviews they publish. Do not believe these!
The reviews are manipulated to satisfy Trustpilot's clients, which are the companies being reviewed. So, if you have a good review, they will accept it. If your review goes against Trustpilot's client interests they will simply remove it.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use Trustpilot.

Don't trust trustpilot! If you write a negative review and the company doesn't like it they'll just remove it a terrible review site that gives the company the power to promote fake reviews and delete real reviews... the whole point of a review site is for the customers to post their own experiences not for companies to say your reviews is negative so it's not allowed... that defeats the whole purpose of the review site.
Tip for consumers:
Go to free speech zones for real reviews like reddit or this site sitejabber ....since trustpilot is not a free speech zone and gives the company the power to delete any review it defeats the purpose of a review site (obviously most companies won't like negative reviews)
Turned in a review of my experience with Xotic PC and they're requesting actual documentation of my purchase or they won't keep my review up. I'm going to turn it in but the practice is frustrating and it's just a way for Xotic to make me jump through hoops to prove my experience was bad
Biased review site. If you write your honest negative opinion about a company, your review can just be removed from Trustpilot. They Say your experience was not prove to be authentic, when you even gave your tegistration number. Horrible! Avoid the site.
The Truspilot keeps deleting real reviews from real people with original relevant content and keeps promoting prepaid fake "positive" reviews, written by freelancers from upwork.com and similar, the freelancers get paid like 0,10 cents per positive review :)) ) No wonder, nobody reads them. They are all the same.
On the contrary, negative reviews could be really helpful for potential buyers/ service users.
The negative reviews are usually long and detailed. The positive reviews are very short and they all look the same, like "oh, this company is great, end of story".
Trustpilot is in fact and advertising platform for murky businesses, like their counterpart, the Russian website UK4ru.com. We tried to place a negative review about the www.uk4ru.com, but the Trustpilot removed it... as they need a "special permission" from Mr Donald Trump to be able to criticize Russian hackers... Birds of feather stick together.
Was surprised to see all the negative reviews. I have left some less-than flattering reviews, and they have have all been published!
WTS. They won't allow you to publish any websites. You can however, get around that by leaving out www/. Com
If you criticise a 'verified' company, then Trustpilot will do everything in its power to remove your negative comments. They will make it as difficult as possible for you to prove your dealings with the company you criticse, using technicalities to remove posts even though you send proof that is completely reasonable. I sent one email of proof against a verified company, but because my brother was also copied in, they said they couldn't accept that as proof as maybe my brother was dealing with them and not me! So why is my email included! Another example was the company responded to my Trustpilot criticism personally, apologising for all the problems we had experienced going back months. But because this was dated the day after my review, it was rejected to. Surely you just need to prove, beyond reasonable doubt hat you are dealing with them. But no, Trustpilot want to remove negative content so the verified companies keep paying them!
Like most of these review sites, it's a scam. The business that you review demands that Trustpilot gather private information about you putting you in a position of being sued by the business later. Otherwise they remove your review. It's total garbage. Like proving a negative.
I have given couple of reviews on the trust pilot website for couple of companies but the trust pilot wont accept my reviews saying that these are not genuine. If a company is paid member of trust pilot, they wont allow negative review about that company.
They should be named ScamPilot. Leave a negative review and the crybaby client of theirs wants it taken down even after I sent the company and ScamPilot proof of what is possible. I feel bad for the companies that pay these guys $$$.
I wrote few good reviews and bad reviews. Some good reviews were for small businesses where I personally went and experienced the services. Some bad reviews were also the same, based on my personal experience. I saw bad reviews that I wrote for small businesses are still there, BUT bad reviews for those big companies are taken down. I contacted them to ask the reason, but they never bothered to reply to my email. I am sure they are getting paid by those big companies to take down negative reviews. Any sober person should never trust Trustpilot.
I should have never trusted trustpilot. Last year, I trusted trustpilot's review of an online flower website and with their review being nearly a 9 star company, bought nearly $1400 worth of funeral flowers for my grandfather. About $700 worth of it never came. Said online flower shop took my money and ran. I even filed with the BBB against said flower website with no response or bother to right this for my family. I put my review on trustpilot. Trust pilot wanted the report I filed against said online flower shop to BBB, I provided. Trust pilot wanted copies of invoice, I provided. Despite all of this, and editing my review to fit what they wanted me to say, they still deleted my review. Hmm, did said flower website pay them off? Probably because I noticed they blocked a LOT of other bad reviews too.
