Quotex Is one of the best paltform for binary trading. It's very easy to use for everyone even the beginners can understand all the functions. I have been using it for 3+ months. I am loving this platform very much now. Here you can trade forex, currencies, stock and plenty more options. You can easily make money in this paltform.
Got trapped into a further years subscription at a 60% price hike. Didn't receive renewal prices until i was inside the 30 day cancellation period, enabling them to charge whatever they wanted. Avoid!
If I could give negative 1 star I would. Remove an individual review because your software flagged it because can not be verified. Not...
I had review a terrible company of which I had proof of their actions
And " trust pilot" took it off are they " in bed " with these other companies?
Trustpilot delete and remove any reviews if you have a bad opinion on a website. Dont trust them and dont use them.
Trustpilot is a total scam, they work for the businesses by removing 1 star reviews so every company has 5 star reviews if they pay trustpilot enough
The services provided by it are awesome its delivery time is also good overall it is amazing and blissful
Simply put: Trustpilot is a sham! Businesses pay to play and if they don't pay they get a shake down from Trustpilot. The Trustpilot "Solutions" page sums it all up perfectly... "The "Scale Plan" - For scaling businesses who want to maximize performance with a high volume of reviews. From $900 per domain per month."
Come on guys... $900 a month from businesses who are reviewed on your platform? Again... Simply put... Pay the monthly fee and a business can put up as many fake reviews as they like, while at the same time they are able to challenge EVERY honest review which doesn't suit the business. The reviewers are forced to provide PROOF that their review is legitimate while the business continues to post one 5 star review after another. Where is the burden of proof for all the fake 5 star reviews?
EXAMPLE: MotionRC is a shameless and serial abuser of all review systems and you will be hard pressed to find a product review on their website under 5 stars. MotionRC has developed a bad reputation within the hobby community and yet their Trustpilot review average is 4.7 out of 5 stars. It's simply NOT BELIEVABLE! WHAT RUBBISH!
I've done business with several online retailers that use the Trustpilot service and in one particular case a business awarded me $1.00 for each positive product review I placed on Trustpilot with the full knowledge of Trustpilot. How does Trustpilot account for this? Simple: Pay to play...
The only way to have unbiased and valid reviews is to eliminate ANY exchange of money or goods as is done on Consumer Reports. Trustpilot is just another piece of internet trash designed to shake down businesses for as much $$$ as possible.
Trustpilot would be better named "UnTrustPilot".
Tip for consumers:
Phony reviews!!!
It seems the customer service is a team of bots or lazy people who don't care about what you tell them.
Sales team will not stop calling us after we told them no several times. Whoever is managing there sales team needs to learn when to STOP!
Fraudulent companies make them delete negative reviews that they do not agree with if if they are genuine.
This site allow your competitors attack your site by many bad reviews and you can't do anything else.
All was OK till I gave negative to one of the companies (Klarna). After some time I received request to prove my review(!). All screenshots and websites provided by me seem to be insufficient for Trustpilot. At the end I put final correspondence with Trustpilot (so you can judge yourself). After this I deleted all my reviews (>10) and my account there, because I do not trust it.
Trustpilot:...
Unfortunately, we are still not able to accept the evidence provided as it does not show a direct user experience with Klarna. We need to see a document or screenshot that shows that you used this service or have had some kind of correspondence with Klarna. Perhaps a screenshot of your user account in Klarna, showing past transactions?
My responce:
Dear Trustpilot,
I do not know how can I prove that I have a klarna account or used it when I explicitly wrote in my review that
I DID NOT USE KLARNA BECAUSE THE CONDITIONS REQUESTED BY KLARNA SIDE WERE UNACCEPTABLE (for me)
The only way to prove this is to once more go through the order process, to screenshot any step and then cancel the order (to avoid payment via Klarna).
But I do not want to spend any more time on this.
Most importantly I did not get any explicit comment which step described in my review does not correspond to reality.
They stole money from me and locked me out of my account i want a refund back asap my order number is ******* liars thieves and conartists
It is a garbage made for fake reviews and making money on blackmail. Pay money for having good reviews and removing bad - typical scam business.
This is bull$#*! and I'm going to post how dishonest you are. I searched everywhere for monthly fees and found nothing. You are so dishonest.
The quality is most impressing things and you can get them on time. If you buy more, you will get more discounts
I will start by staying we are a well established company (since 2001) and have slowly built up long standing clients over that period (and prior). I have had business relationships with some of my clients spanning back 30+ years.
I recently took on an apprentice who, after spending quite some time sprucing up our website suggested we list on Trustpilot and invite our long standing clients to review us in the hope that it might help our presence somewhat on the Internet.
Well - long story short, after we sent out an email asking for our clients to let us know how they felt about the service we have provided to them for MANY years we got a lovely response! Over 24 hours we got 9 five star reviews - I was elated! It was a great start for our foray into the work of Trustpilot reviews!
24 Hours later, Trustpilot removed ALL of our reviews. They didn't even have the courtesy to email me to let me know this had happened. They just emailed all my long standing clients telling them that their review had been pulled because they thought they were fraudulent.
Way to go Trustpilot - just tell all our long standing clients they are liars.
Several of our clients have responded to Trustpilots email and have also provided proof that they are one of our clients. Still no reinstatement of any of the reviews and the two emails I sent to Trustpilot in an attempt to prove the legitimacy of our reviews have gone unanswered.
We have now taken the decision to use our clients testimonials on our website and not bother at all with Trust Pilot. I think their behaviour in this instance is bordering on criminal.
It looks like they have done this to plenty of other companies too. I do wonder that had we signed up to their paid service if we would have been treated the same way.
You live and learn - we certainly have.
Sayonara Trust Pilot - never again.
Pay to play… that's the game… stupid will stay stupid… go read some more reviews…
If you don't pay, you don't play…
Isn't that a scam?
Products used:
This is just silly… I give this company I haven’t read. 0 and this stupid thing will post it; because it’s stupid
They only let you give good reviews, they dont help you on nothing, looks like a big scam like others
Typical liberal website. Won't let people comment on the dishonest GoFundMe extortion. Let people be heard.
Trust pilot is a scam, they force you to be listed, they remove legitimate reviews and keep fake reviews, trying to force you to buy their services.
Not a trustworthy reviews from their side. Don't listen to them, don't take the reviews in their sites seriously!
Tip for consumers:
No
Bought and paid reviews bunch of scammers fake platform trying to make money bunch of low life scammers blocking authentic real reviews
Used to like Trustpilot. They removed my review pending investigation of my documents weeks ago. They don't seem to like negative reviews.
This site works with companies to put up lies while taking down the truthful reviews. Never trust the reviews on this site.
Happy to use that service.it's a very good company to be trusted. Wanna use that service in future too
