Quotex Is one of the best paltform for binary trading. It's very easy to use for everyone even the beginners can understand all the functions. I have been using it for 3+ months. I am loving this platform very much now. Here you can trade forex, currencies, stock and plenty more options. You can easily make money in this paltform.
Got trapped into a further years subscription at a 60% price hike. Didn't receive renewal prices until i was inside the 30 day cancellation period, enabling them to charge whatever they wanted. Avoid!
I wrote a review of Vio.com, accurately describing an interaction I had where Vio.com quoted a rate and then, after I'd already put in my credit card info, told me the rate wasn't available.
Trustpilot removed the review, supposedly because it "breached" their guidelines for reviews. It didn't; it was truthful and reflected an experience I actually had. Apparently Vio.com "flagged" my review, and Trustpilot obediently removed it.
Luckly, there are alternatives to both Trustpilot and Vio.com. I recommend using those alternatives.
They keep removing my negative reviews for no reason! Wonder how many times they do this? Alot I guess. Deffinaly do not trust trustpilot, any business that gives them money they will protect with fake reviews and remove any negative reviews without reason!
Avoid trustpilot, they don't remove your spam and fake reviews from 1 star, I got many spam reviews they never removed them, I flagged not a real review, they didn't care
They just remove 5 stars very fast
It's all fakes! Write "trustpilot a/s denmark" to see Google review of this company. I remind you that trustpilot was sentenced in 2019 in France:
Trustpilot délivre des avis clients déloyaux, mensongers, et injurieux en violation de l'article L. 111-7-2 du code de la consommation.
Trustpilot allows difamation about websites
We own a website with almost two thousand customers.
From time to time, some scammers try to get our services and after that submit a money chargeback to their card provider in order to get the services for free.
We have a strict terms and conditions of use to avoid such situations. However, some of these scammers (3 by now) take advantage of Trustpilot gangster's paradise to freely write fraud reviews with fraud information when we impede them to reach their scam purchase goal.
We did not asked for a Trustpilot profile. We don't mind being reviewed with real information but it is unacceptable that Trustpilot allows Sacammers to difamate websites like ours and, in the other hand, deletes systematically good reviews wrote by satisfied customers.
Trustpilot removed x2 negative reviews I had posted. These reviews were from x2 Bicycling Companies from the UK (I am in the USA).
I had all the documents and emails to verify everything I had stated (the truth)... Yet, somehow, Trustpilot removed those negative reviews I had made on Merlincycles dot com and Wiggle dot com.
Sadly customers lose when these types of review sites manipulate their reviews. Just look around on other review sites and you will see why the x2 companies I mentioned have such bad reviews!
I left a genuine negative review for Dorothy Perkins where they sent out an extremely poorly sized dress, and they immediately suspended my account. Even though I had other reviews of other companies - some mixed, some positive - they accused me of being a bot or being inauthentic. It was obvious that Dorothy Perkins had asked to reviews to be removed - overnight, their rating went from 3.0 to 3.8 stars, giving them a 4/5 "great" rating instead of the 3/5 "average" rating they were meant to have.
Many reviews from other people with similar negative experiences had been removed (poor sizing, misleading descriptions, not offering refunds for defective products and instead only offering returns where you pay for return shipping). It seems clear to me that Dorothy Perkins is trying to deter customers from returning products as return shipping can cost more than the item itself. Rather than spend money on pattern development and making clothes in different sizes, they just stick different size labels on the same clothes, ship them out, and when you complain they just say you chose the wrong size.
Trustpilot is complicit by helping not allowing legitimate negative reviews to stay, only keeping a couple so they give off the image of being legitimate and honest. They are not. Do not trust company ratings. Trustpilot are scam enablers.
Anyone on Facebook that has come across a website that's Gina Rinehart, the richest woman in the Australia, ringing from London or Sydney with an accent from Cyprus Benjamin Adams and his group of mates are ripping millions of Australian people Hang up they will scam every cent you have and you will lose the lot. They just scare me out of $250,000 warning total scam
I bought some items from a company on Trustpilot. They did not deliver within the promised time, and failed to tell me when - or if - they would deliver. In desperation I put a factual but inevitably negative review on Trustpilot. The company did eventually do a delivery, but one of the items was not delivered. The company said that they would only deliver the item if I took down the review. Much against my principles I complied and took down the review. But still they did not deliver the item.
I gave Trustpilot all the details of the blackmail, but they did nothing.
Enentually I took the vompany to court and of course got a refund plus legal costs. But Trustpilot were zero help.
In my opinion Trust Pilot does not value Freedom of expression. People have had terrible experiences in some instances with certain companies and using the forum helps others make up their mind about services. However when they take down your review without telling you what to change, they distort the fairness of the reviewing community. I don't know why specifically they did that I would have liked to know what exactly they objected to as I was willing to change certain aspects. But I was never given the opportunity to do so. Furthermore The manager turned up then disappeared without responding. I found that unhelpful and a bit odd. I was asked for proof of correspondence which I sent multiple times. Finally I received an email that my correspondence was not within the time limit; even though it is was dated within 2 weeks ago. Frustrating and unfair. No point in asking to send proof when you have no intention of putting the review up. That's just spiteful Disappointed that they sided with a multi million pound clinic over me.
Update: I found out that the clinic did not ask them to take it down at all. It seems that TP didn't like it and chose to take it down themselves. There a darker side there
Trust PILOT endorses a CRIMINAL organization called 'TOTAL ADD BLOCKER' It should be called TOTAL SITE BLOCKER! I an a disabled veteran who depends upon reliable communication the VA hospital and doctors etc. MY LIFE depends upon this communication. I got mixed up with these TOTAL AD BLOCKER frauds and now I cannot get rid of them. They constantly BLOCK MY EMAIL PAGE WITH THEIR SPAM GARBAGE so that I cannot even read my emails. I sent the MANY MANY pleas to PLEASE STOP HARASSING ME - but no response. I noticed they were endorsed by TRUST PILOT- so I contacted them and informed them of Shabby corrupt tactics of the TOTAL ADD BLOCK company and how it endangered my very life as I depend on this communication which they PURPOSEFULLY block ing my communication - AND- KNOWING my serious condition. These "TRUST PILOT" thugs simply harassed me themselves. What kind of creatures would endorse scumbags who PURPOSELY make the life of an 84 year old vet -miserable.
I personally prefer SiteJabber.com because many websites I would like to review or read interesting new reviews are not even listed on TrustPIlot.com. And surpsiningly most review pages don't even have a screenshot of the webiste? Why? I prefer SiteJabber.com and I know why.
The Photos Tell the Story,
But after the terrible haircut and color that was out in three days, not once but twice, the hairdresser dragged me along for two months saying she was going to refund my 200.00 and then said NO ONLY 50.00 will be returned. After I started reviewing online she and the owner of the shop and started back paddling and trying to cover up their bad customer service and horrible lack of hair cutting skills and began to create a false narrative about what happened. However, PHOTOS TELL THE ENTIRE STORY.
Tip for consumers:
Everyone can make up their own mind whether to go to Shear Oasis Salon, however, I did not pay attention to the bad reviews I read, and look what happened to me. The owner of the store supported the bad cut and color, and the hairdresser who did it.

Haircut and disappearing color.
It's a waste, don't pay that company, we wasted too much money with them. Spend your money on Google and Facebook. Never again. Wasted $6,000 down the toilet.
Tip for consumers:
Spend your money on Google and Facebook because you're going to throw your money down the garbage. We learned the hard way.

If you have negative reviews, trustpilot takes it off from their website. Total crap website and I believe they take credit from scam websites so to promote scammers.
I did a review of a terrible lighting company last year. The company put my review in for dispute and I was told I need to provide documentation. Fair enough--- on January 5,2023, I sent Junaise documentation and emails backing up my claim. I thought it was resolved----2 weeks later on January 17, I get the same thing from Samir. I started to get annoyed, told him to refer to my previous email. I was told I needed to resend everything, so I did. Now here we are 7 months later and I get the same thing YET AGAIN from Hassin. I sent an email blasting their incompetence, their record keeping and their lack of professionalism. The moral of the story is that you can be an awful, cheating, deceptive business, but if you hound Trustpilot often enough, they will take down your review. Honestly, use Yelp, they can't be bought like Trustpilot.
This sketchy investing company I invested with basically got my money. I wrote a review on Trustpilot for them to side with the scam company and removed my 1-star review along with other 1-star reviews. This company has a -98% yield and 4.1 stars. That's ridiculous and makes no sense. They obviously sided with the company. In addition, they said my review wasn't a personal experience. How personal is it to lose money from them? However, I provided documentation. Without warning or explanation of why they removed it, they removed it regardless and didn't response to my documentation. I wouldn't trust any reviews on Trustpilot because it's very manipulated and one-sided. That's what I learned from the customer POV.
A few months ago I wrote a couple of reviews (1 star) to share my disappointing experience. One negative review was about Holland & Barrett (I complained about them adding artificial colour like titanium dioxide in supplements despite having a label on the jar saying they didn't - i.e. Misleading labelling. Titanium Dioxide is now banned in many countries). Soon after, H&B flags the review and I get an email from trustpilot with this message: "You've written a review for H&B, and they've asked for more details to better understand your experience. If you don't respond, your review may be taken offline". When I click on the link provided via that email, to my horror they want me to provide ref No., full name, phone number. I don't know how it is even allowed to harvest personal information just for writing a negative review. Does trustpilot do the same for positive reviews? In my opinion, the chances of a positive review being fake is more likely than a negative review. Trustpilot no longer seems to be a trustworthy site to determine if anything is good or bad especially if they remove any negative review the receiving company flags. Negative reviews are considered to be 1 and 2 star reviews. Trustpilot did not remove my review, but they certainly opened my eyes to what's going on and how review results are being skewed.
This morons deleted from them site many fraud company with negative reviews about scam and fraud resselers without any method to again write true/
If you try again open theme and write the review you can only see this stupid message because ''trustpilot'' filtered deleted company by name and not allowed write to again/
If who think that ''trustpilot'' do it for good for people do be wrong/
i think that all scam sellers paid to ''trustpilot'' for deleting negative reviews/
And i think that now not any sence use the ''trustpilot'' for reviews because it stupid spending of time
Anyone can leave positive and negative feedback with no support. It advertised other competitors in their business page for competitons and stir up problems. However, if you go on TP own review page, it does not show its competitors haha. TP is not cheap, it is an expensive site, business has to be £10k plus yearly to maintain it so it be positive or it will go on sloppy slide. This is why many big companies ignore eg Amazon. It holds business to ransom as they do not want to be on it, but they force it. This should be make illegal, but it does not affect Government so no one bother with it. This means it is not honest trust worthy website. A site which wants big subscription is not worth a penny
Tip for consumers:
Use your credit card as protection. TP is private and expensive subscription business.

There are many 5 star reviews for TEMU. Most are from people who have only 1 review - their review praising TEMU. Some sound like promotional pieces from TEMU'S marketing department. Not sure I trust Trustpilot anymore.

Brought a friend to the trust pilot office in parkersburg wv. The employee where very kind and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the equipment and how to properly use it. Would highly recommend them.
We came here to look for dining table but went home with a dining table along with 2 sofa chairs. The products and service is amazing.
Great salesmanship. Employees are polite and patient.
The review site trustpilot does not act In the interests of the public! The site only acts in it's own self interests. They supported a company named Rightio UK that stole £549 from me.
Tip for consumers:
That A Thieving Sewer Rat can come to your own home sent out by a Vermin of a company named Rightio UK and steal money from you. Do not Trust sites like Trustpilot because they are paid by highly dishonest companies that have been prosecuted in the past for stealing from vulnerable people by giving vermin like those thieving loathsome companies fake and fraudulent dishonest favourable appraisals like that Vermin Rightio UK and that Anglian Windows.
