Got trapped into a further years subscription at a 60% price hike. Didn't receive renewal prices until i was inside the 30 day cancellation period, enabling them to charge whatever they wanted. Avoid!

Not trustworthy, full of fake reviews and remove real reviews, they make you pay them to get reviews taken off and pay them to get reviews to stay.

Step1: Good sales person consistently calls you about their offer

Step2: Sales person gives you a really good deal to get you on board

Step3: Their customer service staff consistently call you and email suggesting ways to include trustpilot widgets on your site

Step4: You take their good advice and get your developers to optimize your site design to integrate their widgets all over

Step5: Some time passes...

Step6: They totally cancel your access to their widgets and your sites look horrible without them since they were redesigned to include them. There is no warning. You wake up, and all your stuff looks messed up!

Step7: You call customer service to complain. They tell you that the good deal you were given is not available, and it will cost you 250% more than what you're currently paying to have the same access. But, hey, that's after the generous discount they've offered. There's some babble that they "understand how you feel"... but the rules are the rules. It doesn't matter that you had all your sites optimized around their widgets at their own beckoning, or that it cost you time and money to do so. They offer has changed - by 250%.

My account manager actually had the audacity to tell me that paying 250% more would be cheaper than having my devs change all the code and designs to remove their widgets... wish i recorded that!

My 2 cents of advice... accept no deals with these people.

Having dealt with them for months, I am convinced employees are being paid off by corporations, such as eBay and certain hotel chains.

Pointless, untrustworthy and unreliable reviews. Impossible to leave a review about one's own experience unless it's favourable towards the company.

I wrote a review about a phishing scam used by a company to try get people to sign up for technical support coursework and online classes. To my surprise despite stating facts, they reported my review so it is no longer visible. No wonder they have such a high rating when they claim I'm slandering them when I'm 100% right about my review. This just shows that Trustpilot is corrupt and needs a name change to UntrustedPilot... Here's my original review on Itonlinelearning...

"A decieving company which uses Formstack and faking their location with a job opportunity in order to get your email and phone number and then constantly attempts to call you in order to set you up with overpriced IT course packages in which I'm unable to verify if they're legit or not but from the sounds of it they offer poor resource materials. They pretend that there is a job opportunity at the end though this is definitely not true and a ploy to get you to pay in the belief you're getting something out of it.

If you wish to learn IT I strongly recommend going to your local educational institution (college, University) rather than relying on these crooks who don't even own an education building but rather a small business suite in Kent, which sales people use to harass jobseekers and trying to dupe them into paying up to £1000 for their services to get qualifications.

I strongly advise anyone who has fallen into the net of this phishing scam to block this businesses number and block all incoming emails. This company may have good reviews and maybe their inflated services are genuine but the ways in which they lure people into their services is definitely misleading."

Trustpilot indicated review could not be posted using Google - try later or use Email yet they would not deliver the email. Merrick review details issue with Merrick's website, as follows: Only One thing Merrick Bank needs to do better... CHALLENGE QUESTIONS on its website. Why have Challenge questions if Website can't retain the questions/ answers that apply to a particular customer. The website ASKS CHALLENGE QUESTIONS that were NEVER answered in the registration process. This creates REPEATED issues with using website. Merrick should provide a link to its IT Department. The CS Agents are GREAT! However, CS agents can't immediately correct website issues; having the CS agents take the website correction request adds another layer to the CORRECTION timeline. In view of COvid19 delays, this inflates the number of calls, in queue to Customer Service for an unnecessary website issue... Again, why have Challenge questions, if Website can't retain the questions/ answers that apply to a particular customer. HD Booker - TX

Very slanted and one way opiniated reviews.
Most of the reviews are bad and they like to keep it like that.
As soon as a good review is posted they delete it.
DO NOT USE THEM TO REVIEW COMPANIES.
