“I have been robbed!”

I have been robbed! This website refuses to refund my money after I have I returned the product. There lame excuse -- I was to call customer service and ask for a RAM number -- my contact info and the product order info plus the unused product was not enough. Customer service is a joke --mostly recordings -- unable to connect with a supervisor. Should you not get your money back for a unused product you have returned with proper ID -- how many others have they stolen from? The BBB gives them a well deserved "F" Do not fall for this site -- there is no satisfaction guarantee!
