I bought four pairs of lenses, after less than a week I noticed a green dot floating in two of my lenses and upon closer look it was definitely growth. I immediately threw away the contacts, contacted the company and send them pictures and asked for my money back. They offered me replacements which i refused because I have had contacts many times and this has never happened. They aren't willing to give me my money back. Never again.

I've ordered from TTDEYE several times now. Every time, I've gotten the wrong colors sent to me, or they just don't look like the pictures at all.
False. Advertising.
It is said that they also are not FDA approved and I can say for a fact that I wouldn't be surprised. I used to be a -5.00/5.50 and my eyes are now -6.0/6.50 after using this brand for months at a time. At first some of the lenses were fine and I could wear them comfortably for a few hours but they always ended up hurting my eyes way before they should. They advertise as being able to wear them up to 8 hours. Mine last 2 if lucky. Not to mention the lenses are too big? Even for their "natural" pairs.
Save your money because they won't respond or refund you if something goes wrong.

The contact lenses hurt my eyes they are not comfortable at all. Emailed them but can't seem to get a reply. Also I have no order number even in the box no order slip. I didn't receive confirmation email after placing order either. Such a head ache

I had no problem with the website in itself - ordered twice, had no issues receiving my parcels and was very pleased with how the lighter colors greatly came out on my hazel eyes.

The issue I had was much serious as it was health related.

Some time after I randomly went to see my eye doctor and get a new prescription, and she immediatly knew there was something off with those lenses.
She told me that the permeability to oxygen was non existent with those lenses, meaning they were literally suffocating my cornea.
As a result small blood vessels were starting to reach into the cornea, which is absolutely NOT normal and can lead to cornea oedema, and severe eyesight loss.
Needless to say she made me throw away the lenses right away.

I had no idea something so serious could happen, especially since I was trusting the website to sell legit FDA/CE approved lenses...

I have ordered contacts from TTDEYE in the past with little to no issues. But recently I spent like $200 on their contacts and upon receiving them, the first pair I opened didn't even have the proper prescription. I couldn't see through them and I ended up having to toss them out. I've tried emailing them a few times now, even sending them my eye prescription from my doctor as they asked me to, and still, no response. I'm honestly really disappointed and I don't think I will be ordering from them anymore. They seem to have gone downhill. Don't waste your money on them!

While the coloring was great on the hazel and blue lenses I received, the quality left much to be desired. They are not well fitting, flimsy, and quick to flip inside-out during application. Even with the help of my girlfriend and the applicator, it took over an hour to get both lenses in my eyes. My eyes were red, itchy, and dry. When compared to my prescription lenses, the TTDeye lenses were thin and did not hold a circular shape. Do not recommend and find it hard to believe that these are FDA approved. I would beware of ulcers or scratching if you order these.

I have been ordering contacts for years from them. Normally the shippings like two weeks. This time it's been a month. You can't call the contact number to get a live person. Instead they send you back a generic response via email to wait patiently. I even asked for a refund and was told to wait another week it will be there. Mind you the contacts have been in the US for two weeks and havnt arrived at my house yet and I'm told you wait another week. The last year or so I have noticed the contacts have been expired when delivered. They don't truly check eye scripts like here in the US when buying from contact companies. The customer service isn't helpful with no one to talk to too get help. I won't keep buying from them. I don't get why they let people pick shipping times from 7-10 days and 10-20 days but don't include it could take longer than that. When you buy stuff you don't want to be waiting so long for an item especially if you need them to see!

This was my first time trying this company. I ordered Galactic brown, and according to them Magic brown. I don't recall ordering the magic, I thought I got the polar lights brown, but whatever. After a long time I finally received them. I have been a long time contact wearer. This pair the Magic brown, is HUGE and when I say huge I mean it was folding up under my eyelid. Its 2x the size of any other contacts I have ever worn. I put one in just to take this photo, I do not recommend trying it at home if you know something aint right. They are nothing like as described on the site. The other burn like the hinges on the gates of hell which has never happened before. Big waste of money for me. I really wanted to like this company, I would have given them a ton of business.

DO NOT purches the 15.00 express delivery. My contacts were supposed to arrive yesterday and are still in IL. They had been there since the 17th. This is fricking rediculus. Their tracking is 5 days behind so I would have hoped it got here on time. Get your act together and have better organization.

This was my first time purchasing contacts from TTDeye. I ordered my contacts on Aug 16 and paid for express shipping. It is now September 24 and I have not received my contacts. If I would have known it would take this long I would have purchased from another website. I have contacted customer service multiple times and all they have told me is to be patient. I am done being patient and am very unhappy! I need my contacts now or demand a refund.

I ordered the juice blue since I thought they were really cute, I paid this website 20$ for the express delivery and still waiting. I'm quite upset since I ordered them before my trip and they will probably get here when I'm gone...

Hi I am not received my item at ttdeye and when I realised it I tried contacting them for years now all they tell me is the after sale story "my question is how can the after sale rule apply to me when I haven't received the item in the first place? It's not small amounts its 189 $ and 130$ I cant just loose my money for nothing because i am a celebrity i am going to teach them a lesson they have harrassed me and I'm getting lawyers to deal with them if they dont comply and send me my package that they did not send me they sent the post office of zambia I have the post office as proof empty package and expected me to pay for an empty package

I ordered my contacts march 9th and today is March 22!
Still didn't receive them, but of course they charged me, couldn't find an order and not even confirmation email!
They are scammers!
Do not waist money!

I placed on an order on the 24th of August and now it's September 17th and I still haven't received my package. I provided them with my correct shipping address and they're saying it's undeliverable and insufficient address when it's right. Ttdeye is a scam, shop elsewhere!

Just received my first pair of prescription colored contact lenses and so far im not disappointed. Great prices. Lens are comfortable and soft on my eyes. Will recommend this website to all. I do wish shipping was faster. Thats the only negative flaw from me. Other than that, Im about to make my second purchase from TTDEYE.COM right now.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The contacts might work if you have light blue eyes but if you have brown eyes don't waste your time. They don't do refunds and you will definitely not get what you see in the picture. This company is garbage and they should be more upfront about their policy's instead of hiding it in the fine print. How hard is it put "no refunds" under the items like every other decent company does. It was my mistake for ordering from this company without reading the reviews first so don't make the same mistake I did!

My daughter purchased 3 pairs of non prescription colored contacts. They scratched both of her corneas and we are hoping there is no permanent damage. This is the most painful thing we have ever went through. My eye doctor says it should be illegal to sell these!
