Ordered my stuff a month ago well almost a month going on day 27 today and nothing has been sent not only that but talked to customer service I guess and they said there getting it out by the end of the week and another week passes and guess what... They told me it's going to be sent out next week so yup I would say a rip off until I get my stuff

I placed my order for a "Holiday Bundle" over 20 days ago, and still not product. They missed Christmas, and I still haven't gotten any updates on when my order will actually ship.

Anyone giving this company a positive review is clearly either a plant, or one the handful of customers that this company has given a $#*! about.

I placed an order October 26,2023 and now it's December 18th and my order is still unfulfilled. I sent a few emails to find out what is happening but they were ignored. They were happy to take my money and they continue to send me marketing emails daily but can't fulfill an order.

I see a lot of negative reviews and I am honestly shocked. I ordered from them for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The shipping and delivery was super fast and everything looked amazing. The hoodie I ordered ran small (size up!), but they quickly fixed the issue for me. Their customer service is quick to respond, super friendly and professional all around. I would 100% recommend this company and look forward to purchasing more of their clothing in the near future!

I placed an order on August 10th, 2021. However it has been in the same status since 8/17/21 which is "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet." This is a birthday gift for my son, whose birthday is 9/8/21. My mother also bought a gift for him from their website within a day or so from when I placed my order and nothing. I sent an email and received no response. I've posted on their Facebook page, and have gotten no response. I also wanted to point out that their website states "
Ships Out Within 1-2 Days
As soon as you place your order we work quickly to ship your Mystery Box fast! Each order is shipped in a premium shipping bag made for this package deal."
That seems to be false advertising, don't you think? I have a order confirmation email, but I can't attach it below as I am unable to screenshot on my phone to upload it as a picture, and I don't know how to take it from email format to files format to upload it.

Tip for consumers:
I would not order from this site. If you do, I can guarantee you won't get your order in three weeks, even though it says they ship 1-2 days after your order is placed.

Ordered 3 boxes and received the same shirt x9, long sleeve x3 and hoodie x3 and their response was ridiculous at best, dont order this crap, should've gotten the hint when I couldn't find a phone number for customer service, do yourself a favor and order HARDTUNED

Don't use it, go to HARDTUNED

I had to give away 2 mystery boxes, 6 tshirts, 2 hoodies and 2 long sleeves because what am i gonna do with the same shirt over and over?
