Don't waste your money… I did and found out the hard way that using TuneFab violates the user agreement for a Spotify account. The user agreement does not allow making unauthorized copies playable outside the Spotify app, and they will suspend your account.

I purchased a license for a lifetime. My computer broke and i lost the service and when i tried to reach out for a new license key as i am not able to use the service anymore with my new computer. I said they could disabled my old license key and give me a new one since i paid for a LIFETIME service i cannot use at all! They said since its a mac computer i have to buy new software and wont exchange my license key. And they'd only give me a discount if i wrote a review so here's my review. Good product but a real terrible thing to do to someone who paid a lot of money for a LIFETIME service. I've even recommended them to friends and family! Makes me so sad. I hope i get my discount at least like promised

I am an amateur passionate Dj and was disappointed towards Spotify not allowing sync with recordbox like Tidal or Soundcloud. So I went on the quest of easily transfering my playlists to the Djing program. I have been using TuneFab for two years for that purpose. I have been trusting it ever since the trial worked just fine. I had minor issues in the past but always had an efficient feedback by their support team and was satisfied. In the end I easily get my whole playlists in the highest quality (Spotify allows) on my Dj program and that is all that matters. Satisfied because I tried a few other services out there and Tunefab are the best and most reliable.

Can quickly analyze customer problems and provide the services customers need.At the same time, there are no words for impatience or emotion. Always ask questions, analyze, and solve customer problems.

Support will not contact you back. Software is locked and wants access to your personal info when requesting support (pc name, ip address, physical location) just to name a few. The company operates out of India so beware!

After getting it repaired, I couldn't use my TuneFab downloader. The team promptly assisted me in reinstalling it. When my computer ultimately failed, I had my TuneFab reinstalled after just one email. These individuals are truly dedicated to ensuring smooth business operations! Moreover, with the recent update, my product is exceptionally fast.

I downloaded on Mac used it to convert and out my music on an usb once then called to be refunded because I continued being charged for the following 2 months I payed a total of 3 months for one time use. The first month sure I used it but the next 2 what the hell? I asked for a refund and was declined never using this product again thanks have a good day

I am so happy that I came across this software! The sound quality I am able to get from music tracks I download sound phenomenal! The software does exactly what I intended it to do when I purchased it.

On top of the high expectations that I expected from this software, their customer service is amazing! I reached out to them twice in a 3 month period due to some issues I have having with my own laptop, and they responded within 24 hours to help assist me resolve my issue!

I put a poor review originally due to a code registration issue. Turns out half the blame was on our end. Truth is this is a great product. And now that I have finally received my registration code, I will do what I said I would do and give them the marks on their product they deserve.

I've been using Tunefab with Spotify. Recently, Tuneful stopped working. I contacted Tunefab support and reported the problem. Thanks to their prompt response and fast turnaround, the problem was resolved very quickly.

TuneFab Apple Music Converter is the best tool I've ever used. Actually I am going to end my Apple Music membership because I want to switch to Spotify. But I also want to keep the songs I previously downloaded from Apple. So I found TuneFab and it does exactly what I want it to do. Easy, simple and professional. I would gladly recommend it to anyone I know.

TuneFab's support team is really helpful, too. They've updated their support center and I can find anything I want to know about the software easily by typing the question keywords and I get answers immediately.

I also noticed that they've added the "Check for Update" feature. I am really surprised to see that this program keeps updated so frequently. Thumbs up to the great product and great service!

They are the best customer service team I have ever met. I forgot my registration code and they fixed the problem as quickly as I have ever experienced.
