Horrible company false advertising. They said money back guarantee. I tried the 30$ software for my iPhone in 20 min it failed to restore the firmware. Which was done for free later and they only refunded half of the purchase. Even though the software didn't work and they advertised money back guarantee. Scam software do not get roped into buying this. It's useless and completely false advertising on the product. 100% dissatisfied customer.

The customer service was nonexistent. The software failed the first day and I immediately aske for a refund. They didn't respond until 30 days later and stated that it was beyond their 5 day return policy. If they would have responded when I requested a refund then it would have been on time. They have a very deceptive way of doing business. They'll just take your money and run. Buyer beware.

Purchase iOS System Recovery, thinking it could help me, as I could not get recover from iTunes. Tuneskit behaved same way. I wasted my money. It says can repair up to 50 kinds of iOS system issues on iPhone/iPad/iPod touch. But in fact, any problem you mark result the same process, reinstalling the firmware. And it can't install unsigned ones. Purchased the 1-Month License, with auto renewal. I want to cancel, but cannot find where... If you do not want to lose money and time, do not buy it.

I purchased a 1 month service. After trying to use the software on my phone, unfortunately it did not work due to an issue with the phone. I believe the software is good and very handy for those who need to recover their phones. HOWEVER i would highly recommend that you read the agreement before purchasing the product. If you only need it for a one time use, then please make sure too cancel your services after the software is successful. If you don't cancel the services, then you will billed every month after your 1st initial purchase. If you do cancel it too late then you will never get a full refund.

I placed an order on their website says 24/7 customer service. Most FAQ on their website say software delivered in less than 1hr but usually within minutes. Well we are sitting and 24 hours and never got an email to my multiple attempts to contact via email and twitter. Never got response. So I can not give you a review of their software. BUYER BEWARE!

Do NOT buy this product. It doesn't work. I asked for a refund and all I got was told to provide a log to prove the software didn't work. Every direction I received was incorrect and did not provide the needed log. When I finally found a page with a history, there was nothing to report because the software NEVER worked.

My parents iPad Mini 6 couldn't boot up, so I decided to try TunesKit iOS System Recovery. It seemed that the program could not recognize all parameteres, but it tried to install the firmware. That didn't work and I went to the Apple Store with my laptop and iPad. Through iTunes they recovered the iPad completely within 30 minutes. I had 30 day moneyback guarantee, and I aske for a refund and provided screenshots. I will only get 50%, it's a complete SCAM. The company takes no risks in refunds whatsoever. If the tool works you are in luck, if not than you are screwed. The consumer takes all the risk, and Tuneskit takes advantage of consumers in distress of a broken Apple product. Stay clear!

I ordered this service thinking it would work for my iphone XS, because the screen kept looping on the apple logo and wouldn't turn on, but I was wrong. At first, the software told me to use the "Volume up, volume down, power button" trick to put the phone on recovery mode, that didn't work, then they told me to install a new update for iOS, (14.1) that didn't work either, lastly they told me to put my phone on DFU mode (whatever the h*ll that means) that didn't work as well. So when I explained this to the support person, and requested a FULL refund, all I was told was...

Didn't work for me, said I want a refund, made me download another thing with a log so team can see why it wasn't working for me. Told me it would take 3 days for them to come up with a solution, never heard from them. Went to apple, got it fixed and then asked for a refund and they had the audacity to say they would only give me half because it was after the 5 days, when they were supposed to email me solutions and never did. I waited which they make you believe there is a solution only to tell you to go to FACTORY RESET! WTF! They won't give you a refund. You have to file with your bank because they ARE A SCAM!

It's simple. I bought their software, it didn't work, I contacted support and never heard back. Don't be disappointed - save your money and try something else.

I purchased this software to fix my IPhone 8. After multiple attempts of trying to use this software, which NEVER WORKED... I contacted customer service for assistance via email since they don't even offer customer service by phone or chat. It took them 6 days to reply to my concerns! I wasted my time and money on this software and ended up having to take my phone to the Apple store anyway! The customer service is horrible. Very simple UI. I love that it connects directly to my Spotify app. It is as easy as dragging/dropping songs and playlists - and the sound quality is top notch! Highly recommend

Yes, I've plugged in several devices, but was unable to complete the unlocking process. Only one iPad 3 was successfully unlocked. The others, even after downloading the firmware, never even completed cause it couldn't verify the firmware it downloaded. The devices are still locked. Your software didn't unlock them.
Even so, it told you 3 we're done, well, where's the ability to unlock the other 2?

Your system must be able to tell the difference between an actual successful unlock, and a failed attempt. Right? You don't count unsuccessful device unlocks as used against the 5 devices allowed do you? No other company does. I know that for a fact.
Oddly as it is, I tried again to unlock this iPad pro 12.9, after 3 firmware downloads, all failing verification, it finally started unzipping the files to unlock it, BUT NO, it to failed. Here are the screenshots of that sad failure. So what's up? Your software can't even download the correct firmware package. Really? Ok, nevermind. I want a refund. I'm tired of this. The downloading of all these files for nothing, killing my data, just for failure. Nope, I'm done with your program. Just refund the money please. I don't have time to play these games. Your software is a hit or miss catastrophy and aggravation I just don't need or care for. I'll go back to unlock go or 3utools. Good luck with scamming someone else. Without a doubt it is one of the best music software you can have, just the free trial leaves a good taste in your mouth, what I like most is the different formats it provides, I recommend the FLAC format, once you have it, you will always want it.
