Problèmes avec logiciel, demandes d'explications sans toutefois solutionner le dit problème. On me revient pratiquement toujours avec les mêmes explications. Ne respecte pas leur garantie de 30 jours de remboursement envers la clientèle. Vraiment très mauvais service. Évitez Tuneskit Media converter M4V pour transfert en MP4 WIndows 10, seulement le son, pas d'images.

J'ai essayé d'utiliser Tuneskit Media Converter M4V pour Windows 10 à plusieurs reprises, transférant fichier M4V en MP4 , supposément ce logiciel devrait enlever protection DRM. Cela n'a jamais fonctionné, soit que j'ai seulement le son , pas d'images ou vice et versa.
