Tweezers for Life! - I used to spend a lot of money on tweezers. I would buy the ones made by Laura Mercer, Shu Uemura... they always got dull and I ended up throwing them out. Ever since I purchased my first pair of Tweezermans, I have never needed to purchase a replacement pair. I've only found the need to purchase extra pairs to stash in my bag or at my bfs place!
I returned a pair of tweezerman tweezers a couple of years ago per the guarantee with prompt service just like the package promised, so I bought a second pair so I would always have a pair on hand while one was being sharpened. I sent off the new pair and never heard from them again. I have a paper trail of emails and it's been well over a year. Tweezerman owes me a pair of tweezers but I have heard NOTHING since 11/ 24. Terrible customer service. They owe me 24.00$!

I sent my tools to be sharpened 3 MONTHS ago and I still l have not received anything back... their customer service is non existent, you can't call them, they make you fill out a form on line with your complaint. This is so ridiculous and horrible. Everything is blamed on Covid, well plenty of companies do just fine or even better during these virus times. What a joke this free sharpening is.

First of all, Tweezerman doesn't even have their own customer service... You have to contact Zwilling, which I believe is a third party company - I still don't know how it works. Anyway, I placed an order and immediately realized I forgot to put the promo code in. I emailed right away, as well as followed up with a call the next day. They said they need to contact Tweezerman and get back to me if they could either a) give a refund or b) cancel the order so I can re-order with the promo code. They said they would get back to me within 24-48 hours, but no response. I followed up and they once again didn't have an answer for me. I was getting worried it would get shipped and it would be too late to cancel the order. Long story short, they never gave me an answer after several follow up emails. I will not purchase from Tweezerman again after this.

Like other reviewers I posted off Tweezers, never to hear from Tweezerman. In future I will buy cheaper tweezers. I thought by paying more I would benefit from the sharpening service, but sadly not the case
I purchased the Rockhard Cuticle Nippers for $30 at CVS. Don't waste your time on these, they don't clip well at all! Half way up to the tip, they don't clip at all. No matter how hard you squeeze, you end up pulling the cuticle or it ends up cutting at the back end where you don't want it to cut. Very disappointed.
Recently I had just bought a pair of tweezers from the company Tweezerman, in my order that I received the I found that the tweezers I bought were not the same online. I contacted customer support and they apologized for their mistake and handled it professionally. They were accurate with their word and provided professional support. Before I knew it I had my original tweezers with a bonus pair for the inconvenience. I will be a loyal customer to the company for a long time. Thanks Tweezerman
I sent my tweezers in for sharpening with their Request Form completed on May 13,2020. They quote 9-12 weeks for sharpening and returning of my tweezers. With 2 follow up emails to Customer Service, and a reply that states "they received my request... Order#_______, and several attempts to call them 800/645-3340 with no live person, just a voicemail feature, which is FULL, I still DO NOT have my tweezers back! Covid can not be the blame for this. Free Sharpening... What a Joke!
Just walking through my local Walgreens and happened upon these. I thought the LED light would be Great... sadly mistaken they were broken from the box! Sad to waste my $$ Never again.
It's been over a year and at least a dozen emails but no one will get back to me. I sent them all of my tweezers for sharpening and they are ignoring me. Horrible! Is that considered theft?
I sent two pairs of tweezers into Tweezerman for the "free" sharpening. They were sent in a padded envelope through USPS. I kept the receipt. I filled out the form on the Tweezerman site and included all information as they asked,. They say give us your email address so you can follow the progress of your tweezer sharpening. Never heard from them again! Tracked package back through USPS and it was successfully delivered to their mailroom on a date I have and the exact time. I sent a letter with the postal receipt to them telling them about this. They never opened the letter! They sent it back to me in a padded envelope saying it was damaged but it was in its original state that I had mailed it to them in! Something is really wrong here. I will never buy a pair of their tweezers again! Do not spend your money on these tweezers and if you already have a pair do not bother sending them to Tweezerman for sharpening because you will most likely never see them again. If I could give them no stars I would!
Bought new clippers they were dull right from day one company will not answer my calls.or e mails signed pissed off in Columbus Mi
Bought a new tweezers as old ones were great. Hardly works. Save your $.
