Twinklens

I have contact twinklens at least 4 times, both by phone and by email. Despite their claim that respond to emails within 12 hours, it usually takes at least 3 days to hear anything and when you do it's not an actual answer to "where is my order?" I still haven't received my order to two separate lines and haven't even been able to get my refund. Do no purchase from here! This whole experience has been terrible. I finally ordered from MOCO and those lenses I have received. Same yourself time and money and DON'T use twinklens.

The contacts I ordered were shipped nearly immediately and only took a week to arrive. The materials used in them are extremely comfortable as well as breathable, no foreign body feeling at the end of the day and very easy to insert and remove.

Contacts are here, exactly as ordered, with extra cases in tow! The colours are exactly what I was looking for, three out of four pair were perfect.

The sizing on the Sclera isn't great, won't be able to wear them as the fit isn't right, so theres a constant air bubble. Not sure what can be done about that. I am an experienced user if them (just never from this site) I've tried everything I can think of to try to get rid of the bubble, but the fit just isn't there.

The tracking process was a little rough, but again, they got here in decent time, so I won't complain about that.

I like the contacts, first time I got some cosplay ones in the 3 for 9$ each deal. Thus time I went with just normal color ones from magister and they are so vibrate on my lighter eyes cause they were made for darker eyes. I got a grey, purple and green. Love them all. They also came with a case the has the pinchers and thing to put them in and it's cute.

Purchased a birthday gift for a friend and they loved the contacts, packaging etc. Our only issue was there was no tracking provided with my order even though it was said there would be. I was even emailed a link to track the order, but with no tracking number provided it didn't work and it wasn't available on the site either. Overall a good experience but I hope if other people are having this issue as well it will be fixed

My 4th time ordering from TwinkLens and they're, so far, better than Vampfangs with their prices, customer services and monthly discounts. I recommend this company for all your go-to needs when it comes to any kind of contact lenses weather buying singular or in pairs. Shop, twinklens!

I really enjoyed these contacts, They arrived with a small kit with everything I need to safely use them aside from a bottle of contact solution which I already had. The lenses look and feel great. I've never worn scleras and this was definitely a positive first experience with ordering and wearing.

Usually when they send me the contacts, it boxed and it includes the cases and contacts with a mirror. However it looked like the contacts was just thrown in a bag, with nothing in it. This will be the last time I order form twinklens.

Received the contact lenses just fine… bought 3 different pairs total. However, each one of them pretty much makes me look like some sort of weird alien. The iris is just too big. One of the colors is pretty different than mine so that's the worst, but even the color that's really not too different from my own (natural brown eyes with hazel contacts) just looks so weird. I just can't wear any of these contacts without looking weird. And I've worn color contacts before (with prescription, have since had lasik). Overall I would not recommend.

This experience was better this time around. A couple of years ago I was missing part my order and was told it was on its way and still never received it.

I was skeptical thinking because it was coming from China that it would take months, it only took a few weeks. The lenses I got are exactly what I ordered. The extra lens case I ordered as well is so cute! Comes with the lens suction and tweezers! I'm having the hardest time getting them in, but that is no fault of the lenses at all... I actually want to order more already to be honest.

It was an experience...in which I ordered something great, it took some time to acquire it, and then I $#*!in smiled. It was a good time, with a good ending, like a massage parlor.

On a crisp winters day, a "bipitty bip" was heard as the mailman approached. His bike, tri-wheeled and magnificent, it bumbled at slow speeds toward me. He smiled, his teeth shiny and calming. He reached into his compartment and pulled out a small package. He handed it to me and departed into the day. I eagerly fuffed about with the package, tearing it open to find my order. Some fantastical purple lenses. I made a beeline for the bathroom and tried them on. As luck would have it, I had eyes, eyes that I could wear contacts on. They went onto my eyes, and before I knew it I was wearing my new contact lenses. They certainly were contact lenses let me tell you. Purple, as it were. A very good experience. 10/10, would see the mailman again.

I like to be very detailed with my reviews, so to start the shipping was a lot shorter than I had expected it to be. It got to my place in around one and a half week, and contacts fit in great. It's a little difficult to see when it's inside out and when it's not, but I eventually figured it out and it was all good. You do have to buy your own contact solution and case, but besides that the contacts were amazing! Total steal with a discount too!

Got my order after about 10 days. Contacts are beautiful, love the brown/Grey and the black ones. Good quality as always, doesn't make my eyes angry

Looks exactly like it does in pictures. Easy to apply, comfortable and makes my eyes really pop! I most definitely will buy more in the near future.
