The shipping was very fast and the contacts are amazing. The colors are bright and vibrant and very detailed. They are also very comfortable and I can't feel them in my eyes whatsoever. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer!

I needed lenses for a Halloween party, and after I discovered that Amazon doesn't sell them (oops! No prime shipping!) I only had days to get the lenses I needed. Fortunately, Twinklens let me choose from their US Warehouse and I actually received the lenses within two days (afternoon of the party, PERFECT!). Thank you Twinklens for being prompt and awesome!
I ordered red lenses for mine and my sister's halloween costumes, however… my internet acted up at the time that I placed my order. I meant to order 2 pairs, but for some reason only 1 pair was registered as being added to the cart. It was 100% my internet being the issue (my tv also had problems at the same time). I emailed them and asked if I could add a second pair to my order and received a timely response from them telling me they would throw in a second pair for my order :) I was beyond happy! Great customer service.

Ordering the lenses was quick easy andconvenient and the selection is great. I ordered 3 pair for Halloween because I couldn't make a decision on which pair I liked more. I got a package with 2 contact lenses in it and figured the other would be there in a day or 2. Well it was November 7th when I got my last pair, but that was probley then post office's fault and I'm super happy with my lenses.
Came way later than estimated delivery that i paid an extra $30 for and with duty fees which were just as much.
Never wore contacts before and while wearing these, I forgot I had them in! Wore them all day and never gave me any problems. Super easy to order and great delivery time!
So happy with my selection of new lenses!
Shipping turnaround is impressive, took a little longer for 2 orders to arrive that drop shipped, but US stock arrived in just a few days! Very pleased and will be returning for more in the future!

Yes we stock contact lenses in both Hong Kong and U.S. warehouses and ship per the customer's shipping address and item availability.
- From U.S. Stock: items arrive in between 2 and 5 days at no extra shipping fee when the order totals $16.00 or more;
- From Hong Kong Stock: items arrive in between 10 and 15 days by standard shipping, 3 and 7 days by expedited shipping.
There is a caveat, though: NOT ALL items are available from our U.S. warehouse, when your order contains one or more items ONLY available from our Hong Kong stock, we'll have to ship your entire order from there rather split it into 2 stock-wise packages. For now, you'll have to pick items ONLY from our U.S. collection (https://twinklens.com/collections/stock-us) to ensure free speedy delivery.
As we are syncing the inventory between the 2 warehouses, which will ultimately resolve the issue, we strongly recommend that U.S. customers:
- take the shipping phase into account and time your order placement; or,
- assemble your orders only from https://twinklens.com/collections/stock-us.
