I do really love these contacts, however I never saw any options for sizing when purchasing. They are a bit too big for my eyes and kind of droop down making it a bit hard to see and not super comfortable. Could have been my error if there is a way to get specific sizes, if not I think it would be a good thing for the company to add as contacts are not a one size fits all. But overall I'm happy with my purchase and I was aware they may be too big before i purchased them so I am not upset
I have contact twinklens at least 4 times, both by phone and by email. Despite their claim that respond to emails within 12 hours, it usually takes at least 3 days to hear anything and when you do it's not an actual answer to "where is my order?" I still haven't received my order to two separate lines and haven't even been able to get my refund. Do no purchase from here! This whole experience has been terrible. I finally ordered from MOCO and those lenses I have received. Same yourself time and money and DON'T use twinklens.
Delivery was fast and website was easy to navigate will shop again only problem was trying to put on sclera contacts but haven't reached out to customer service yet for instructions

I am happy with the delivery and the price of the contact, it's great for temporary use, but is Hema material, not quite breathable, but still works great for what I need it for.

Quality is 5 starks but it didn't ship as soon as it said after placing order and I almost didn't get them in the time frame I needed. Ended up having to get them directly from the post office.

I purchase some contact lenses and didn't notice my mailing address wasn't current and they were so nice to send another package to the current address at no expense.

It came in the mail super quick, nothing crazy, easy checkout process, good tracking. When I got it, it was packaged well, they look beautiful.
Unfortunately, one of the lenses was distorted for some reason. I couldn't see through the center even, like I was looking through distorted glass. Almost like one of the lenses was prescription.
Shopping with Smooth Delivery was not. I couldn't track my package forever and it just kept saying it was on its way. I like to know when my package is estimated to arrive normally.

Loved the options. I was looking to see what store had similar lenses to the ones i wore before that are now discontinued. And I found Twinklens, who had the lenses i was looking for.
I chose Twinklens because the contacts i was previously wearing got discontinued on another store, and found this store who got similar contacts.
The best contact lense company... there lenses are durable, pretty, and amusing... this is the only site I trust for contact lenses... Twinklens are the best.
The only place i get my colored contacts! They arrive quickly (about a week) and are super comfortable and last a long time.
Have been looking for the black sclera lenses and they have a great price here!
Lenses came fast however they do not foot my eyeball.

We never asked for a return.
Your order was eligible for our "Try On Guarantee" promise and you could just request a refund without returning the contact lenses. Without further ado, we just issued a full refund, a total of US$21.60 should be posted to your original payment method in a couple of business days.
We double checked your order, the timeline unfolds as follows:
- On September 21st 2023: You placed the order.
- On September 22nd, 2023: We shipped your order.
- On October 10th, 2023: Your shipment was out for delivery.
- On October 11th, 2023: Your order was delivered.
It actually took 20 days, rather than a month as claimed, to have your order delivered. It was indeed longer than the normal 15-day shipping phase, though, due to Halloween delivery latency.
