Local tutors at Guildford camp and twin.uk.com head office attitudes towards my son and myself (father) were very arrogant regarding an alleged misbehaviour of my 11 years old son. We were just set aside as a nuisance. Witnesses were popping out like mushrooms to deny my son's statements, which were opposed to the tutor's. The latter used very arguable manners (to say the least) in dealing with my son. I highly discourage to use Twin Group services.
