“Take your money”

Take your money - goods not available - i have ordered a pushchair for £250 which I was not advised was not available, money was taken immediately from credit card; i am not able to trace this order (only have a sales telephone who will NOT discuss where the item is) only e mail - which has sent me an automated reply and nothing else.

IE they have taken the money but accordingly to the sales lady the item I ordered is very unlikely to have been ready for despatch - and no one will talk to me
