Two Men and a Truck - Bay City

Moved from my three bedroom home in July Requested experienced movers. They sent one with a couple years of experience and a fella who had been on the job for 3 days. Spent an inordinate amount of time wrapping furniture with plastic wrap even though I purchased 20 blankets from them to protect wood furniture. Many wood pieces damaged. Couch had grease on it as did chairs. Move cost $1545. 00 for two miles move. Estimator was way off and men with experience could have done it more efficiently..

Moving is a terrible experience but they made it much better and easier with there professionalism courtesy. They worked with us to even change our moving day! Special thanks to keenan the manager who got us good workers was flexible and timely. Very Professionally done! Can't thank them or recommend them enough.

We are in our 70's and required help moving from Augusta to Wichita. These guys are the worst. They severely damaged four book shelves which cost about $360 each. Many of our other pieces of furniture were were scratched. Overall they were fast but very careless. After meeting with the manager and settling on a value for compensation for the damaged they caused, we never received any compensation, nor heard from them again. If you don't care about how your personal belongs are handled by others, these are your guys.

I used them based on reviews and the Florence SC group is horrible. I had damaged items, broken items and lost items. Prices will change once they get your items and make claims of miss calculating the original quote of the move. Follow up with them takes forever, they will claim no fault and try to weasel out of responsibility for these issues. Do not use this company for anything. Stay away from the Florence SC group. They ask for a review within an hour of them moving you. Worst mistake I ever made.

Truck #29 is noncompliant with the law. They did not care they parked across both spots. I could not use 1 today. After 3 very recent spinal surgeries, I needed one to shorten my walk to my apartment. Both spots are actively used by severely handicapped people and neither are accessible. The ramp is blocked as well!

We hired this company for a large residential move... Final cost was twice what was quoted, it took 26 hours over 2 days to complete what was estimated at 7 hours and 1 day. When I questioned whether this was going to be too much for 2 men to handle I was told 'this is their job, they know what they are doing'. Well they might but the estimator didn't. I asked for 4 men, 2 trucks and they sent 2 men, 1 truck.

They grossly underestimated this move, even though I was quite clear what we had and how many trucks/trips we would need. Regardless of who messed up we had to pay substantially more than we could afford or had planned to pay.

The movers were wonderful, it was just an overwhelming amount of work for 2 people. Additional people were sent the second day and they hustled. All were professional, courteous and tried their best to make it right.

This was the move from hell. The movers were idiots, and they didn't take some of our stuff. They kept saying that they had another job they had to do in NJ. Not my problem. I would never use them again or if anybody I know is thinking about moving, I would strongly advise them to use somebody else.

This is one of the worst service companies I have used. Their men showed up 1.5 hours later than the given time, had no tools to use, worked extremely slow, and made our move go over the estimated time. One of the men was actually leaning around, not doing anything for a portion of the time. They are not "professional" movers. When I was finally able to contact someone in a management position, they said my opinion of their company was inaccurate, and that they would not consider my complaint as valid. If you want an efficient, professional moving company, DO NOT USE THIS ONE!

We had Two Men and a Truck move my grandmothers things from West Valley, Utah up to Roy, Utah after her passing. The guys that showed up were very professional and organized. They were kind and took care of her things like they belong to their own grandmother and were very gentle with her organ that she was so proud of. I can not say enough about how grateful i am that we choose this company to move her things. I would like to mention them by name because i feel that their boss should know that that they have some super amazing employees. A great big Thank you to Charlie, Josh and Rider. Thank you so much!

My move occurred one month ago the charges were paid in full as the movers were finished now one month later I see a charge, not even the card that was used to pay for the move.
They were paid 100% they verified before they left not one month later they're charging $1,500 to my other account totally fraudulent. Do not use this company for your move.

This is a horrible company. Unless you want to be ripped off, have your things stolen or damaged without compensation, stay far far away! I have now read 100's of extremely negative comments regarding this company. They have numerous unresolved complaints on the BBB website. Beware, avoid at all costs.

Don't waste your time with this crooked company... too much frustration and mind games from their staff. Quoted incorrectly and found out the day of my move when only half the people showed up. The other person showed up 1.45 hrs late and somehow I was still charged. Logistics guy was rude, movers screwed up the math on my paperwork and no one called for a week to explain it to ke. When he did, a little arrogant guy by the name of Taylor refused to credit or refund any of what they screwed up unless I stated in an email that I'm a happy customer. Talk about bait and switch and black mailing for fake reviews... to top it all off, the truck had bugs. The GM called and promised to look into it and call me back, never happened. BBB and all outlets possible, here I come!

On 09/23/2023, I hired Two Men and Truck to move my two queen mattresses and piano. Their website claimed they had a professionally trained team to handle piano moves. However, when three black men arrived at my apartment, they panicked upon seeing the piano and called their boss via video chat. Despite their efforts, they were unable to move the piano. They did manage to move the two queen mattresses but charged my credit card $474.00 for their unsuccessful service.

As a result, I had to hire a different company on 09/25/2023 to move my piano and paid them $380. I found the staff of Two Men and Truck to be rude and unprofessional. Despite my request for a refund, they refused to return my money. I am extremely disappointed with their service and will make sure to inform others of my experience.

I did not have the best experience with my move. The movers were friendly, but apart of my desk was broken by one of the movers. Also, I had a box of cleaning supplies from the laundry room contained gallons of bleach. One mover told me he could not carry certain items on the truck and asked me to unlock my car so he can put a few boxed items in the back seat. The mover put the box in side ways and not flat down to fit more items in the back seat. I noticed I needed to take the two boxes out of my car after the move was completed and noticed the smell of bleach. I immediately moved my boxes and saw that some bleach spilled out on the back seat of my car on my leather seat. I reached out to the company and I was advised they would not be compensating me for any damage done by the bleach spill. Overall, horrible experience!

Two Men and a Truck were hired by my mom for a short move. They arrived extremely late and didn't explain the contract. Then in turn broker her 4K TV and TV stand. $1400 worth of items and offered a measly $138 for compensation. They didn't protect the tv at all. I would run far away from these guys if you want to protect your things.

I'm very disappointed in this company. I tried really hard not to leave a bad review, however; with no response after reporting the movers had broke my door, said it was already broken, and charged me the time for fixing is unacceptable. When a representative called and ask how was the service, I explained what happened to my door and ask for a partial refund; i explained that the workers took atleast 4 breaks and was openly smoking from a pen...he said he'd speak with management and call back. As of today, there is still no call. I looked at my vanity, and the lock was broken and placed in the vanity drawer. I would never use this company again. The movers are horrible, and the office workers are liars, they tell you what you want to hear in order to get off the phone.

Worse decision that I ever made was selecting this company to move my furniture! Every piece of large furniture that the three guys moved three miles for me was damaged beyond repair! The guys moved everything without wrapping items properly and dropping items sideways! Then I was asked to email them receipts from my furniture and I easily did because my furniture wasn't even a year old yet and days later said that I should have read the contract because if anything gets damaged they only offer $. 60 (SIXTY SENSE) per a pound if it's beyond repair! The trash service handles dumpsters better then this company handled my furniture! Jefferson, New Orleans location!

Absolutely the WORST moving experience EVER and as a retired military spouse, my family has moved a lot! Prior to the move, nothing but nice and professional but the day of... the exact opposite. They were the cheapest quote and I got what I paid for two men and a truck I guess the bad attitudes and unprofessional were just a tip. Lesson learned, never again will I use them.

Build a new home and hired this company to move my household goods based on friend recommendation. Good part was they sent 4 men and a truck, although one was fairly lazy. Another good part is that they neatly wrapped everything for protection, although they did not wrap one of the lamps and it got chipped. The move out was fine. The move into the new home was almost a disaster. They tried to get a couch in our upstairs room and couldn't. They proceeded to damage the door frame doing so and nicked the walls in the hall and the upstairs. Lazy guy tracked mud all over our new bedroom carpet. Contacted them about the damage. They sent some "slug" out to repair. He slopped paint on the walls and was about to use plastic wood to repair the door frame. Told him no go, not doing that. I got them to reimburse me for the door frame and hired someone to replace it and also properly paint the walls. My expense the labor was $300 but I gives me peace of mind that the work was done right.

I booked them for a Saturday to move my son from one apartment to another. They gave me a new hour arrival time and they where an hour late. They moved half of his things onto the truck and then said they saw a bedbug and refused to complete the move. Then after they moved everything back into the apartment they told me that this was the second time this had happened today. Maybe the bedbugs came from where they just came from.?
Then they tried to bill me, thank goodness I put this on my American Express card.

The office lady is a joke. I have email proof and 3 phone calls that my family and I confirmed for 06/25/2022 between 8 and 9 am. At 910 am I called the company and this lady said oh I had you confirmed for 07/25/2022. I don't have anybody. Do your self a favor and avoid this place because incompetence is one thing but a liar is another.

I had to pay for a guy to complain on the phone for 45 minutes. Then when they came to deliver he magically couldn't help as his knee was hurt and cussed frequently in front of me and my children. All my furniture was scratched and guys refused to put it where I asked. Meanwhile dealing with the death of a parent. Never again will I hire this company

The Fort Wayne, IN franchise is awesome. Nice caring people who work efficiently and take care of your belongings.The move was completed in October 2018.

The Fishers IN franchise is terrible. They dropped two boxes and destroyed the contents. The worst part was that two items were stolen.The move was completed in October 2019.
