I don't know if anyone can adopt from these people but I was turned down because I lived in an apartment and didn't have a fenced in yard. Or maybe because I work and couldn't be home 24-7 to keep my dog company disqualified me. Whatever the reason I wasn't allowed to give my love to a dog that needed a forever home. My companion of 11 years passed away in June and I've waited this long to even start looking for another dog to give my life to. I guess I'm not quality material to have another baby in my life.
