Unfortunately there is a zero star to rate this company. I was charged $110.00 for a "membership" that was never requested as I very rarely use this stupid service (it was used once since last year). After countless hours of messaging, as they do not dignify a mortal customer with a phone call in order to be as anonymous and detached as possible to keep on offering no customer service, I was informed that nice Uber would reimburse a whole amount of $30.00. What a scam! NEVER again will I deal with this "mafia" like so called company. Horrible!
Uber is awful with customer. Someone got my credit card number, and was using Uber I called Uber No help at all. Told me I needed the email address associated with who ever made the order

Worst experience of contacting Uber customer care. I left a sunglass and called within minutes of dropping, however they failed to connect the driver immediately and later sends an email saying they didnot find anything. This is ridiculous and highly unethical.
Sorry i have to review Uber Eats on this site, but cannot find any way to write a review on uber.com or ubereats.com

Speaking of pathetic, my Eats order was delayed 5 minutes at a time for over an hour, and then the order was cancelled. BY UBER! WTF?!
As the customer, i thought i was the one who could cancel. I've never been fired by a merchant. I spoke with both Mae and Jose (a girl) and they even told me they have had similar experiences as "customers" of Uber Eats! Seriously?!

While in San Diego I got three charges in Chicago in one evening for Uber. Two of the charges were visa, one PayPal. Uber would not respond to my emails whatsoever. However both visa and PayPal refunded my money. Now how do you suppose my Uber account got hacked?
Please be careful using Uber. I think there employees are using credit card information. I had three unauthorized Uber purchases on my credit card. I have no unauthorized purchases from ANYWHERE else, except Uber. I only picked 1 start because I had to. I would have left it blank if I could.
I have been taking uber bikes since a few days to commute to office everyday. What I see is most drivers give me a hard time during office going time. They transfer the ride within an inch of reaching the pick -point and the next biker is almost 8-10 minutes away, delaying the journey. Some park their bikes much further away and tranfer rides to another biker if you insist that they come to the pick up point instead of calling the rider to whereever the driver has parked his bike. I mean why offer this bike ride service to people when your shameless drivers do not want to take the trouble of driving short distances? They tranfer rides at will because cancellation will cost them and give the customer a hard time? There is little scope for registering this misbehaviour from drivers on the App.
The Uber website is awful. After all these years and the many $B siphoned off by corrupt executives, the Uber.com experience is much much worse than any 5 people bootstrapped startup could make. All it does is try to channel you to buy more stuff. Message to CEO #Dara Khosrowshahi: fix the basics. Try to catch up to where a high school kid with an idea could be working from his parents kitchen table. All Uber has is its online experience. I doubt they will be around in 5 years.
I use this service frequently. Unfortuneatly I keep getting charged 0.56 here and there for no reason. This company doesn't want to help you and it clearly shows as there's no general customer service line. Your issue has to be listed on the app. Just pick a random one and start complaining about your issue because they're all irrelevant anyways. Drivers for some reason are scared to approach my door or never arrive at my front door and I'm charged a waiting fee for it. Just stupid so I always end up desputing my wait time fee. This is a great service to use if you have money, but customer service is none existent.
Their app is full of glitch. I made a claim about an issue, the customer service did not fixe my problem but I cannot talk with them anymore as they closed the conversation. Very unprofessional,unpolite and they STOLE my money!
Rider pulls out gun on drivers for uber once you making a complaint to save your own life the shut your uber account down. Uber does not care about their drivers what so ever they only take the side of there riders uber needs to be highly investigate they target women all the time it's okay if we're robbed raped or have a gun pointed at us. as long uber is getting there money they could careless about the life's of drivers we should have ever right to protect our selfs from drug addicts drunks pedophiles. Murders we should be able to protect ourselves with what ever the cost. But not allowing other riders with females drivers or guns is unlawful their just waiting for another woman to get Murder or raped with no protection but don't forget folks uber is getting paid from these criminals.
I've been very happy with Uber service since I started using it in Vancouver a year ago. This week I've had 2 pre-booked rides cancelled at the last minute. Very disappointing & frustrating as we had important medical appts & were left scrambling for another ride. When we got another Uber, it was more than double the price. Uber should not offer the service to pre-book if it can't be reliable with it. It caused unnecessary anxiety. Not impressed. I'd rather use Uber over taxi service but may return to taxis, more reliable afterall.
Just wrote about the "high" driver going to downtown Nashville. Wanted also to mention the ride back to hotel. The 2nd driver was a young man looked to be around early 20's. The car was very old and although it seemed cleaned out, it smelled horrible. The thick stench of cigarettes literally made me sick. We tried to converse with him and he hardly said two words. He really gave me a "creepy" feeling... like we were in a car with someone with "serious mental issues" (only nice way to put it). I think I'd feel safer in a regular Taxi any day. I have to say though that I had a really good experience with two drivers I used in Destin, FL. But the two I got in Nashville made me not want to chance Uber ever again.
Today after coming back from a long day at work, I booked a cab on Uber. But the driver didn't reach my location, instead he was parked somewhere else and I told him to come at my location. He said he can't locate me so I should come to his car. He was extremely rude while saying this. I have been explaining to him my location but in return he was very rude and ultimately I had to walk to the car. I was very tired and all I wanted was to get home and that's why I didn't say anything but I'll make sure he pays for this.
I was an Uber driver for 5 years and they deactivated my account and told me a runaround. Had no option of standing up for myself at all. They never gave me a chance to defend myself. They say they have safety for drivers and riders their actions show different. One false report or any negative rate will get u deactivated. Unjustified deactivation. Their ratings degrade their drivers and believe riders more over the driver.4.91 positive rating over 100 positive comments ….
I placed an order and was given a time of delivery. Went through numerous drivers that changed their mind about picking up the order. My delivery time kept getting longer and longer. I waited over an hour and a half. I contacted the restaurant directly only to find out that a driver picked up my food and my order was canceled a minute later. Hope the driver enjoyed his free meal! Customer service gave me a $3 credit for the inconvenience! This was my first and last time using uber eats!
Always have good experience with Uber but I think their quality is declining. I booked an Uber today. 1990 toyota camry, AC was not ON and didnt work. The seat had some kind of plastic cover which made the experience ever worst. Wanted to keep bag in the trunk but the trunk was junk. The driver was irritating kept asking how long have you been in Chicago. He had phone in one hand and was driving with the other and kept missing the direction even though it was clear on his cell phone on he route we were taking. I will think twice before requesting an Uber because a Cab provides me with better experience then Uber
By far Uber treats there drivers as if they are convicts on bad review or someone does not like you you will be dismissed. If an incident happens and you try to get information they automatically assume you are guilty. I was recently sexually harrased by one of my customers while driving I noticed Uber of the situation and they brushed if off basically saying it was my fault and I should have not interacted with the customer. The immediately deactivated my account without giving me any notification and then stated I was under investigation I called the company and all I got was the run around someone will get back to me. Then an email stating that my account would be permanently deactivated I was the victim but they want to keep these so called good ratings. They do not care about there drivers at all beware stay away
I recently used Uber in New York City. Each time I was at the correct address and looking for the car. The first time, I messaged Uber to ask where the car was. Twice I found the car down the block from where it was to be. The third time, the car was on a different street. Then I was billed for a wait time. Contacting the company is all but impossible, worse than any other. I explained what happened and insisted they compensate me for the wait time. If they can charge when it's not my fault, I argued they owed me. They did issue a refund. I used it on Uber Eats and found there were additional charges I was unaware of when billed. Again, reaching them require a lot of effort. I'm very suspicious of this company. If it has nothing to hide, why doesn't their Customer Service number answer the phone, and why do emails to them get bounced back?

Now my more serious concern is being in physical danger when a driver cancels my ride home without warning or cause, will not allow me to re-schedule a ride, and leaves me stranded again, at night, far from home, anywhere in Cuyahoga County. Is there a solution for this very real danger?
The ride I had scheduled strung me along for nearly 45 minutes. When I texted him he apologized and said he would come shortly, then he canceled.
I had an early morning flight and couldn't find anyone to come in time so I drove my car and parked at the airport for 130 dollars. Had he the decency to cancel a head of time, I could have made other arrangements.
There are no repercussions for these people and Uber makes no effort. Uber will leave you stranded don't trust them.
Just read a promotional ad from uber about how they support far left political policies. I'm so sick of businesses pushing their beliefs down my throat! Why can't they just provide a service and keep their agenda to their self! I'm now unsubscribed and will NOT use their service again!
Time to take a stand!
Both my husband and I could not schedule and had rides cancelled last week. Luckily, I was able to drive my husband to the airport. However, my son's Uber rides to school and pickup for two days were cancelled. I tried to resolve this through Uber's chat. Over an hour, two reps said it was fixed. It wasn't. My airport ride said Uber drivers were having trouble.

Uber is such a joke to bad i cant give them a no star. I called to report a driver who was very unappropriate to my daughter and what they do they side for that driver. Like damn i knew you only care for your star drivers but the customers give you business as well. You just need to refund my damn money i had in that account i will not be using uber no longer.

Exited the car. Driver immediately drove away. Realized we left a jacket in the car. Immediately tried contacting the driver. Uber tried contacting. Ignored both attempts. User beware... don't leave a personal item or the driver will ignore all attempts to get back and resale online. I regret using Uber and never will again after this experience. Ruined my birthday!
