Unfortunately there is a zero star to rate this company. I was charged $110.00 for a "membership" that was never requested as I very rarely use this stupid service (it was used once since last year). After countless hours of messaging, as they do not dignify a mortal customer with a phone call in order to be as anonymous and detached as possible to keep on offering no customer service, I was informed that nice Uber would reimburse a whole amount of $30.00. What a scam! NEVER again will I deal with this "mafia" like so called company. Horrible!

It is so hard to deal with this company. No one to talk to so as to confirm that the reservation. The most difficult company to deal with for a ride.

I must be the only person in the whole wide world that has trouble using Uber. I tried to use Uber today on my desktop to book a ride for tomorrow morning, but I kept getting the helpful error message "There was an error while booking your trip". I then tried to do the same thing on my cellphone, by downloading the Uber app. The only thing the app would let me do is book a trip for the present. I never did figure out how to book a future pickup on my cellphone. Sadly, two drivers came to my house within a few minutes of my inexperienced fumbling with the app. I uninstalled the app and will drive myself tomorrow.
Use the app for the first time and very disappointing. Order food from good buddy and when I canceled it in 5 minutes, did not gave me any warning that I will get charge for full amount of the order that I did not get. When I called them they said they can not do anything about it, what a horrible business they run. It should be their responsibility to take care of their customer. I will never use their uber eats again. Going to use skip the dishes from now on.

Charged me 13$ To get dropped off at airport Could not speak English dropped me off in a parking lot across from airport! Took uber home from airport got charged 50.73. It's impossible to contact someon there. And it was my second mom English speaking cabbie. Who's car stunk like yellow cabs. Cabbies. Frustrated.

Do not, do not, absolutely DO NOT! Engage this service. This business can't even do proper registrations and/or destinations communications. I cancelled Uber, as fast as I registered. It scares me how incompetent they are. I am frequent traveler and have never witnessed such ineptitude... WOW!
I have the Uber app and have been a long time user. No more. I tried to get a ride home from Boston, and couldn't seem to get my valid credit card to work. I have used it many times before with Uber and trust me it is valid and has room for a $62 ride charge. After trying 4 times on their app, and updating the correct cc information 4 times and still getting rejected for payment invalid, I spent 20 minutes trying to contact them. Unless it's a safety issue they won't talk to you, and will send an email to their "concerns department ". That is super-helpful when you are 60 miles from home at 1:00am. I worked 15 hours today, missed the train home and got no support or assistance. I deleted app and won't use Uber again.
I waited 1 and a half hours to be lied to by a customer service rep about why my order was never delivered. Order was never even picked up, spoke with CS twice the first one said a driver was assigned to the order. The second one said the driver had a "technical issue" and was unable to complete delivery. Lie. The order never left the store.

At 10:15 AM we scheduled an UBER Pick up for 5:15 PM the same day. At 5:17 PM we checked the UBER App to see where the driver was and he was 53 minutes away. If we waited for the driver to arrive we would have missed our reservation at a busy restaurant on a Saturday night. We cancelled the ride and ordered another that came within 15 minutes. We made it to the restaurant in time. I filed a dispute with AMEX because UBER charged me a 27$ cancellation fee. They were the party at fault and I don't think I should have to pay a fee for non performance. Now I am unable to reserve a ride because they say I owe the $ 27.00. There is no phone number to call to talk to someone in Customer Service. This leaves me no choice. I will use Lyft or call a cab. I am done spending money with UBER
I would like to unsubscribe from Uber's emails but after contacting their support, speaking to several people and several messages back and forth I am still getting their promotional emails. They claim that they have done all they can to unsubscribe me but the emails persist.
I ordered an Uber to get to an interview in Tempe and I live in Gilbert. I had the same Uber drive to and from the interview... David. On the ride there he charged me the normal amount. Then on the way back he charged me an extra 50$ for an "accident" in the car. There was no accident I was at an interview! I would love to know what I did. They make up accidents so that they can make more money. It is ridiculous. This is one of the worst company's to use. DO NOT USE THEM. Use lyft they are way more trustworthy and will not cheat you and take your money!
Usually Reliable, and can get a ride fast anywhere and for a reasonable price. But sometimes there may be hiccups, for example one time the driver was not wearing a mask and another time they canceled on me and I was still charged a cancellation fee. But overall would recommend.
They are not giving there service in Kanpur... #The 11th Biggest city... Very very poor... Why is it if they take money out of your account for the Uber rides that they have to take additional money which they say it's an authorization hold but they do not put it back for at least eight days and this is money that I cannot access and another thing if you have an Uber gift card they still want to put monies from the ride from your checking account on hold when it is confirmed that they will get paid by the Uber gift card... I just Uber Cabs...

They take percentage 25% know they charge depend of per mile and min that mean if they charge for 10 min rider $100 the driver get 10% fare only they lock driver account with out check and proof because they have money they control everything
About 3 years ago my cc was charged for a trip that I did not ask for, nor took. I tried to reach Uber but was diverted to some other outfit who charged me $19.98 or so to tectify the issue. Then that charge became monthly and so I had to cancel the cc. Done. Goodbye Uber.
My daughters Prom was Saturday May 19th, I scheduled a Uber Black SUV a week before the Prom to pick up her and her date. At the very last minute we received a message saying there were no SUV's available. We tried for almost an hour to reach someone to get a vehicle. This ruined my daughters Prom, we had to ask a neighbor if they would mind taking them to the Prom. I find this to be so unprofessional. They ended up getting to the Prom about 1 1/2 hour late, missed meeting up with some of their friends to take group pictures. Never once have we received an apology for ruining my daughters special night. I would think twice about scheduling an Uber for any occasion.
I requested a pick up and the driver cancelled, they charged me a fee of 5.44, held 35.00 for the trip, charged me the trip twice. I requested another pick up as the driver cancelled, the $35.00 fare became 63, uber gave me back 27.00, will never use their service again... ripoff
After giving me an 8 minute wait time for my pickup, the wait time remained between 8 to 10 minutes for over fifteen minutes. I finally called the driver who told me he doesn't know when he can pick me up. WTF? I cancelled the ride and rescheduled my medical appointment. In the meantime I got rid of my Uber app.
After my Uber ride the tip and rate page appeared, i tipped $5 and left 5 stars then it appeared again, i thought it didnt apply so I re-entered the tip and rate. 10 minutes later i got a text from PayPal that I tipped $10. There is no option for this on the app nor is there any customer service.
A few weeks ago I checked prices for my ride home from my friends house. By mistake I requested car and right away I cancelled. After some time I figured out that they charged me $5 for cancelation. I complained but it didn't help. I understand if I request a car and after a few minutes I cancel they will charge me, but I cancelled the same moment!
Beside is that, when I request a car to my home address their GPS brings them behind my building, behind the block. I sent them email, but nothing they did for it. Don't know if in a future I will use them again.
The driver pulled up and said they were cancelling my ride to the airport. The next driver informed me that they probably had a higher fare at the last minute as my fare was only $6.00. I then get charged a $5 fee? I asked for a refund to my card, but all I received was template responses stating that they will only issue a credit to my account and cannot refund to my card. I cancelled my Uber account and my wife and daughter did as well. Hope you enjoy the $5.00, Uber!
They have wiped out my account balance without giving any appropriate reason of 8 Free rides earned by me. Further, they have sent mail to share the apps. On the contrary, they lapse the rides without giving sufficient reason.
I have used Uber a few times and I found it very expensive. I have order taxi and it showed me it was arriving in a few minutes but then it stated that it has been cancelled. I have ordered one again today and it has gone to wrong address. I was advised to change address on the system but Uber would keep on showing the wrong address. I have set the address many weeks ago and and travelled to/from same work address but today it is a different story because it is same street but different area. I have been charged £3-50 for Users poor system. I will not use Uber again just waste of time and money.
