Unfortunately there is a zero star to rate this company. I was charged $110.00 for a "membership" that was never requested as I very rarely use this stupid service (it was used once since last year). After countless hours of messaging, as they do not dignify a mortal customer with a phone call in order to be as anonymous and detached as possible to keep on offering no customer service, I was informed that nice Uber would reimburse a whole amount of $30.00. What a scam! NEVER again will I deal with this "mafia" like so called company. Horrible!

I have never experienced worse customer service than this pathetic group of $#*!s. Their driver made me wait over an hour before dropping my ride and the. I get a charge for 6.07 saying i cancelled after i spent over an hour asking their customer service to drop my ride and not be charged trying to explain the situation only to be bounced to over 8 customer service ignorant robots and the. Rold they would be in touch only to gwt a messaged saying they wont return my money. They treat everyone like they mean nothing and could care less about customer service or satisfaction.they dont deserve to be in business.
Uber is a FRAUDULENT car share company! The things they charge you is really UNNECESSARY & OUTRAGEOUS! These are the charges: WAITING, RESERVATION, CANCELLATION, DISTANCE & TIME! On October 5th 2024 I requested Uber & price that I received & agreed was $43.29! After my ride was completed it was $72.40! Uber said the reason was trip was taking too long but what does that got to do with me? This is not my problem it's the driver problem! K asked Uber to give me refund from difference of $72.40-$43.29= refund of $29.11 but they refused! Uber said I asked too much refund in the past! The reason is because Uber overcharged me! This isn't first time Uber overcharged me. Don't ever take Uber! This company needs to be shutdown PERMANENTLY so it won't rip customers off! I'm disputing with my credit card company & if it doesn't work then I will make a complaint to ATTORNEY GENERAL!

You have a program Manager named Eric Cartrite that is celebrating the attempted assassination of a former U.S President and hoping for more attempts that are successful. He is also celebrating the deaths of 2 Americans who lost their lives during that attempted assassination. This is absolutely disgusting behavior and speaks volumes about uber as a company that they would willing hire such vile morally corrupt individuals such as Eric Cartrite. My pick up and drop of destination charged and even i managed to after battling changed it 2 min after i booked it i got charged for the trip, i will never use uber again and i will tell anybody and everybody what a thieving company uber is

A driver named Andrew scammed me last night. I ordered him for a ride and he asked me for the pin in chat, after i gave it to him he ignored me, blocked my number, and talked as if he picked me up and we were on our way to my destination, as i day here at the pickup point waiting for him. I was charged $68 for a ride i never got. I then read that you shouldn't give the pin to the driver until you're in the car, well thanks for letting me know after the fact, Uber! This driver drives a grey Toyota Camry LIC plate 7NTF635 in the Clairemont area and he's got a 4.95 rating even though he scams his riders. BEWARE of him, Uber will not help you! Every day I will get an order maybe 40 minutes customer would reduce the tip after I delivered the food. They will not compensate you for it. I had to Deactivate my account for that. We don't work for no compensation.
I deleted my Uber platforms tonight and wanted to share my experience after driving for 10 years with Uber. Tonight, I was transferred 7x to address one issue, as there wasn't a Manager to address what the CSR's could not. I have received numerous Walmart order requests to find that the store is closed. After reporting this issue again with Uber on 07/20/2024 at 1:14pm, Anne stated this issue has been reported by drivers before and Uber has no control over the Walmart orders sent on THE UBER app... Uber knowingly takes advantage of their employees from instances like this one, or sending out delivery ride requests for less than $0.25 a mile. Daily, I have $2.00 delivery requests for over 20 miles of driving. If I decline the request, my acceptance and cancellation percentages get docked. This type of business preys on their employees to pick up their slack, fair warning. Uber doesn't have to listen to Drivers, it's proven tonight but someone online will see and can avoid the experience I've had. Something can be done to be better, always. They're lack of customer care is the worst I've ever received. Their driver didn't turn up, charged us for the trip and even added a tip for himself.

They charged me for a trip i didn't get.the driver said here but he wasnt.they said will refund but never.wont use. Complained to gov.co.that take taxi complaints.a driver said its a trick of the trade they earn money by u cancelling as u can't call an other uber till u cancell the one that didn't turn up. Who gives them the right to charge i got dropped at hospital i come out same entrance.they have number.the 2nd driver didnt c me as at a dif entrance but common sense with him he rung and got me.I gave him a tip.now I dont use.wont use.i hope they lose their licence to operate taxis.they cant get away with ripping people off.
Uber customer service for riders is nonexistent as of June 2024. I have previously been a heavy user of Uber services and will be transitioning to other options. The customer service currently available to riders is the worst I've ever seen from any tech enabled company.

On 29/06/2024 i booked my ride from my house to BKC Sofitel.and it was all normal till I reached to my destination.the moment I asked my driver how much do I have to pay you as I always prefer to make payment in cash...he said it is already paid in advance & I was shocked because I or anyone else never paid for my trip...& I checked my phone.it was showing INR 594.00 FOR THAT trip.so I told him that it is a mistake from your end you please take money as it is unpaid & I showed the honesty...and next what happened to me is very shocking. After 2 days when I tried booking my ride.it is showing you haven't paid for the last trip.clear your outstanding.so basically I. Can't book my ride until I pay again which I have already paid the driver (Ganpat)
I tried to contact him & spoken to him he got agree to send the amount back via GPay on that call & now he neither sent me the money back nor he is receiving my call...this is fraud.
UBER can you please look after your drivers? How can they cheat your customers like this.
Sharing that driver's number here so anyone else can't be at the same place where I m today & of course if UBER can reach out to that guy & show some loyalty to the customer.

I have very bad experience with uber, there is no customer support, raise complaint through email, chat, social media but there is no response from their end and my package got expired, in simple words they just looting out hard earn money.
I have driven for them, delivered for them, i have been driven by them, and I've had deliveries from them. Every single incident with them has been brought with anguish and disappointment. While trying to provide my husband with something delicious while he was dying in hospice I ordered from them twice both times the orders were wrong. I never received the money I earned while driving for them. On vacation we tried to use an Uber, they charged me four different charges for the same fare then I couldn't get my money back. Because of the multiple charges my bank blocked my card... Great thing to happen on vacay. I hope I never have to deal with this company again

The driver has 3 air freshener in the car and it's overwhelming so I say I can't handle it and need to open the window and why does he feel it's acceptable when 1/3 people are sensitive to artificial fragrances to have 3 air freshener. The driver immediately started glaring back at me, with no response, and then accelerated to beyond the speed limit, making aggressive unnecessary illegal lane changes more than once per minute despite driving on the same strait road for 10 minutes. I filed a safety concern but all they did was refund me the trip. I told them that driver needs to be removed from the service he violated the law and scared me. They just repeated the statement multiple times that they have refunded the cost of the trip. I will never ride Uber again and you shouldn't either. They allow drivers to violate the road laws and drive unsafely and provide a literally fearful customer experience.

My employer ordered me an UBER to get home because I worked past the time to catch the last bus home. And it was pouring rain. First driver DEEPENKUMAR License plate #MKG5313 obviously went to wrong location. I called him because he was running 20 minutes late. Stated he was in front of my employer. Ummmm NO HE WASN'T. Then he proceeded to argue with me about being at correct location, and I argued back he was not that I was standing in the middle of the road and his car was no where in sight. He also had a female in the car and she's yelling in the background. So end call, have employer order 2nd Uber. Same thing. Driver named LUIS. License plate # MFB8838. He was God knows where. At least he didn't yell or argue. Because he couldn't speak an effing word of English!. By this point I am soaked from the rain. Called a local taxi company called DOMINICAN. 18 yr old kid finds me in 5 minutes. So to DEEPENKUMAR and LUIS. That kid got a $30 tip. I will never use UBER again. GO LYFT!. And Dominican Taxi company.
I requested an uber, just for a one way trip. The cost of the uber was overpriced. I don't blame the driver, the driver is not apart of any of this. Uber is getting out of control with the cost, they can do better. It is unbelievable that a 9 minute ride cost $52. When I contacted uber support I got a bull$#*! response to my question that still doesn't answer to the question that I asked. Uber you wonder why alot of people aren't using uber anymore. This is a robbery and poor service of the amount that is being charged. This is a ½ of star not even 1 full star.
Uber will charge you a specific rate to a destination. Then attempt to charge you quadruple for your return trip. I paid $8.99 to my destination to make an immediate purchase. As soon as I stepped out of the business and requested a return ride the price was,$33.34. Exact same mileage. I wound up walking the 3.2 miles to get home. And I am a 67 year old man with difficulty walking. Thankfully an honest patron saw me struggling down the road and provided a ride. $#*! Uber. I will never use them again.
I landed terminal C at Logan yesterday; I used Uber to find my ride to Tyngsboro, one popped up as recommended for $56.xx; I clicked confirm, it crashed on me; I refreshed again, the lowest price recommended was $134.xx. Big jump; I had no choice but to use it. Lesson learnt, never again use Uber.
My issue is for my poor 81 year old mother who needs a walker to assist her movement. Often times Uber drivers refuse to get out of the car to help her put her walker in the car. She has balance issues and is forced to lift her walker to put it in the car and then walk around the outside of the car praying for balance without her walker to get herself into the car. I know they are not "required" to assist passengers, but common decency would suggest that they should anyway. Very disappointed in the service she receives.

So if you are a driver beware because they will not give you what they say they will give you
