Unfortunately there is a zero star to rate this company. I was charged $110.00 for a "membership" that was never requested as I very rarely use this stupid service (it was used once since last year). After countless hours of messaging, as they do not dignify a mortal customer with a phone call in order to be as anonymous and detached as possible to keep on offering no customer service, I was informed that nice Uber would reimburse a whole amount of $30.00. What a scam! NEVER again will I deal with this "mafia" like so called company. Horrible!

Don't ever lose anything in an Uber car while in Mexico. Uber does not adequately support customers who lose items In Mexico. I lost a pair of sunglasses and it took 4 days and innumerable texts, phone calls, etc just to reach the driver. I was finally able to get my glasses back just before boarding the fight to return home. NO THANKS TO UBER AT ALL! They do not even have a human in Mexico to call. Use at your own risk!

Uber owes me over $600. They say I must have a checking account even though they have put money in my savings account after my first complaint. I do not have a checking account. They are illegally holding my money and I am hoping to get a class action against them. Lee from Austin

Refused to refund my $75 after I tried to order food delivery from a neearby restaurant. App would only confirm order if I picked it up myself. When I arrived at restaurant Uber order was scheduled for pick up 1 hour later. Owners called and I spoke to representative and theyvwere to cxl and not charge. 5 calls later they are still refusing to refund my card. They provided NO service to me that evening. I paid the restaurant owner $75 as well. Now that meal was $150!'

Never use this service for food!

My friends and I went out for dinner, we all requested ubers to go home my friend's got ubers straight away. Uber canceled on me 3 times in the end I got another taxi company I will no longer use uber as a preferred taxi company as they are not reliable.

Great service, but hiring drivers who do not know their way around a town and only rely on GPS is unrealistic. Sometimes they just have to know intersections and how to get places without punching it into a GPS.

I promoted Uber with my friends and gave free trips, I used more trips with money initially. At the time of using free trips, Uber disable all the free trips and not providing proper answer for their task. They are saying like promoting uber is your big mistake

Uber is a big fraud. I live in Qatar and visited US where I booked uber on 31st May. I got update on 13 June that I have been charged 150 dollars for cleaning. I was with my colleague and it was only 4 minutes trip and no mess has happened They are big fraud. Big time fraud

Both of the credit cards I have on file with Uber had unauthorized charges and attempted charges on my credit cards. One credit card had three charges on the same day totaling $115.16 to Uber trip *******996 and these trips did not appear on my Uber app trip history, I haven't taken a uber since 2019. My other credit card had an unauthorized attempt made for $599 for the army and air force exchange which can be used to purchase authorized military weapons. I have been unable to get any help from Uber whatsoever! I've written and called numerous time and have not gotten any response. I can not find out about the charges or report my suspicions of the breach. I know this can happen with any company but if I can't get help to get these issues taken care of I don't want to use a company with NO customer help. I made complaint with the CA DOJ, the Internet Crimes Complaint Center and the police as well as my bank and credit card company.

You work for these people and they treat you like crap. When you need assistence their literally not there for you. They don't speak english worth a penny, they transfer your call several time (at least 3-5 times) Very unprofessional and don't comprehend your issues. There App is a total joke and all over the place.
Before you drive for them give them a call ask a question and see for yourself.

I have contacted Uber 3 times on behalf of my debit card being returned. There driver said he had it and would return it and never did. And I text him no response and he has my number to reach out to return. It. We are supposed to feel safe with these drivers I again know I shouldn't of left it. I worked along shift and forgot it was in my back.picker when I pulled out my cash to too him. But if he says he has it and will return it and fails to do so. It's wrong. They want to charge 20 dollars to have it return. When nothing gets return. It's just wrong

Update the app the driver are not getting the instructions. Get it together. Already charging the driver more than the driver is making. Absolutely terrible.

My fault for NOT researching better... Uber has ZERO customer service. Imagine to my surprise, NO numbers to call customer support with a problem. NO way to cancel service online... NOT any advice about how to cancel service... NO ride verification. With all the negative responses that I am seeing everywhere online, I will be surprised if they are still in business for long... Pitiful excuse for a company... Typical GREED! Only in America, and now international... This company redefines the meaning of BUYER BEWARE!

I've been trying to arrange a ride with Uber and have $150 in Uber credit. Every time I request a ride I get an error message. I contacted their help desk and after 35 emails and following all of their instructions, I still can't request a ride. They still have my $150 and won't provide a refund. They keep thanking me for my patience, but after a month of trying to use their service and them still having my $150 I'm out of patience.

Has a driver with Uber you can except more bad rides. The driver make very little and the company treats them like crap. Harder then a route canal with a dentist with shaky hands to get help. I did this part time and as a Manager of drivers in my other job, I can tell you if i treated them the way Uber does I wouldn't have any and wouldn't have a job.

Avoid this company like the plague. They take your money and don't deliver. Ordered a meal on here last year which was never delivered (total was over chf77). The Uber delivery man never called my phone when he arrived and when I went to the place he had supposedly dropped the food (which wasn't even in the same road as the address I provided) the food wasn't there. Had a back and forth for days with Uber who refused to refund me.
My credit card company thankfully refunded me the money but over a year later I log back into Uber to order a taxi and they take the money AGAIN from my UK card as the bank cancelled the transaction with them.
Just unbelievable that they can get away with this.

Today I feel I was taken advantage of by UBER. I am a loyal uber customer who has used UBER many times for work and personal use. I have never run into what happened to me this morning with a ride charge of $68.97 US in New York. When I requested a ride I was told the fair was approx $18 from my hotel to LGA Airport. A surcharge screen then came up which advised me a 2.3 surcharge would apply to this rate. I didn't understand it and read it as an additional 2.3%. Now I am advised that it means actually an additional 2.3 rate. Even at that 2.3 rate $18x2.3=$41 not $68.97. When I received the uber receipt after the fact I was charged $68.97. I would have never agreed to this. A normal cab ride was $40. I feel violated and cheated by Uber. This system is not set up right and is very confusing for the customer. I won't be using UBER again as the company after numerous attempts will not help.

Normal Taxi fare from my home to airport is $25. I was struggling with Windows app on my new Windows phone, and it was my first use of the app on my new phone.
I was not quoted the fare price before agreeing to pay the surcharge, which I did under duress, as I was running late due to faulty phone app... it would not even accept my home address as pickup location, kept changing it. I did not have time to request a taxi, so I agreed to pay under duress. I request a partial refund from customer service and they said no. Many reviews of their Windows app are negative. I also give a negative review of their customer service.

Ive been using Uber for a few weeks and I noticed several charges to my credit card for Uber trips Ive never taken. Now my account has been frozen while my credit card companys fraud department investigates. Uber literally has NO customer service.

Tried driving for them going on two weeks still waiting on the decal I ordered twice. By time it comes I won't be trying to drive for them. Guess it's better then a two week wait from lyft on a background check. Not worth it. Y time you get everything it's the same as waiting 2-3 weeks at a new job for a paycheck.

Very unsatisfied with Uber. I use this wevice alot! Generally I don't have any issues.
Last night we took a ride home and the car that picked us up clearly had an issue with its tire. I requested we not take freeways because it sounded very unsafe. Then we decided to end the trip early due to it being unsafe. We caught a different driver for a ride home.
Today (sunday) we ordered an unber from my boyfriends account. It's the same driver. He takes the freeways. The car starts making offal noises towards the end of the trip and we realize it's the same driver.

Even after reporting the unsafe vehicle to uber they still didn't pull the driver and demand an inspection.
Someone e is begging for a law suit.

This annoying uber company keeps charging my account for trips i didnt book. They charge a non existing trip when all my family members were at home over the weekend. When nobody went anywhere, they came up with a trip charge. It was very annoying there is nobody to complain to. I was charged for a trip when I wasn't in the country for heaven sake. Many charges on my account to Uber company are pretty questionable. Once your bank details are loaded, you can't delete, this means they have access to your money anytime. Uber is a fraudulent company, I will continue to seek for justice until I see it.

I called uber for going home two days ago and yesterday they charged me extra 40$ even no one told me reason. Then I contacted uber and they told me driver complained me about I was drunk or something else they sent me stupid pictures. I didn't understand exactly what happened but I just called uber and went home even I didn't talk to driver and went home. How come no one asked me anything and they just charged me 40$ directly. I will take my money back and I will delete uber.

I haven't used my account in 4 months and today I get a complaint filed against me by a driver. I assumed it was an error and now I can't get anyone to help. Took forever to find a number that is answered and it was awful to deal with. They have hung up on me, claimed that they can't get me to a supervisor and refused to help. A contact from someone would be awesome!

How dare you use the word taxi you are not a taxi service and never will be. Black cabs are the best in the world and you want to come in and try to ruin an iconic London trade. There is no way a self respecting London cabbie will ever sign up to your company.

I have loaded Uber App and I am trying to update the app. The app would not able me to update as I enter the 4 digit code. Wasted 20 minutes on the app. Give up and took a taxis instead. Never going to use Uber again. Uber failed me when I want to used in the most critical times.
