Unfortunately there is a zero star to rate this company. I was charged $110.00 for a "membership" that was never requested as I very rarely use this stupid service (it was used once since last year). After countless hours of messaging, as they do not dignify a mortal customer with a phone call in order to be as anonymous and detached as possible to keep on offering no customer service, I was informed that nice Uber would reimburse a whole amount of $30.00. What a scam! NEVER again will I deal with this "mafia" like so called company. Horrible!

I hv booked rides on uber for 6 times. It automatically gets cancelled., I purchased a shuttle pass also but the shuttle gets automatically cancelled. I hv not received the refund of my pass and i did not receive any kind of help from customer support

I was charged four times for one trip each of them different prices. I had to write a complaint to the bbb to in form them. Next im going after the driver since uner cant seem to be reached I will never ever take uber again and when i take lfyt ill use a dummy debit card so that only the amount i owe is taken off. Im not done going after uber though. I will be getting my money back and this is not the last place this will be posted. Ill be posting every where i can with screen shots of the money this company stole

Need to watch where the driver going. This is the 2nd time for me where the driver trying to bring you around even though his map showing the faster way to get to your destination. Even though there is no traffic and closed road.

My husband had to go to rehab and the facility he was going to send an Uber to pick him up. When he arrived at the facility, his wallet fell out of his back pocket and stayed in the backseat of the Uber. The facility contacted the driver to see if the driver would bring the wallet back to the facility or have me meet the driver somewhere to get the wallet, the driver agreed, but never showed up. I contacted Uber customer service and they gave me no help at all saying that it wasn't their problem anymore and despite my husband being in rehab, he would have to file the complaint himself, despite not having any way to contact them, or being the one who ordered the Uber (the facility did).

Needless to say, all credit cards had to be cancelled and new driver license had to be obtained.

Im a uber driver of 5 years in HOUSTON tx heres some facts that many want tell! Out of 29k drivers in houston bout 10k or not the ones who picking you up. Uber doesn't check the dl with the profile pic on the app so whatever you send for start up thats what they expect. Its really safe for you to drive your own self home on a Friday night knowing drivers or high off drugs and bout as drunk as the passenger they picking up. Lets run a drug test 29k drivers in houston will drop to 10k drivers DOT will do drug test on you at any time the wish if you driving a 18 wheeler so you saying driving people round not important to know if they high or not. Dont end the service of uber just end the fake made up drug useing drivers

To be very honest here us Uber drivers have never had any complaints from any other race but them white customers weather it's Uber eats or the driver part. I have had Uber drivers tell me that it's always the white customers doing there dumb complaining and for the life of me they are the most racists people on this planet. Idk who told these white customers that they mess don't stink. You don't like Uber drivers than use another company, they feel to privileged and that's because Uber allows them to feel that way. Uber will fire a driver in a heart beat soon as they get a complaint. In ubers eyes the customer is never wrong. Get your mess together Uber and you white customers who always want to complain need to get it together. It's sad that a white person trys to tear down every other race nomatter what it is that they do. I have personally seen how these white customers act with these Uber drives and it's disgusting.

If you do need to contact Uber... and you WILL, be prepared for mind boggling, head banging on the wall, amazingly superior INCOMPETENCE. You can ask a super detailed question 20 different ways and get copy pasted replies, sometimes identical ones, over and over again. Usually I crack by the 10th email and threaten to go on social media before someone who can read and pay attention properly actually shows some interest in looking into the inquiry like a normal intelligent adult. The rest of the time Im convinced its just a group of monkeys pressing buttons in exchange for treats.

First Uber, need to have a ASAP phone number! People beware of your account your phone tablet DON"T let anyone use it! Keep away from young people because they will use it, For instance an 13 yr old family member use another family member phone we know how some kids are be real, Well, this one stole the phone and went riding around visiting his friends which had moved. Yes, the mama please do not ask, Then the family member couldn't find his phone call for ride no ride. Now different drivers driving him around so I say, to drivers DUMMY

I got dropped to church on time they were sapose to be back 1215 they never showed I found out they canceled to lack of driver I'm disabled and fell yesterday banged up knee good I can barely walk have ankle braces emotional support dog w me had to ask a stranger for ride home just walked in door

Wow! Where do I begin?! I applied to be a driver, I waited, waited, waited&waited some more. I had to contact them in order to find out my status. I don't like giving my info to just anyone. Long story short I was denied&told I should've got my background check. I was given a website to contact the supposed Background company& they couldn't find ANY info on me in their system. MAYBE because I DON'T have much of a criminal background. BUT! You've got this FOOL killing folks for a hobby. REALLY Uber?! Clue me in

How much you can make depends on where you drive. If you drive in or near a big city like Philadelphia you can probably make a decent income. But it you live and drive in Delaware you can expect less than $80 a week. As a Uber driver I have waited whole days for a passenger pickup and NOTHING!

Uber is a horrible company to work for. Uber treats there drivers like pure trash.the customers are always right nomatter what the uber driver says. Uber is nothing but a pack of greedy wolves who care about nothing or no one but themselves. Uber has proven there fakeness. Uber is a 0 0 in my opinions

Drivers have hidden cameras that they use for their own personal gains and you might end up on worldstar or YouTube for making some silly comment that you made while you were drunk. Sucky company for drivers too.

I requested to speak to a supervisor. The phone consultant said they would put me on hold so I can speak to a supervisor. The phone consultant lied and said the supervisor cannot rectify my query. I didn't tell the phone consultant my query? I couldn't get a reference number for the phone call either. The phone consultant just transferred the call after I told her that the Google reviews have rated Uber Support with the worst customer service. I'm afraid the reviews are correct. I was transferred multiple times without my query being resolved.

I've used Uber a lot in California. However I used it at JFK airport in NYC. To Wayne NJ. It was very early in the AM, so no traffic.The ride was no more than 40 minutes and I was charged $269. Which is unheard of. People in NYC need to know NOT to use Uber..

Had a Gateway Insurance ride, it was to be charged to Gateway instead it was charged to my personal App. Contacted UBER I was informed that I ordered the car nothing could be done to get a refund on the trip. [$15.25] UBER has very poor customer service, they don't care about customer/passengers. If there wasn't any passengers they would be out of business.

I really dislike UBER attitude on charging tips that i never authorized, to me the ti shoulkd be give by the customer when you receive the order, not being charged to your credit card. If you work as a driver you are being paid they the ride by your comany in this case UBER. When i was cahrged an our later after i paid for my order is simply a theft, cause i am not authorizing it. You can see in the picture the charge for the food $16.74, annd on top of that the bred of the sandwich was old, and hard to bite, disgusting crap.

I would never use UBER again. Driver was unprofessional he took wrong direction tried to drive me to other state. UBER charged me for that services I never used, I tried to contact them but no one returned my money back for that services I never used but they charged until i contacted to my credit card. I really disappointed and i would never use UBER again. I would suggest people to think twice if they need such a service.

Omg uber is the worse service ever. Expensive and now you have to pool with stranger.
The driver are rude!
Evey week I have to go to doctor appointment to the same address and I have isssue with the driver finding the correct address because his gps show a different point of pick up. The worse part the driver cancel and I get charge for it BS. Soon uber will lose all his customer because the service is just awful.

My first day using uber, and my morning trip to the Passaic train station in NJ went fine.
In the evening though, as I'm approaching the station on my return home trip, the driver calls me and insists I cancell the ride.
I cancel and then get charged a $5 fee.
I ask for a refund, but they will not. They will only CREDIT my account. I may not use uber again for a while, but they insist they cannot refund to my card.
Bad practice and bad service, and all because of the driver's bad ethical practice (Nasir from Elmwood Pk).
I was very frustrated and not willing to use it again.

Last nite i got a ride to the hospital. I have a bad leg, i can see hospital from my house.So i thought i would try uber this was my thrid ride i get a cab all the time he picker me up at my house. I guess he was in a bad mood that happens i understand that when we got there he charged me 7.00 my cab costs me 4.00 dollars i was robbed and when i went i was pissed i have been there 20 years and i told myy people you just lost a ton of buss every one was going to try it but not now and how do you know if my ride was 1 that got recorder for my free rides in the future. Not that i will ever use it again. You lost a lot of buss thanks captain tom *******273

We took an Uber in JFK and the driver said that the gps have to him a heavy traffic route. He ask if we were agreed than he took another way, we said yes, but he never explained how much more we'll have to paid for the trip. We paid almost trilple than what we paid in a taxi cab. Uber: $ 140, Taxi cab: $ 65

Im a professional taxi driver aside my studies and I knew this was a total hype and nothing more. In sweden we call business like this "bondfångare" = peasants fooler. It nothing romantic or cool about fraudsters and this is what it is.

Uber is frud, uber driver charged double amount from me on 20/10/2017. I was traveling from Thane to vikroli. I checked amount was Rs 176. After dropping me he charged Rs. 470. About this problem I discussed through sms but no positive response from customer care. They are not even return my money. Driver create show on the road so I paid money. But customer care people are also frud people. They don't want to resolve the Issue
My suggestion is don't go With uber. They don't even have contact number. They are cheaper and cheater

So I rode about a week or two ago and I had a few hour drive. Was already costing me enough and I was disrespected due to being trans and the driver stopped on the way never stopping the meter so I was charged extra. Wrote uber and they said they can't do nothing but say sorry and have an good day. Wrote in over and over and there just like again we can't give you credit or anything have an good day
Useless and an waste of time
Never suggesting them to anyone
Worst company in the world
Wouldn't recommend them to anyone
