Unfortunately there is a zero star to rate this company. I was charged $110.00 for a "membership" that was never requested as I very rarely use this stupid service (it was used once since last year). After countless hours of messaging, as they do not dignify a mortal customer with a phone call in order to be as anonymous and detached as possible to keep on offering no customer service, I was informed that nice Uber would reimburse a whole amount of $30.00. What a scam! NEVER again will I deal with this "mafia" like so called company. Horrible!

$#*! Uber, it's bull $#*!. Who will pay for the more freequent ware and tare. More Oil Changes, more brake changes, more air filters, the injectors will get clogged from all the constent driving. Come On how does this make sence to put over 100,000 mils onto your car, What ever your car was worth before you began uber it is not worth $#*! by the end of one year.

I scheduled a ride to the airport a month ago. The driver was assigned a few days ago. Do you think that people going to the airport for a party or for a flight? Any person would say for a flight, right? We guess our driver wasn't one who thought the same.
He decided to cancel our trip 15 minutes before the scheduled time. So, at 4 am I saw a cancellation notice. We found a driver with Lyft but it was 30 minutes late. And we were late for our flight too. We had to reschedule our flight and pay additional $118. Instead of coming at 11am direct flight, we would come at 10.20pm with two stops.

I was using Ubers ride app when they started bombarding me with offers to drive. I told them because of my background I'm sure I would not be able to be kept insisting, so I applied and then when does ongoing background report with Checkr it was freaking ridiculous. I withdrew my application to separate times and they just kept going and going on with it and finally I complain to Checkr because they went way past seven years which there should be nothing on my report, so what do they do but they go back to the beginning of time with my report and send that to the Uber it was not only embarrassing but ridiculous I hate these vote both these companies they think they know a person. They do not very unprofessional, and I am reporting them to whoever I have to it's none of their freaking business to go back that far in my life when I never wanted to job in the first place

How can a fare that is 30.4 miles only be.98 cents more then a fare that is only 14.4 miles. There are many like this, I only decided to give this one. It doesn't seem right. Don't call support because as of now I've been on 2 different calls totaling over 2hrs and 15mins, and still no answer after speaking to 9 different people.

Be aware they do not pay fair anymore.

I recently had uber charge me $150.00 for a trip that should be $16.00. The trip was from Soquel to Santa Cruz. The driver had my fare going from Soquel to S. F. Uber refuses to make the correct adjustments. Next time I will request Jesse from Capitola.

For the third and final time I have deleted the Uber app due to trip cancelation. My most recent was a trip from MIA to home. Driver got lost in the airport, canceled and what should have been a $16 trip turned I to a $45 taxi ride.

If I could leave a negative star, I would. I have only used Uber THREE TIMES in my life. A few days ago, I realized I have been being charged $25/month for an "Uber Pass" I NEVER signed up for or agreed to, and when trying to contact customer service, THERE IS NO CONTACT! I found, only through google searches where I read about other who had this experience, that if I contacted via Twitter I could actually speak to someone. I created a Twitter acct to do so, because I would like my $500+ back. Completely unhelpful. Attempted on the app as Google suggests. Completely unhelpful. I am baffled how this company is even in business. I guess this is what happens when a company is lacking profits. Lesson learned. I will be reporting every possible place to have this horrendous company shut down.

Just spent 45 min (yes, it was a long trip) with a driver who apparently thought she was just being friendly by unloading ALL her very opinionated political views on me. Why do some people NEVER learn that some conversations are NEVER appropriate with complete strangers. ‍

Today was a banner day for Uber. I waited for my ride for over 20 minutes in the sweltering heat only to have the driver drive past me twice THEN cancel the ride. Had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes for another UBER who me that I should contact Uber which I did. They could have cared less. I've been using them for a while now and the drivers are so lazy when it comes to helping riders with their goods. I had one Uber driver yell at me because I choose the wrong UBER. My Dad has a walker and another driver sat in his car and watched as I tried to get the walker in the trunk then he gets mad because I might be damaging his car. Never offered to help. Most of them just on their butts in the car and never offer help PERIOD.

Some fat fucc took our Uber eats for her self then cancelled our order, like wtf
$#*! if you're hungry have a car sign up for Uber then steal people's orders. Un$#*!inBelievable, $#*!ty company, Uber customer service is a joke can't even understand wtf they are saying.

I use Uber 3-4 times a year. In October Uber charged me for two San Francisco trips when I was in Florida. It involved stress and time to resolve through AMEX but the charges were eventually refunded.
I used Uber this week, needed to update credit card info, and Uber charged me for current trip in advance and again after the ride... the advance charge disappeared from AMEX after a few days.
But UBER RECHARGED for TWO FRAUDULENT OCTOBER SAN FRANCISCO TRIPS... more than $50.00... and the fun starts all over. Contacting Uber is an intentional nightmare and then you are left in limbo. So I get to start this idiotic battle all over again.

THERE ARE NO HUMANS AT UBER AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
After days of stonewalling and ROBOT MESSAGES I got a one line email from Abdul in Outer Mongolia that my case was reviewed and the charges are found to be valid.

PLEASE SHARE WIDELY

I CANNOT USE UBER UNTIL I PAY THE FRAUD CHARGES AND THEN I CAN MAYBE SUBMIT ANOTHER COMPLAINT

I'm at home dying of Corvid 19! Im 62 years old and I'm almost 63 year old with panic disorder!
On Sunday March 5 2023 i took a German ladies from Germany to SFO! She told me she was Covid Free due to Her tourist Status Here in the United States of America! She Lied to me and infected me She insisted on Sitting in the front with Me! She was More then 50 pounds over weight and told me she was born in 1979! I have been on Social Security Disability income since 2010! Uber Supplements that income! Nobody wants a part time employee that only wants to make $840 per Month! I really only need 600 extra dollars a Month to live a little bit better life style! My Rent is 2250 per Month in Mountain View California! I love my apartment people are friendly here. Right now i don't want to pick up anymore passengers ever again i will just use Doordash and Grubhub to Make life easier for Me! I had not Driven for uber Rides Since 2019 only Uber Eats and Doordash i should of could of would of!

Be Careful Covid is Still Here and she is Evil she will end your life Trust me

IMO uber doesn't care about driver only about themselves. It cost more to do uber than before. Especially when the gas prices are high.
Automatically when you work for uber what ever you make as a uber x driver you have to cut in half for fuel the next day
In my example I make 150 a day and Automatically I have to eliminate ate 75 to fuel and 75 to mu account due to gas prices being high uber doesn't care about there drivers.you would think since fuel prices are high uber would lower there take to the driver so we can get extra to cover fuel. Not everyone drive a uber black or uber Executive. And not everyone can work 12hr a day like others. And the quest are ridiculous on weekend 60 trip for a measly 60 dollars. Bring back the high dollar quest to make it worth our wild. Wow 60 trips for 65. Not every driver drives a prius

Finding out why an account has been deactivated or how to reactivate it might be challenging at times. However, there are a few main reasons for account deactivation. But the main reason why Uber deactivates drivers is if the driver is violating community guidelines. If you have issues with deactivation, speak to cyberianx on telegram for a possible reactivation

I took a 1.5 km trip been charged $25 including $12.90 surge fee.
I was not shown any upfront charge in any way at the beginning.

The driver canceled and I was still charged a cancelation fee by Uber. Uber does not have a phone number to call, and their online "help" system does not have a category for this situation. This has happened to me in both the US and in Mexico. A total ripoff!

Uber not paying the extra money in the lite up area now rip me off 2 times in the glendale area after the cards games tonites owes me about 30 plus more taking more then 25% to trying to keep the college kids happy but dont care about the drivers to most of the rides are short about 262- 300 dallorsfars now taking away the wait till you get the ride then keep the money for themsevles to if you want to make nothing dont do uber thris company needs to be shut down getting like reg cab company only cares about the money you avg 4.00 a ride in the phoenix area now so please use someone else at peak times

I have been recently using uber cab in Prahalad nagar Ahmadabad. I have received bill amount through massage from uber cab service. The actual billing amount is Rs. 49. But drivers did not agree to this amount is ok. He is taken Rs. 104 from me. Also driver was very rude and tourchable. I don't book uber taxi service in my entire life.

So look into this and short out this issue on urgent basis.

Living in Houston, I am heavily dependent on public transportation. I mainly use the metro and Uber. Well, 01/27/2022 will be the last day I will be using Uber since the last trip. This is because Uber does not hold its drivers to ANY standards. They give drivers the option to cancel rides even if they already have that passenger as well as their money.
Three times I have been taken to destinations and left there after being inside for not even a minute. This last time on the date that I remember, the driver Jude in a musty Toyota Corolla pulled up down and across the street, 0.6 miles away from the pick up. When I finally walked to car, he did not greet me instead he mentioned my two stops and stated that he hoped I would not take too long. Well I did not have that option, because on the first stop I went to my job to turn in a document and when I came outside he was gone and my card was charged $10.43 to ride two blocks down and get left at my job with no notifications.
So I paid him to pick me up from down the street, treated rude, take my money, and leave me stuck out.
This is the third and last time.
The entire establishment is a fraud.

Uber is ripping everybidy off. The charge too much for a short distance it is almost safer and faster to get a cab simce they have a stupid map that does not show the driver where should he meet the person who requested tge ride. It happneded to me several times that the driver could not find my location. Everytime the fare came as a surprise to me. Too much! I used to be able to contact the driver to tell them my address and now I can not even do that.

Requested for uber at 09:30am to reach office, it showed waiting of 8 minutes. Waited for ueber till 10:00am and then saw d tracker, the driver was nowhere near to my place. Called him and explained the directions,, no response till 10:10am. Finally booked ola cab and reached my office. Will never book uber again. This was d second time..

I used UBER to take me from MIA to my home in Miami Beach, the car took 35 mins to arrive to the terminal.

The driver that showed up was probably around 21, dressed in shorts, sandals and reeked of marijuana (did not smell it until a few minutes into ride - he had sprayed something in the car just before we got in), he got lost even though he was using a mapping APP and I was directing him.

The car he was driving was a Chrysler 300, it had huge ghetto rims, I was seriously mortified being dropped off at my house. The car also had a huge speaker in the trunk, thank God I only had a small case otherwise it would not have fit and I would have needed to call a regular cab.

I will not use them again, I did not feel safe and it was just a few bucks cheaper than a regular cab or car service.

I recently used Uber got to see the pic of the driver who was coming to get me and my friends, when the driver pulled up she had someone in the passanger seat with her there was 4 of us guys for this Uber ride, she told me she didn't know there was going to be 4 of us and said the passanger was her husband and told him he would have to go to the bar while she dropped us of since there was 4 of us and needed his space too and would be back for him, this made me feel really awkward and now ill take a taxi before calling Uber

The drivers are rude and refuse to come at the pickup location_ Drivers Name: Kamaljeet PB 01A5756. They have an excuse of getting charged for the parking lot. As well when asked to come at pick location straight away says no. Another person in the que is Baldev with Car number
